최근 음성인식기술이 눈부시게 발전하여 여러 분야에 걸쳐 폭넓게 활용되고 있는 추세에 맞추어, 음성으로 관제의 대부분을 시행하는 VTS에 적용하고자 하였다. 선박 사고 뿐만 아니라, 기타 선박 비리나 정보 공개 요청 등 여러 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 관제내용을 보다 객관적이고 정확하게 기록하고자 VTS 자동 기록 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다.

정보를 자기적으로 기록하는 장치는 전원이 제거되어도 정보를 잃지 않으며, 기록과 재생이 모두 가능하고, 상대적으로 저렴한 가격 때문에 현재 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 컴퓨터 보조 기억 장치로 사용되는 하드디스크, 프라피 디스크, 테잎 드라이버(driver)로 부터 음성 및 화상 기록 장치로 사용되는 녹음기 및 VCR 과 컴퓨터, 음성, 화상 이외의 정보 (Surveillance, Telemetry, Flight information, Sa- tellite linkage 등)를 기록하는 instrumentation recorder 등이 대표적인 자기 기록 장치이다. 이러한 자 기 기록 장치는 원하는 전기적인 정보를 자기적인 정보로 바꾸어 기록하며, 기록된 정보를 필요에 따라 전 기적인 정보를 바꾸어 사용하게 된다.

The speech recording of the National Archives of Korea contains very important traces which represent modern times of Korea. But the way to be recorded by analogue is easily contaminated as time goes by. So it has to be digitalized for management and services. Consequently, restoration method of distorted speech is needed. We propose the four classes for each distortion kind and apply restoration algorithms for the cases of speech level, stationary noise and abrupt noise. As a result, speech volume adjusts to -26 dBov for only on the speech region and SNR improves above 10dB. Especially, conventional way to remove the noise is almost impossible because we need to listen to all of them but it can be more effective by adaptation of auto restoration algorithm.

범인의 음성을 녹취하여 본격적으로 컴퓨터를 이용하여 음향분석을 하는 것은 스펙트로그래프가 등장하는 1940년대 말 이전에는 없었다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 청지각적인 문제는 아마 수 백년 전부터 법정에서 논란이 있었을 것으로 추정한다. 영국에서는 이미 1660년에 법정에서 청지각적인 검사를 시행하였다는 기록이 있으며, 미국에서는 20세기 초엽에 플로리다 주에서 이미 청지각적인 증거를 법정에서 채택하였다는 기록이 있다. 오늘날 범죄음성에 대한 연구는 무고한 어린이의 유괴와 폭발물 설치협박 등과 같은 죄질이 무거운 범죄에 이용되기 때문에 문제가 심각한 실정이다. In this paper, a method of writing and reproducing high density data with ordinary Audio cassette deck is discribed. In writing, the data N or NRZ code are modulated into PM code to take the positive code N(1) and the negative code N(0) are taken from the complement of the NRZ code, each of which are written into 2 channel track. In reading, the error corrected and the clock pulse can be generated from the reading pulse itself. Also, without modifying the interior circuit of the deck it is possible to use the deck in both the data and audio by adapting a few simple circuits. Over the range of 25HZ-4KHZ, it was possible to write and reproduce at the speed of 787 bps transmission rate.

On the matter in line with NCW(Network Centric Warfare) and information age, the military is on an efficient-expanding trend as sharing with status and information promptly through the various and complex exchange of messages and the voice communication between operators, using a highly efficient operating console. The recording devices that record an operational situation to plan a new operation through the mission analysis and result reviews after finishing military operation or training are developed and operated. Recording method is classified into two groups. one is the direct recording of video data for screen, another is the recording of an exchange of data. This study proposes the new data-oriented recording method to reduce the readiness time for replay and the improvement scheme.

본 연구는 직업적 음성 사용자인 연극 배우의 음성 관리, 극중 인물 특징을 표현하기 위한 요소 중 음성이 차지하는 비중과 적합한 발성 및 발화 방법에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구에는 대구광역시 소재 K극예술연구회의 연극 배우 9명이 참여하였다. 연극 배우의 음성 관리 및 극중 인물의 특성을 표현하기 위한 발성 및 발화 방법에 대한 설문지를 작성하여 조사하였다. 여러 가지 인물에 적합한 발성법으로 '산책' 문단을 발화하도록 한 뒤, 대상자들에게 각 인물에 대한 발성 방법을 설문지에 기록하도록 하였다. 대상자들이 발화한 음성 샘플을 음향학적, 지각적 측면에서 평가하여 대상자들이 기술한 발성 및 발화 방범과의 상관을 살펴보았다. 음성 샘플은 Windows용 Praat(4.1.7)으로 수집 및 분석하였다.
