As the Internet-related products are launched in a variety of ways, if the products are not produced according to the world standardization model of the Internet, communication with the standardized products will not be smoothly performed. This study was carried out in order to improve the competitiveness of export by launching the global standardization promotion strategy of the Internet of things, to grasp the internet standardization trends of each country and to release the following products. This research work presents a strategic driving model that can enhance interoperability among heterogenous IoT devices. Therefore, this research proposed case by case strategic standard approach based on level of technologies.

This research focused on the strategy consulting of the 'Vertical Farm' for the blue ocean of Gyeonggi agricultural industry. The study was performed based on both theoretical study and related qualitative study approaches. particularly, 'scenario planning' as a foresight method was used for the strategy formulation of the Vertical Farm. The major determinants for the success of the formation of the Vertical Farm can be summarized as follows; the enhancement of research capability and the Relational Capability of the research institutions. In terms of the needs of times, this study regarding the strategy for the formation of the Vertical Farm is anticipated to be a good reference for the R&D organizations and technology cluster participants in coming years.

ASIS(American Society for Industrial Security) is already rationing their standard to the world and succeeded in organizing these professionals. In base of that result, there are the executions of the various programs in accordance with the specialization and globalization strategy over the last 60 years. This study looked at the overseas practices that strengthen the capacity of the internal security specialists and promote the development of knowledge and technology through the mutual visits between the network through a survey of ASIS. We can accept viable and sustainable growth strategy, specialization and globalization strategy, such as ASIS model for the various activities performed by the past 60 years to improve the efficiency of the country's private security activities. It will be something we ought to be a new starting point.

A number of countries have been developing and implementing national cybersecurity strategy to prevent damages caused by cyber threats and to minimize damages when they happened. However, there are a lot of differences and disparities in respective strategies with their own background and needs. A vulnerability in some places can be a global problem, so various guidelines have been developed by relevant organizations including international organizations to support the establishment of national cybersecurity strategies and improvement of them. In this paper, with analysis on the guidelines for the establishment of national cybersecurity strategies, reference model consisting of common elements of strategies was suggested. And several recommendations for the improvement measures for Korean national cybersecurity strategies were explained with a comparison of the reference model.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

Interest in the transition to MyData beyond the use of personal data is high worldwide. In order for the ideology of MyData to be realized, various useful MyData services would be developed in practice. Above all, convergence must be premised for the development of MyData. This study proposed strategies for activating MyData convergence services from four perspectives (BLTS: Business, Legal, Technology, and Social). In particular, the purpose w as to revitalize domestic convergence services by comparing European policies and services, which are the most pioneering in the field of MyData, with the domestic situation. It is expected that this study will provide balanced and progressive ideas in the MyData industry and policies.

세계적으로 스마트폰 성장의 축이 중저가로 이동하고 IoT에 대응하는 성장 모멘텀을 찾는 추세이다. 최근 구글의 조립식 스마트폰 프로젝트(Ara)의 진행은 전략적 기술지향점과 지속적인 시장지배전략을 수렴해가려는 산물로 분석된다. 구글안경(2013), 스마트워치(2014), 조립식스마트폰(2015) 등의 상용화출시나 출시예정에 대한 발표는 기존 시장에서 전개되어온 구글의 OS플랫폼 지배전략(70~80%)을 하드웨어 플랫폼을 통해서도 전개할 것임을 강력히 시사하고 있다. 한국은 스마트폰 이후를 준비하면서 조립식 스마트폰과 워치의 파괴적 영향에 대비하여, 심층적인 기술개발 및 시장 대응전략의 수립과 IT융합 산업의 동력원으로 연계하기 위한 연구가 시급한 시점이다.

소프트웨어와의 융합을 통한 새로운 가치 창출이 모든 산업에서 핵심 경쟁요소로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 가운데 최근 건설산업도 BIM(Building Information Modeling)과 스마트 하우스 스마트 빌딩 등을 중심으로 소프트웨어와의 융합 급진전되고 있다. 건설사업 추진 과정에서 소프트웨어 업체들과의 전략적 제휴도 확산 추세를 보이고 있다. 건설과 소프트웨어와의 융합은 세계적 트렌드로 경쟁력 확보를 위해 이러한 추세에 적극 대응해 나가야 할 것이다. 여기서는 여기서는 포스코경영연구소 한강수 패밀리경영연구센터 책임연구원의 '건설산업의 신트렌드 HW와 SW의 결합' 보고서를 통해 건설산업과 소프트웨어와 융합화 동향과 시사점에 대해 살펴본다.

최근의 글로벌 IT시장은 HW 중심에서 SW 모바일 중심으로 급속히 변화하고 있으며, SW, PC, 휴대폰 등 비교적 명확했던 IT 경계가 사라지고 융합화 되고 있어, SW산업은 IT 산업 전체의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 기반산업으로서 그 역할이 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 2010년말 국내 SW시장은 세계시장의 2.0%(임베디드SW 포함)에 불과하며, 적지 않은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 첫째, SW시장질서가 공정하지 못하며 생태계가 왜곡되어 있다. 둘째, 인력 기술 창업 등 SW산업의 기초체력이 미흡하다. 셋째, 임베디드시스템 경쟁력 부족으로 융합 시장이 활성화되어 있지 못하다. 넷째, 협소한 국내 시장을 넘어 글로벌 시장에 도전하는 기업가 정신이 부족하다. 이러한 상황에서 젊은 인재와 SW전문기업이 글로벌 시장에 도전하고 성공할 수 있는 생태계를 조성하기 위해 2011년 10월 27일 제102차 비상경제대책회의에 "공생발전형 SW생태계 구축 전략"이 상정되어 확정되었다. 동 전략의 기본 방향은 1) IT서비스 대기업 중심의 시장 질서를 전문 중소기업 중심으로 전환, 2) 패키지 SW 임베디드SW를 우리 경제의 사활이 걸린 분야로 선정하고, 핵심경쟁력 제고여건 조성에 있다. 이를 위한 추진과제로 SW공정 거래 질서 확립, SW기초체력강화, SW융합 활성화가 추진될 계획이며, 또한 정책의 지속적인 수행을 위한 재원 마련 방안 및 추진 체계를 확보함으로써, 공생발전형 SW생태계 구축의 새로운 전기가 마련될 것이다.

The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate the influence of interpersonal problems on sleep quality in college students and to analyze the mediating role of mental health and the moderated mediating role of emotional regulation. This was a cross-sectional study of 307 students at a college in Seoul. The results of hierarchical linear regression showed that interpersonal problems and mental health were statistically significant predictors of sleep quality in college students. A mediation analysis further revealed that students' mental health mediates the relationship between interpersonal problems and sleep quality. Additionally, there was a moderated mediating role of dysfunctional emotional regulation in this process. Our findings suggest that supportive and adaptive cognitive emotional regulation educational programs should be designed based on college students' maladaptive emotional regulation experiences and individual characteristics.
