Low power protocol and network structure for the Urgent SOS System (긴급 SOS시스템에 적합한 저전력 프로토콜 및 네트워크 구조)

  • 본 논문에서 제안안하고 있는 긴급 SOS 시스템은 응급상황에 처한 사람의 위치를 빠르고 정확하게 추적하여 구조하는 위치기반 서비스이다. 제안된 시스템에서 일반상황에서는 근거리, 저전력 통신방식인 Zigbee Network를 사용하지만 응급상황 발생시 802.15.4의 Network를 이용하여 주변 핸드폰에 응급신호를 전송한다. 또한 전송된 응급 신호를 응급신호 추적기에서 수신하여 능동형 위치추적 알고리듬을 기반으로 위치를 추적한다. 본 논문은 제안된 긴급 SOS 시스템에서 배터리 소모를 줄이기 위한 프로토콜, 일반상황과 응급상황에 적합한 네트워크 구조를 제안하고자 한다.

  • 응급환자의 생존 가능성은 응급의료체계가 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있느냐에 따라 결정된다. 과거의 응급체계가 가장 빠른 시간에 환자의 이송함으로서 치료를 받게 하는데 초점을 두었다면 최근은 RFID등의 기술을 이용하여 환자의 상태를 빨리 파악하여 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 병원으로 이송할 수 있는 시스템 도입에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 응급 환자의 기본적인 정보를 수집한 후 최적의 병원 전 단계(pre-hospital phase)를 수립하기 위해서는 다양하고 이질적인 정보 자원들을 접근할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 응급환자의 기본적인 사고정보를 가지고 최적의 치료를 받을 수 있는 정책을 수립하기 위해 자율적으로 서로 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 멀티에이전트 기반의 응급 의료 시스템 모델링을 제시하고, 응급환자에 대한 최적의 병원 전 단계를 수립하기 위한 시퀀스를 설명한다.

  • With the continuous increase of the senior population, it is necessary to introduce the 4th industrial revolution applied technology into the health and welfare field. In addition, a senior emergency management system centered on Nono Care is established due to the shortage of young people, which requires strategization of a welfare delivery system in which senior colleagues notify emergency relief facilities directly in case of an emergency. In this paper, senior emergency management system is designed to collect and analyze individual activities and inactivity information through senior self-learning through smartphone app and to predict emergency situations with voice and image registration information through smartphone app menu.

  • In this paper, we designed a role-based emergency medical information security system REMISS added the security concept to the existing emergency medical information system. Also we suggested a REMISS protocol based on HL7 for using the emergency medical information and the security information. The procedure of security consists of user authentication phase and role/permission assign phase in the REMISS. The REMISS can supply proper security service since the REMISS assign proper permissions to each users of emergency medical information system and allow the user to access the permitted emergency medical information by using security information of the REMISS. There are some advantages that REMISS can adapt to the changing of the role of each user by dynamic exchanging the security information and assigning permissions to each user.

  • This paper proposes a smart glass-based emergency tele-medical direction system. This system is designed for hospital specialists to provide remote medical guidance to on-site coast guards or emergency responders. To identify the requirements necessary for system development, relevant technological trends and case studies were analyzed. Based on this analysis, three system requirements were defined: 1) The system must be able to determine the necessity of patient transport, 2) It should assist in providing emergency medical care during transport to the hospital, and 3) It must be capable of transmitting patient information to medical facilities. A prototype that meets these requirements was developed and its usability was evaluated.

  • In a situation of crisis, an ambulance is dispatched according to the given emergency management information system(EMIS). However, the problem of past EMIS is that they did not concentrate on the reliable communication between the ambulance and medical specialists, thereby causing some needless casualties. This paper presents HEMIS, a highly-reliable emergency management information system, to solve such flaws. The effects showed that HEMIS was superior in data packet size, data safety and quality of service(QoS) to that of typical EMIS. Therefore, HEMIS is expected to increase the quality of medical service in ambulances, thereby decreasing casualties of patients carried in ambulances.

  • 최근 구급차에 탑승하는 응급 구조사의 인원이 턱없이 부족하여 소방관 한 사람만이 구급차에 타고 환자를 이송하는 일이 종종 문제시 되곤 한다. 이로 인해 응급 환자에게 신속한 처치가 어려워진다. 본 논문은 스마트폰을 기반으로 응급의료 시스템을 구축하여, 응급 환자에게 병원 전(pre-hospital) 단계에서 신속한 조치와 효율적인 처치가 가능한 환경을 제공한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트 홈 기반 노약자 응급상황 탐지 및 대응 시스템을 설계하였다. 2 개의 레이다 센서를 활용하여 센서 데이터를 분석하고 분류하며, 사용자의 상태를 취침, 외출, 응급상황 총 3 가지 경우로 식별한다. AWS 서버의 데이터베이스를 통해 응급상황 및 낙상 감지 이력을 축적하여 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다. 어플리케이션을 통해 응급상황 자동 신고 접수와 센서 오작동시 자동 신고 접수 수동 취소 기능을 제공하는 응급상황 탐지 및 대응 시스템을 소개한다.

  • Recently, there will be many changes that revised emergency medical service with prescribe specialist doctor emergency medical center duty. if emergency patients come emergency medical center, in the existing system, emergency patients receive treatment in order emergency room doctor and 1-2 resident and 3-4 resident and specialist doctor. in improved system, emergency patients receive treatment to emergency room doctor and duty specialist doctor. as a result, the procedure was. simplify. but appling such a system, there should be placed duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. So, all hospitals be difficult to place duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. In this paper, to use mobile device, there design integrated emergency center management system for revision of the emergency medical service to use emergency medical center service near the user's and specialist doctor service in hospital and the hospital's information service and Emergency room usage service.

  • In this paper, we proposes a emergency medical information system for predicting emergency situation by using the body's vital signs. Main research of existing emergency system has focused on body sensor networks. The problem of these studies have a delay of the emergency first aid since occurring of an emergency situation send a message of emergency situation to user. In the serious situation, patients of these problem can lead to death. To solve this problem, it need to the prediction of emergency situation for doing quickly the First Aid with identify signs of a pre-emergency situations until an emergency occurs. In this paper, the sensor network technology, the security technology, the internet information retrieval techniques, data mining technology, and medical information are studied for the convergence of medical information systems of the prediction of emergency situations.
