  • With the popularization of PC, SNS and IoT, a lot of data is generated and the amount is increasing exponentially. Artificial neural network learning is a topic that attracts attention in many fields in recent years by using huge amounts of data. Artificial neural network learning has shown tremendous potential in speech recognition and image recognition, and is widely applied to a variety of complex areas such as medical diagnosis, artificial intelligence games, and face recognition. The results of artificial neural networks are accurate enough to surpass real human beings. Despite these many advantages, privacy problems still exist in artificial neural network learning. Learning data for artificial neural network learning includes various information including personal sensitive information, so that privacy can be exposed due to malicious attackers. There is a privacy risk that occurs when an attacker interferes with learning and degrades learning or attacks a model that has completed learning. In this paper, we analyze the attack method of the recently proposed neural network model and its privacy protection method.

  • Purpose: H. pylori infection is thought to contribute to iron-deficiency anemia, especially during puberty. The ferritin protein Pfr of H. pylori is homologous to eukaryotic and prokaryotic ferritins. The purpose of this study was to analyze the H. pylori pfr status in gastric biopsy specimens according to clinical data, including antral gastritis with or without iron-deficiency anemia. Methods: A total of 26 H. pylori-positive patients aged from ten to 18 years were categorized into subgroups based on the presence or absence of iron-deficiency anemia. All of them had antral gastritis. Sixteen patients were proved to have iron-deficiency anemia by hematological study, two of which had a duodenal ulcer. The other ten patients showed normal hematological findings. DNA isolation was performed from each of the gastric biopsy specimens. PCR amplification of the pfr gene coding was done using two sets of primers. The pfr region, 501 bp, was generated by linking the sequences of the two PCR products. The nucleotide and protein sequences were compared between the pfr regions from Korean H. pylori strains and the NCTC 11638, 26695, and J99 strain, which were obtained from the Genbank. Sequence comparisons were also performed for the pfr regions between the iron-deficiency anemia (+) and (-) groups. Results: Analysis of the complete coding region of pfr gene revealed three sites of mutation. The Ser39Ala mutation was found in 100% (26/26), Gly111Asn in 26.9% (7/26), and Gly82Ser in 11.5% (3/26). There were no significant differences in the mutations of the pfr regions between the iron deficiency anemia (+) and (-) groups. Conclusion: The mutation in the pfr gene did not relate with the clinical phenotype, iron deficiency anemia. Further studies are needed on the aspects of host side or other complex factors to elucidate anemia. Further studies are needed on the aspects of host side or other complex factors to elucidate the mechanisms by which the H. pylori infection might lead to iron deficiency anemia.

  • Tactical networks is being operated in configuration that consisting of a variety of characteristics communication equipments and heterogeneous networks. In this configurations, end-to-end communication can be achieved using interworking gateway for converting the data format of the network and using encryption algorithm of the networks. The use of mechanism results in a problem that secure data cannot be transferred directly, reprocessing and processing delay of communication in heterogeneous tactical networks. That is, for encoding and decoding of data, the decryption of encrypted data and re-encryption processing must be required at the gateway between different networks. In this paper proposes to mechanism for end-to-end secure communication in heterogeneous tactical networks. Using the proposed method, end-to-end secure communication between heterogeneous tactical networks(PSTN-UHF networks) which removes the necessity of a gateway for converting data into data formats suitable for network to remove a transmission delay factor and enable real-time voice and data communication and achieve end-to-end security for heterogeneous tactical networks. we propose a novel mechanism for end-to-end secure communication over PSTN and UHF networks and evaluate against the performance of conventional mechanism. Our proposal is confirmed removal of security vulnerabilities, end-to-end secure communication in heterogeneous tactical networks.
