Case Analysis and Proposal of Visual Installations for the Purpose of Improving the Awareness of Emotional Labor (감정노동 인식개선 목적의 시각설치물 사례 분석 및 제안)

  • As social interest in emotional labor grows, there are many related studies in progress in recent times. However most of the studies are focused on preventing harmful effects of emotional labor or seeking effective follow-up measures from the service provider's point of view. For this reason, with focusing on the bank teller service which is one of most representative face-to-face emotional labor, this study was progressed to suggest improvement measures by identifying and analyzing the current status of visual installations at the work space for awareness improvement of emotional labor from the customer's point of view. To this end, after a prior study, an field survey of 10 banks in the first financial sector was conducted to draw out problems and finally propose improvement directions with four aspects in link with the problems presented. This study is expected to have meaning in terms of securing diversity in emotional labor related research.

DNA Fingerprinting Analysis of Natural Monument Gingko Trees Using Microsatellite Markers (Microsatellite 마커를 이용한 은행나무 천연기념물의 DNA 지문 분석)

  • This study describes DNA fingerprinting analysis of twenty-three natural monument individuals of Ginkgo biloba using eight microsatellite markers. The average number of observed alleles was 6.875, and the expected heterozygosity and the observed heterozygosity were 0.711 and 0.710, respectively. This results were similar to those of the previous studies on Ginkgo trees analyzed by same markers in China and Japan. PIC value and PD were calculated at 0.677 and 0.9999 respectively, indicating a high individual identification efficiency. In fact, all of the natural monument ginkgo trees and additionally analyzed thirteen general ginkgo tress were identified by genotype comparison. PI and PD calculated in three markers (Ging06, Gb60, Gb61) with the highest PIC values calculated in natural monument ginkgo trees were $8.045{\times}10^{-5}$ and 99.99%, respectively. Thus, these three markers could be preferentially used in DNA fingerprinting for identifying ginkgo tree individuals. The results in this study will be useful for management of natural monument ginkgo trees, proliferation of their progeny and genetic identification of individuals selected in breeding process.

Blockchain System for Academic Credit Bank System (학점은행제를 위한 블록체인 시스템)

  • The academic credit banking system is an educational system to implement a lifelong learning society. Students who meet the requirements of this system can achieve academic degrees equivalent to those of junior colleges or four-year universities. Credits and degree information of these students are recorded and managed by the central institution. However, this system can cause security problem such as hacking due to centralized management. In this paper, we propose an academic credit banking system which can manage credits and degree information based on blockchain technology. In the proposed system, credits and degree information are stored in block and managed in the public ledger in a permanent manner. Blocks are connected in the form of blockchain on a distributed network to improve security problems such as hacking and manipulation. Also, the efficiency of credit bank management can be increased because the functions of the central institution are distributed to the network participants. The prototype of the proposed system was implemented on the Go-Ethereum platform and experimentally verified the blockchain information among participating organizations using smart contracts.

  • Now a days the banks, with a wide spread of credit transaction practice in every business, offer better services to their customers, while the automation of banking is being made more rapid progress in th light of efficient banking service. For example, it is true that the automation of cash payment for customers goes on its progress and the competition between companies is getting more serious. Lately the banks that pursue "Banking Automation System" expand distribution of cash dispenser for the better electronic computer service and for the better service for their customers in quality. Therefore the makers producing "CD" accelerate their development of CD in various ways in order to secure M/S as the leading group of th field. CD, a kind of an automatic paying, is being used generally, and has various functions and its design is getting more compact than ever. Under this situation, I studied more trustworthy and convenient CD design suggestions in the way of case study on the basis of the process of developing CD and I suggest the better way of developing the design of CD in the future.

  • Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), a non-parametric productivity analysis tool, has become an accepted approach for assessing efficiency in a wide range of fields. Despite of its extensive applications and merits, some features of DEA remain bothersome. DEA offers no guideline about to which direction relatively inefficient DMUs improve since a reference set of an inefficient DMU, several efficient DMUs, hardly provides a stepwise path for improving the efficiency of the inefficient DMU. In this paper, we aim to show that DEA can be used to evaluate the efficiency of life insurance companies while overcoming its limitation with the aids of machine learning methods.

