In this study, the Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education and Teacher's Efficacy empirically examined the relationship between teachers' attitudes through structural equation model analysis. Data were collected for 132 infant teachers working for early childhood educational institutions for this study. Structural equation model analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS. In this research, conformity to the research model was appropriate. Pedagogical content knowledge for childhood's music education clearly confirmed the relationship between the teacher's efficacy, the attitude variables of the teacher. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education proved to have a meaningful influence on the attitude of the teacher for music education. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education proved to have a meaningful influence on Teacher's Efficacy for music education. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education has been found to influence the attitude of the teacher indirectly with the intermediation of Teacher's Efficacy. The effect of the parameter was the effect of the partial parameters. The results of this study can be used as basic material important for strengthening the expertise of young children's teachers for music development of young children. In particular, it was confirmed that the knowledge variable of the content of the music professor of an infant teacher is a very important variable in early childhood music education.

This research investigates how pre-service music teachers demonstrated pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) and self-efficacy during a 16-week Music Education Course. 37 pre-service music teachers underwent peer mentoring, and prepared teaching guides and class teaching demonstrations. At the end of the course, the 37 participants' teacher self-efficacy and PCK components (namely pedagogical knowledge, representational knowledge, subject matter knowledge, assessment knowledge, student characteristics knowledge, curriculum knowledge, and context and social knowledge) were assessed. Data on their self-efficacy and PCK were gathered through a group interview and their self-reflection journals, and analyzed as phenomenological experience research. Analyses of the data show that pre-service music teachers acquired diverse knowledge. It also showed that peer mentoring enhanced the pre-service music teachers' self-efficacy, enabling them to prepare teaching guides and confidently demonstrate classes. Thus, diverse opportunities in research and practical class demonstrations contributed to pre-service music teachers' PCK and self-efficacy.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of music lesson applying the blended learning-based STEAM education on the musical knowledge and STEAM literacy of pre-service kindergarten teachers. After conducting a pre-test on the musical knowledge and STEAM literacy targeting 20 students(3rd year) of early childhood music lesson in Dept. of Early Childhood Education of C University in O Metropolitan City and 19 students(3rd year) of early childhood music lesson in Dept. of Early Childhood Education of D University in B Metropolitan City, the effectiveness of the pre - post test design was verified. In the results of study, the experimental group with music lesson applying the blended learning-based STEAM education showed significantly improved results in all the areas of musical knowledge and convergence, creativity, and communication out of STEAM literacy than the control group with general music lesson. Such results of this study imply that music lesson applying the blended learning-based STEAM education could be usefully used as a teaching/learning method to improve musical knowledge and STEAM literacy of pre-service kindergarten teachers in university education site in the future.

Marshall Mcluhan, a media scholar, created the word Gutenberg Gaaxy meaning the new environment formulated by printing technic and he insisted that it changed human life entirely. In the history of human, the media evolved into printing technic through oral and transcription. This evolution of media and the environment created by the media are the most important point of Mcluhan's theory. He sees the world as the result of media evolution. In mcluhan's sight, Gutenberg Galaxy is the first environment composed by the media. Based on the mcluhan's theory, this study focused on the environment created by the media and applied it into the western music history. The link of the Gutenberg Galaxy and the western music, especially in romantic era, will be the main subject of the study. The Book is the most representative media of the printing technic. In the era of oral and transcription, the communication was limited by the spatial restriction. However, the book was free to spatial condition and this character of the book made the knowledge free. The knowledges delivered by the oral and transcription were mostly the matter of mundane world because they are so close to the human life, even though they are narrating about the God's world. The book, free to expanding the knowledge beyond the world, made the knowledge transcendent and expanded the sight of the humans into the transcendent world. The modern western world is the product of the expanded knowledge by the book and so does the music. In the time of printing technic, the music begun to gain the population by the printed sheet music. As delivering the music through the printed sheet, the music received transcendence and mystery as meeting the spirit of the times. This link formed by the time of Gutenberg Galaxy will be the main focus of the study and it will prove the link between the media and the western music.

