This study aimed to compare premature ejaculation and erectile function according to penile characteristics. 99 adult men responded to a questionnaire on penile characteristics, premature ejaculation and erectile function. In the questionnaire survey, 69 questionnaires were analyzed except missing or incomplete answers. All collected data were analyzed by independent t test, Chi-square test using SPSS 22. Glans > penis type showed significant differences in subjective premature ejaculation and objective premature ejaculation compared to Glans ${\frac{._-}{.}$ penis type (p <.05). Men with subjective premature ejaculation showed significant differences in objective premature ejaculation, treatment intent, and satisfaction compared to men without subjective premature ejaculation (p <.05). Presence of objective premature ejaculation, presence of treatment intent, and marital status were significantly different in satisfaction (p <.05). In economic status, high was significantly different in confidence for erectile function compared to middle or low (p <.05). The results of this study suggest that the premature ejaculation and erectile function according to the penile characteristic may be different and may be used as a basis for the development of an intervention program for sexual rehabilitation of men with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.

This study was designed to investigate the effects of KH204 on the relaxation response and reproductive function in male. Strips of rabbit corpus cavernosum were prepared for mounting and isometric tension measurement in an organ bath. On cavernosal strips contracted with $1{\times}10^{-6}$ phenylephrine and KH204 was applied in increasing concentrations from 0, 61, 183 and 549 mg/L, causing dose-dependent relaxation. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were orally administered with 61, 183 and 549 mg/kg/day of KH204 for 10 weeks. We examined organ weights, testicular sperm head counts, epididymal sperm counts, motility and morphology. KH204 relaxed rabbit corpus cavernosal strip contracted by $1{\times}10^{-6}$ phenylephrine in a dose-dependent manner. In the male rat, testicular weight was increased significantly in the KH204 treated groups compared with control group. Also in the testicular sperm head counts, epididymal sperm counts were increased significantly in the KH204-treated rats. In conclusion, the data suggest that KH204 could enhance erectile and reproductive function.

This paper was performed to investigate the propensity of the diameter of maximum distended urethra from urethra to os penis in mature male dogs of 25 male dogs of different breeds. The measured sites of urethras were divided into 7 regions, i.e. prostate, membrane, isthmus, perineum, scrotum, prescrotum and os penis. By using the inflated balloon catheter filled with contrast medium, the maximum diameter of the distended urethras of each region was recorded and compared among regions. The mean diameter of the lumen from the prostatic urethra to the os penis urethra was gradually narrowed except for the isthmus portion, with a sense of resistance for retraction being noted at the level of ischiatic arch in 22 dogs. Proposed results from this should be utilized as a predictor of a treatment plan for the removal of urethroliths using an urohydropropulsion.

It was thought desirable to elucidate the influence of the mammillary bodies upon sexual behavior. Twenty male rats were used, of which 9 rats had their mammillary bodies damaged electrolytically through implanted electrodes (mammillary body group) and 11 rats received the same surgery short of electrolytic damage to the mammillary bodies (operated control group). Their sexual behavior was observed 3 weeks after surgery. Observation was discontinued when an ejaculation was followed by a successive intromission. 1. Mounting without intromission occurred significantly less often in the mammillary body group than in the operated control group. 2. No significant group difference existed with regard to the occurrence of mounting with intromission. However, the value tended to rise in the mammillary body group compared with the value of the operated control group. 3. Mountings with and without intromission tended to occure more often in the mammillary body group than in the operated control group, but the difference was nonsignificant. 4. The ejaculatory latency (time interval between the first intromission and the first ejaculation) and the postejaculatory interval (time interval between an ejaculatory act and the next intromission) tended to decrease in the mammillary body group compared with the values of the operated control group. However, again the difference did not reach significancy. 5. There existed no significant group differences with regard to the mounting latency (time interval between the first encounter with female and the first mounting with or without intromission), the intromission latency (time interval between the first encounter and the first intromission), and the interintromission period (mean time interval between two successive intromissions). From the above results, it may be inferred that the mammillary bodies tend to exert slight and nonsignificant inhibitory influence upon sexual behavior of male rats. However, further study is indicated before reaching final conclusion.

웅견의 요도결석에 대해서 실험견을 사용하여, 포피저부요도루조성술을 실시하고 4주후 병리조직학적 검사를 한 결과, 요도루작성에 있어서 가장 큰 어려움이었던 창구의 축소가 거의 없고, 음경백막과 요도점막의 유합상태가 좋은것을 확인하였으며, 이 수술방법을 임상에 활용하여 보았다.

We report the ultrasonographic and MRI findings of an infected sclerosing lipogranuloma after scrotal hernioplasty. Sclerosing lipogranuloma is a rare foreign-body reaction of fat tissue, with most cases being associated with the genital and urinary tracts. To the best of our knowledge, MRI findings in sclerosing lipogranuloma in the scrotal sac have not yet been published and this is possibly the first study to report the case of an infected sclerosing lipogranuloma in the English literature.