The Impact of BIS Regulation on Bank Behavior in Asset Management (신 BIS 자기자본규제가 은행자산운용행태에 미치는 영향)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the impact of new BIS regulation, which is the preparations to incorporate not only credit risk but also market and operation risk, on the bank behaviors. As methodology, SUR(seemingly unrelated regression) and pool unit test are used in the empirical analysis of banks survived in Korea. It is employed that quarterly data of BIS capital ratio, ratio of standard and below loans to total loans, ratio of liquid assets to liquid liabilities, allowances for credit losses, real GDP, yields of corporate bonds(3years, AA) covering the period of 2000Q1~2009Q1. As a result, it could be indicated that effectiveness and promoting improvements of BIS capital regulation policy as follows; First, it is explicitly seen that weight of lending had decreased and specific gravity of international investment had increased until before BIS regulation is built up a step for revised agreement in late 2001. Second, after more strengthening of BIS standard in late 2002, banks had a tendency to decrease the adjustment of assets weighted risk through issuing of national loan that is comparatively low profitability. Also, it is implicitly sought that BIS regulation is a bit of a factor to bring about credit crunch and then has become a bit of a factor of economic stagnation. Third, as the BIS regulation became hard, it let have a effort to raise the soundness of a credit loan because of selecting good debtor based on its credit ratings. Fourth, it should be arranged that the market disciplines, the effective superintendence system and the sound environment to be able to raise enormous bank capital easily, against the credit stringency and reinforce the soundness of banks etc. in Korea capital market.

  • Most questions made for remote examinations on web-based education system use methods of making questions using fixed questions or randomly using item pools or automatically using degree of difficulty. Particularly, automatically selection methods using degree of difficulty is the kernel of a question that objectivity of examination questions by degree of difficulty adjustment based result of examination. This paper is use automatically selection methods for examination on web-based education system. Therefore we present new algorithms of mediateness degree of difficulty as regards education ability of students for adjust the degree of difficulty. We identified this algorithms is more effective as compared with previously algorithms on web-based education system

  • 수의축산분야에서 개발되어진 생식세포 체외조작기술은 의학 및 생물학을 포함한 생명과학 분야에 광범위하게 이용되고 있다. 특히 생식세포의 생존성을 체외에서 장기간 유지시키는 동결보존 기술은 현재 생식의학분야 첨단의료 기술의 발전 및 효율성 향상에 필수적으로 인식되고 있으며, 이에 대한 다양한 연구결과가 소개되고 있다. 본 강의에서는 동결보존기술의 임상적 의미 및 주요 동결기법의 확립과정, 그리고 이를 이용한 최근의 임상연구결과를 간략히 소개하려 한다.

  • SET은 인터넷과 같은 개방형 통신망에서 안전하고 효율적인 신용카드 기반의 전자 결제를 수행하기 위해 개발된 전자 지불 표준 프로토콜이다. SET을 기반으로하는 전자 지불 시스템은 크게 카드를 소지하고 있는 고객(Cardholder), 상품을 판매하고 대금 결제를 요구하는 상인(Merchant)기존의 은행과 연동하기위한 지불 게이트웨이(Payment gateway)로 구성되며 부가적인 요소로 인증기관(CA)을 포함하고 있다. SET은 고객과 상인, 상인과 은행간의 안전한 거래를 지원하기 위해 여러 가지의 강력한 암호화 알고리즘을 채용하고 있으며 이러한 SET의 보안성은 전자 상거래의 보급에 커다란 기여를 할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 전자 지불 방식을 특성별로 분류하여 그 기능과 구성에 대해 검토하고 SET에서 사용된 보안 기술과 SET을 기반으로 하는 전자지불 시스템의 기능과 특성을 검토·분석한다.

  • 최근 활발히 행하여지고 있는 금융 CRM(customer relationship management)의 주요 목적은 고객의 이해도 증진을 통하여 은행의 수익성을 높이는데 있으며 또한 그 과정에서 높은 수익과 낮은 수익을 주는 고객을 여러 가지 유형으로 나누어 관리에 효율성을 도모한다. 일반적으로 고객 세분화의 중요변수로 고객수익성을 고려하고 이러한 고객 세분화 결과에 의해 마케팅 시사점을 도출하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 고객 세분화 그룹에 따른 수익성 변동과정을 모형화하여 보다 효율적인 고객관계 관리를 가능하게 하는데 있다. 수익성 변동의 모형화 과정은 수익금액에 따라 고객을 몇 개의 범주로 분류하여 여러 기간에 걸쳐 나타내는 고객별 범주의 변화 추이를 전이행렬(transition matrix)로 나타내고 마코프 모형을 이용한 전이 확률의 추정을 통하여 다음 시점에서의 각 범주별 고객의 수를 예측 가능함을 보인다.
