The purpose of this study is to examine the functional aspects linked to the productivity innovation of ChatGPT, which emerged as a result of the rapid development of AI technology, and to identify ways to apply it in the jewelry industry. By analyzing the definition of ChatGPT and its features that improve productivity, I identify the scope of its application in the jewelry production process and derive meaningful implications. ChatGPT has the characteristics of 'learning', 'communication', and 'generative'. It enhances productivity by applying it to the jewelry industry. Social issues arise from the paradigm shift in the creation methods of generative AI. The version of ChatGPT is continuously upgraded along with the expansion of parameters. Accordingly, we would like to discuss ways to strengthen the competitiveness of the jewelry industry by conducting continuous research.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accessibility of the SI-Bass Guitar for the visually impaired who uses the Sense Reader which is a screen reader software. An evaluation was performed for the Sense Reader users to do the [Virtual Instrument Editing] task on the NCS(National Competency Standards) using the SI-Bass Guitar. This study shows that the SI-Bass Guitar has no basic accessibility. But the visually impaired can do above task using the Sense Reader's Mouse Pointer and Position Memory Function. Several Propositions are suggested to develop a fully accessible SI-Bass Guitar for the screen users.

This study proposes a secure keypad structure that can adapt to screen changes in mobile devices equipped with stretchable display. For this purpose, we compared and analyzed the authentication methods applied to current rigid form factor smartphones with those applied to rollable and bendable display based smartphones, which are the previous stages of stretchable display. Based on the results of this analysis, we identified potential user convenience and security safety issues that may arise in the form factor structure for smart wallets, multitasking, screen expansion and media viewing, and gaming and entertainment applications where stretchable displays will be applied, then proposed a security keypad structure for these form factors. Our keypad structure provides enhanced user convenience and security compared to the structures applied in the smartphone environment based on the conventional rigid display form factor and rollable, bendable display form factor.

This study aimed to explore sustainable fashion design plans and directions by analyzing Marine Serre's collection. Previous research was reviewed to derive classifications of the aesthetic characteristics of sustainable fashion design. This classification was then used to analyze the characteristics of the Marine Serre collection. Design analysis was conducted on Marine Serre's 2018 FW to 2023 SS collections. Marine Serre's sustainability characteristics are functionality, surprise, handicraft, and inclusion. The results are as follows. First, functionality is the highest among the four characteristics and includes the functionality of movement, the functionality of form, and futurism. This characteristic was observed in the use of all-in-one body suits, pockets, and workwear, showing the will and values of designers who value daily activity. Second, surprise includes the scarcity of materials and the unexpectedness of composition. The value of the clothing is enhanced by the use of scarce materials not typically used in clothing. In addition, Marine Serre is highly regarded for expanding clothing into life by incorporating material upcycling into the theme of the collection. Third, handcrafted features include exaggerated decorations, logo, retro designs, and natural properties, and intentional utilization is differentiated. Marine Serre's signature pattern suggests a suitable expression for the fabric to use the crescent moon for the season. Fourth, the collection expresses themes of inclusivity and cultural diversity. The results indicate that Marine Serre wants to contribute to a better future characterized by global coexistence.

This study aims to determine the factors affecting the level of satisfaction with the Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) among citizens in Incheon. Partial least squares (PLS) regression, instead of multiple regression, was used for the analysis because it can solve multicollinearity and sample size issues. The analysis results are as follows: The factor with the greatest effect on satisfaction with CBS among Incheon citizens, was the elimination of redundancies (VIP=1.185). Therefore, local governments, government agencies, and public organizations must coordinate their ideas and collectively create guidelines to eliminate redundancies. The second most influential factor was the expansion in the broadcast medium from legal, institutional, and policy aspects (VIP=1.087). This is because differences in generation, age, gender, and personal characteristics were not considered. Therefore, it is necessary to devise a customized messaging tool through the expansion of broadcast media. The broadcast criteria of the legal, institutional, and policy perspectives comprised the third most influential factor, with a high VIP value of 1.053. Consequently, it is essential to devise a plan to avoid distributing unnecessary cell broadcast services, by establishing criteria for areas and sections, time, and the direct and indirect impact zones of a disaster. In the future, this study could be used as base data to develop policies, guidelines, and response measures for Incheon CBS. Given the lack of research on the diverse characteristics of each social class and the city traits of each region, and a lack of concrete empirical research on each factor, continuous and in-depth studies are required in the future.

