Recently, there will be many changes that revised emergency medical service with prescribe specialist doctor emergency medical center duty. if emergency patients come emergency medical center, in the existing system, emergency patients receive treatment in order emergency room doctor and 1-2 resident and 3-4 resident and specialist doctor. in improved system, emergency patients receive treatment to emergency room doctor and duty specialist doctor. as a result, the procedure was. simplify. but appling such a system, there should be placed duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. So, all hospitals be difficult to place duty specialist doctor about all departments in hospital. In this paper, to use mobile device, there design integrated emergency center management system for revision of the emergency medical service to use emergency medical center service near the user's and specialist doctor service in hospital and the hospital's information service and Emergency room usage service.

근래 환자의 불안을 조절하는 것이 성공적인 치료에 매우 중요하다는 인식이 확산되면서 의과, 치과, 영상의학과, 응급실 및 외래 수술센터 등에서 진정요법에 대한 필요가 현저하게 늘어났다. 응급상황이거나 아니거나 진정요법의 필요성은 점차 증가하고 있고 대한 소아치과학회는 이러한 진정요법에 대한 지침을 출간한 바 있다. 이번 개정은 진정요법에 필요한 적절한 환자감시(monitoring)의 필요에 관한 최신지견을 반영한 것이나 그럼에도 불구하고 이 지침에 충실하였다고 해서 특정환자의 결과를 보장하지는 못한다. 그러 나 이번에 소개하는 진정요법 protocol은 널리 받아들여지는 것으로 부작용 역시 최소화한 것이다. 소아 환자의 진정요법은 원하는 수준의 진정이나 투여 방법과는 상관없이 호흡기능 저하와 환자의 방어 반응이 소실될 수도 있다는 인식하에 작성되었다. 이번 호에서는 최근 2006년에 미국소아과학회와 미국소아치과학회가 공동으로 개정된 지침(Guideline for Monitoring and Management of Pediatric Patients During and After Sedation for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures developed and endorsed by AAP a and AAPD)이 어떻게 변경되는지에 중점적으로 알아보며 새로 변경된 지침에 따라 소아치과의의 진정요 법의 진료와 교육도 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이러한 영향으로 다양한 약 투여방법(Alternative routes of d drug administration)과 다양한 약물의 선택에 대해 알아 보기로 한다.

This thesis has defined the legal status of 119 rescue who plays a major role in the Korean prehospital emergency medical system and reviewed the various issues that may occur depending on work related legal liabilities. As a result, the purpose of this study was to represent the countermeasures for legal protection of 119 rescue required for the quality improvement of prehospital emergency medical system and as well as the countermeasures for risk management prepared for its related lawsuits. The legal liabilities of 119 rescue officers can be divided largely into public law liabilities and civil and criminal liabilities. In order to decrease the incidences of legal problems and provide the legal protection to rescue officers, the liability of supervising physician should be emphasized when the emergency medical practice is performed by a rescue officer under their supervision by consolidating medical control and the rescue officer should have legal liability on his emergency medical practice. itself Also, the emergency medical service guideline for 119 rescue officers should be prepared and their works should be performed according to such a guideline and procedures. In addition, the accurate legal documentation on emergency medical system from on-site to ER and related mobilization should be framed and preserved. Moreover, it is required to enact a new law such as the Good Samaritan Act or the Rescue Officers Protection Act.

A safety management rule of the diagnosis radiation system which opened a court 2006 February 10th was promulgated for safety of the radiation worker, patients and patients' family members. The purpose of this study is to minimize injury by radiation that can happen to patients and people around a sick ward when managing mobile X-ray system. This study analyzed sickroom environment of mobile X-ray examination and the statistical data of the Konkuk medical Information System(KIS) and the Picture Archiving Communication System(PACS). This study also investigated patient conditions, infection, relation information and related data, when the sickroom mobile X-ray examination is used. Through data analysis, many problems were expected such as restriction of space side, manpower and expense of business side, satisfaction degree decline of patient and protector of operation side. Therefore, we tried to restrict examination of multi bed sickroom, and to use treatment room in each ward to solve problem mentioned. As a result, the whole sickroom mobile X-ray examination rate decreased to near 50%, and mobile X-ray examination rate for inpatients decreased to more than 85%. This study shows that several attempts we did should be helpful for manpower, patients satisfaction and expenses. Also, they should protect patients in sickroom from unnecessary radiation exposure and could minimize inconvenience of patients and their family members from x-ray examination.