Although there are highly artistic music pieces which have composed and presented every years at concerts in Korea nowadays the their copyrights are not claimed. In general, The reason for this is that the classical music are employed as educational and nonprofit purpose. Recently, the copyright claim is the trend for all kinds creations therefore one who produce creative works desire more the hearty and creative. However, in the field of classical music in Korea, the rate of copyright registration are low compared to popular music when this paper research the presents state of copyright registration through the Korea music copyrights association and Korea copyright commission. Therefore, people who in the field of classic music should be encouraged to manage their copyrights such the registration of copyrights actively.

본 논문에서는 대화형 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 음악검색 시스템을 개발한다. 기존의 음악검색 시스템은 찾고자 하는 음악에 대한 정보를 필요로 하기 때문에 사용자가 시스템이 요구하는 정보를 가지고 있지 않는 경우 검색이 힘들다. 하지만 대화형 유전자 알고리즘을 통한 질의어 생성방식을 이용하면 사용자의 주관적 감정에 의한 음악검색을 할 수 있다. 먼저 사용자가 초기 유전자형에 의해 선택된 음악을 듣고 주관적인 평가를 내리면 이 평가값으로 유전자 알고리즘을 이용하여 질의어를 생성, 가장 가까운 음악을 검색하여 들려준다. 사용자는 이러한 과정을 반복하여 자신의 주관적 평가에 따라 진화되는 유전자형에 의해 원하는 음악을 점진적으로 검색한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 전문적인 음악적 지식이나 찾고자 하는 음악에 대한 특별한 정보없이 개인의 주관에 의한 검색을 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 음악 치료 프로그램에 관한 지식과 규칙을 수집하여 구성된 전문가 시스템을 도입하여 자동으로 우울증 환자를 위한 추천 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안한 시스템은 음악 치료 전문가들로부터 수집한 수많은 음악 치료 프로그램 중 뇌파 측정을 통해 환자에게 가장 효과적인 치료 프로그램을 선별하고 환자에게 제공하여 치료 효과를 극대화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 제안 시스템은 우울증 환자들의 치료를 위해 뇌파 측정을 입력 받아 분석하여 환자의 증상을 완화하고 치료 효과가 가장 좋은 음악 치료 프로그램을 선별하기 위해 인공 지능 기술들인 전문가 시스템(Expert System) 기법에 기반 한 음악 치료 시스템을 설계하고 제안한다.

PC용 작곡 프로그램의 보편화에도 일반인들이 음악제작을 어려워하는 이유는 악기를 다룬 경험의 부족, 음악 또는 작곡의 지식부족, MIDI 소프트웨어 학습에 대한 두려움 등이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 기술로 MIDI를 전혀 모르고, 악기를 다룬 경험이 부족하고 또한 악보조차 읽지 못하더라도 음악의 제작 및 작곡, 편곡이 가능한 효과적인 일반 텍스트 기반 음악 표기법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 음악을 좋아하지만 자신의 음악을 제작하지 못했던 많은 일반인들에게 음악을 제작, 보급하는데 큰 도움이 될 뿐 아니라 타인과의 협업을 통해 우수한 품질의 음악을 제작할 수 있다.

지식재산권은 발명 상표 의장(意匠) 등의 산업재산권과 문학 음악 미술 작품 등에 관한 저작권의 총칭으로 정의할 수 있다. 한마디로, 무형적인 재산권이라고 할 수 있다. 수백 년 전만 하더라도 이러한 무형적인 재산권은 중요하지 않았지만, 과학기술이 발달하게 되면서 지식재산권에 대한 보호의 필요성이 대두되었다. 즉 기술, 문화적인 개발로 많은 이익을 얻을 수 있게 되어 그것을 보호할 수 있도록 지식재산권이란 것을 규정하게 된 것이다. 그렇다면 과연 지식재산권이 왜 중요한지 그 의의와 중요성에 대해 알아보도록 하자.

Music therapy has shown many benefits in the treatment of disabled children and the mind. Today's music therapy system is a situation where no specific treatment system has been built. In order for the music therapist to make an accurate treatment, various music therapy cases and treatment history data must be analyzed. Although the most appropriate treatment is given to the client or patient, in reality a number of difficulties are followed due to several factors. In this paper, we propose a music therapy knowledge management model which convergence the existing therapy data and text mining technology. By using the proposed model, similar cases can be searched and accurate and effective treatment can be made for the patient or the client based on specific and reliable data related to the patient. This can be expected to bring out the original purpose of the music therapy and its effect to the maximum, and is expected to be useful for treating more patients.