Recently, mandatory BIM design has been enforced in the civil engineering field, focusing on public projects, and inducement measures to actively participate in BIM by participating subjects are required. The BIM ordering documents must reflect the characteristics of the BIM project, current construction standards and laws, and environmental conditions of domestic participants. In this study, we analyze the ordering documents used in domestic and overseas civil engineering BIM projects to determine whether they meet the purpose of BIM. In the future, items that consider the existing heterogeneous data linkage and compatibility, the connectivity with the current construction guidelines and laws, the cost of the designer and the input personnel are prepared for the part that does not meet the BIM purpose. Furthermore, the written order documents are verified through interviews with experts who have experience in BIM projects. Through the results of this study, I would like to propose a consultation system strategy to prepare and present items according to the purpose and type of project by client.

Conventional methods like PIN used in conventional smartphone form factor have not considered the variation in display structure or screen size. As a result, when applied to recent variable display-based smartphones, the secret information input unit may get reduced or enlarged, leading to vulnerabilities for social engineering attacks due to deformation of the display area. This study proposes a secure keypad that responds to changes in display size in rollable and bendable smart phones. Firstly, the security problems that may arise when applying classical authentication methods to new form factors were analyzed, and corresponding security requirements were derived. The proposed security keypad addresses the key input error problem that can occur when the screen size is small. The arrangement and size of keys can be deformed with the spacing suitable for input depending on the display size of rollable and bendable smartphones. The study also considered the problem of leaking input information for social engineering attacks by irregularly distributing key input coordinates. The proposed method provides better user experience and security than existing methods and can be used in smartphones of various sizes and shapes.

This study aimed to examine the effect of adolescents' perceived parental blame (criticism) on learned helplessness and to examine whether maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination sequentially mediate the relationship between parental blame and learned helplessness. The participants were 316 adolescents (Mean age=16.7, SD=0.75; 137 male, 179 female) attending grades 1st and 2nd in high school in South Korea. The participants were selected using a snowball sampling method, while the data was collected via an online self-report questionnaire. This survey was completed by the participants and analyzed using SPSS 28.0, Amos 26.0 (IBM Co., Armonk, NY), and PROCESS macro version 4.2 (Model 6; Hayes, 2022). The main results are summarized as follows. Firstly, the adolescents' perceived paternal and maternal blame indicated significant direct effects on learned helplessness. Secondly, rumination mediated the effect of paternal and maternal blame on learned helplessness. Lastly, paternal and maternal blame significantly affected learned helplessness through the sequential mediating effects of maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination. This study elucidates the causal structure among the various factors influencing learned helplessness in adolescents, focusing on parental blame, maladaptive metacognitive beliefs, and rumination. Furthermore, considering the verified sequential mediating effects of maladaptive metacognitive beliefs and rumination in the relationship between adolescents' perceived parental blame and learned helplessness, these findings suggest that modifying maladaptive metacognitive beliefs may help to reduce learned helplessness among adolescents who perceive high levels of parental blame.

This study examined the effects of perceived discrimination on multicultural adolescents regarding feelings of conflict over their ethnic identity by investigating the moderating role of father-child open communication and mother-child open communication mediated by bicultural competence. A total of 234 middle school students (grades 7-8; 139 girls and 95 boys) from multicultural families, from which the father is Korean and the mother is not, participated in the study. Data was collected through an online self-report questionnaire and was analyzed via SPSS 26.0 and Process (Version 4.1) MACRO. The results can be summarized as follows. First, bicultural competence mediated the effects of perceived discrimination on feelings of conflict over one's ethnic identity. Enhanced bicultural competence resulting from a lower perception of discrimination contributed to a reduction in feelings of conflict over one's ethnic identity. Second, the moderated mediation effect of fatherchild open communication was significant, while the effect of mother-child open communication was not. Thus, the mediation relationship (lower perceived discrimination increased bicultural competence and, thus, reduced conflict over one's ethnic identity) grew stronger as the level of father-child open communication increased. The significance of this study lies in uncovering the causal relationships between individual and environmental factors that contribute to ethnic identity development among multicultural adolescents, particularly highlighting the important role of Korean fathers within multicultural households.

Ammonia is drawing attention as carbon free fuel due to its ease of storage and transportation compared to hydrogen. This study suggests ammonia fueled solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) system with electrochemical hydrogen compressor (EHC)-based recirculation. Performance of electrochemical hydrogen pump is based on the experimental data under varying hydrogen and nitrogen concentration. As a result, the suggested system shows 62.04% net electrical efficiency. The efficiency is 10.33% point higher compared to simple standalone SOFC system (51.71%), but 0.02% point lower compared to blower-based recirculation system (62.06%). Further improvement in the EHC-based SOFC recirculation system can be achieved with EHC performance improvement.
