Convergence and Substitutability between IPTV and Digital Cable TV on Subscribers (IPTV와 디지털 케이블 TV 간의 융합과 대체성 강화에 따른 가입자 변동)

  • Due to rapid convergence trends in the digital pay TV market, differentiation among the competing medias decreases and substitutability is increasing. The current study aims to explain the effect of service substitutability among competing media on the size of domestic digital pay TV subscribers. For the analysis, the Lotka-Volterra model, an ecological competitive diffusion model, was used to obtain the basic model for a simulation study. A simulation was performed by adjusting independent variables of substitutability to estimate the size of subscriber for particular media. The relationship between the digital cable TV and the IPTV is identified as a predator-prey relationship and the digital cable TV is found to be superior to the IPTV. The simulation results showed that the increase of convergence and substitutability result in the decrease of the entire media market. Especially, the IPTV is estimated to face the greatest loss in this context.

Effects of computer and demonstration scenario simulation using smart fire evacuation guidance on evacuation induction and time (스마트 화재대피 유도 컴퓨터 및 실증 시나리오 시뮬레이션이 피난 유도와 시간에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined how the fire evacuation induction service system using a smartphone navigation application in the event of a fire affects the fire evacuation time, and the following conclusions were drawn. 1. The evacuation time was reduced by 22 seconds when the navigation application was used in computer scenario simulation. Even in the demonstration simulation, the evacuation time was reduced by 40 seconds when the navigation application was used. This indicates that the navigation application is effective in shortening the evacuation time in case of fire. 2. As a result of the demonstration scenario simulation, the time until the end of evacuation was 39 seconds faster in the case of evacuation guidance than in the case where it was not conducted. 3. No bottlenecks occurred in the evacuation route during the demonstration scenario simulation. As a result, there was a difference in the time required to complete the evacuation between the computer scenario simulation and the demonstration scenario simulation.

Structural Relationship among Health Concern, Leisure Sports Passion and Psychological Happiness for Simulation Golf Participants (시뮬레이션골프 참여자의 건강관심도와 여가스포츠열정 및 심리적 행복감의 간의 구조적 관계)

  • The study aimed to verity the relationship of between health concern, leisure sports passion, and psychological happiness on screen golf participants. The subject of study who adults were recruited from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do. I conducted frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, correction, and structure equaling modeling analyses. The results were as follows: (1) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(harmonious passion); (2) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on leisure sports passion(obsessive passion); (3) health concern of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (4) leisure sports passion(harmonious passion) of screen golf participants had a positive influence on psychological happiness; (5) leisure sports passion(obsessive passion) of screen golf participants had no influence on psychological happiness. The result is meaningful in that modern people who value health have sought ways to lead a healthy life by raising their athletic passion through the fun of simulation golf.

Effects of Simulation Program using Immersive Virtual Reality: Meta-analysis (몰입형 가상현실 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 효과: 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of simulation program using virtual reality (VR). Examination of databases resulted in identification of 1,415 studies of which 3 satisfied the inclusion data. Data analysis was performed using R version 4.0.2 to calculate the effect sizes, explore possible causes of heterogeneity, and check for publication bias, using a funnel plot. The mean effect size of the simulation program was medium (g=0.35), along with the skill performance (g=0.59), satisfaction (g=0.38), knowledge (g=0.21). Finally a funnel plot was produced to check for publication bias, but no significant bias was detected. Based on these findings, the simulation program using VR affects nursing education.

  • 21세기 지식정보화 시대의 정보과학기술은 중요한 교육으로 발전하고 있으며, 최근 6T를 기반으로 융합 IT는 미래사회의 중요한 과학기술로 연구 발전 시켜나가고 있다. 최근 이러한 융합적 IT기술의 근원은 창의성 계발과 아이디어를 중요시하고 있으며, 창조적 인재육성을 지향하고 있다. 창조적 인재육성은 창의적 문제해결 학습에 의한 두뇌의 발달과 창의적 설계를 가능하게 하므로 새로운 학습방법 연구가 활발히 진행 되어야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 RDS를 이용한 창의적 문제해결 학습방법에 대하여 설명하고, 융합 IT분야에서도 미래사회에 가장 많은 영향력을 가지고 있는 지능로봇 분야의 창의적 설계와 응용을 학습할 수 있는 방법에 대하여 소개한다. RDS는 지능로봇 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 서비스 컴포넌트 기반으로 창의적 설계에 대하여 3차원 가상공간에서 학습자가 직접 프로그램으로 제작 실험이 가능하도록 지원한다. 또한 수학적, 과학적 학습의 효과를 동시에 IT에 접목할 수 있는 종합교육학습 시스템으로 발전시켜 나갈 수 있다. 시각적 시뮬레이션 환경(VSE)은 학습자의 문제해결력을 위한 경험과 실험을 동시에 실시간 제공할 수 있는 것이 큰 장점이다.

  • 본 연구는 3차원 인체 데이터 위에 가상 의류를 착장시키는 착장 시뮬레이션 시스템의 구현을 소개 한다. 인체 데이터는 3차원 전신 레이저 스캐너로 계측하였으며 가상의류는 의복의 앞뒷면 촬영 영상으로 하였다. 대상 의류는 원피스, 티셔츠, 바지 등과 같은 비교적 복잡하지 않은 구조의 의류이며, 본 논문에서는 상의 및 원피스의 착장 과정과 바지의 착장 그리고 바지위에 상의를 착장하는 중첩 착장의 과정을 보여준다. 가상 착장 결과로 실제 착장과 동일한 결과를 제공하기 때문에 치수가 자신에게 맞는지의 정보와 착장시의 어울림의 정보가 온라인상에서 육안으로 확인되도록 제공되며, 디지털 의류의 준비도 간단하여, 본 논문의 결과로 새로운 형태의 온라인 의류 판매 방식이 제시될 수 있다.

  • 다중 시스템 정보 융합 기술은 단일 시스템으로부터 수신되는 정보들보다 좀 더 정확하고 명확한 정보를 얻기 위하여, 다양한 시스템의 정보들을 연관된 정보들과 함께 비교, 평가, 종합하여 필요한 정보를 얻는 기술을 말한다. 이러한 정보 융합에 있어 동종 시스템, 동일 주기 정보들을 수신할 수 있지만 이종 시스템, 이종 주기 정보를 수신하여 정보를 융합할 경우도 있으며 단일 시스템의 장애로 인하여 정보를 제공할 수 없는 상황이 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 이종 시스템의 장애 발생 시에 다중센서 융합 시스템에서 정보들을 융합하고 이 정보를 제공함에 있어서 정보 제공 주기나 상황 변화를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 기술을 본 논문에서 제시하고자 하며 가장 간단한 융합 방식인 Convex combination 융합을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 통하여 결과를 비교 하였다.

Effects of High-Fidelity Simulation-Based Training of Nursing Students according to their Learning Styles (일 대학 간호학생의 학습유형별 시뮬레이션 교육 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish basic materials for providing a learning type specific simulation education through identifying the differences in self-efficacy, problem solving ability and clinical competence before and after a learning type specific simulation education, with 145 3rd-year nursing students at a university as the study subjects. This study is a single-group, before-and-after designed experiment for verifying the learning type specific effects after simulation education. As a result of the experiment on the learning types of nursing students, the adaptors were seen to be the most, and the after-simulation education problem solving ability (F=5.015, p = 0.02) and the after-education clinical competence (F=3.288, p = 0.02) showed statistically significant differences. From which, based on the fact that the convergers were seen to be significantly higher than the adaptors and the divergers were higher than the adaptors in regard to problem solving ability, and the fact that the convergers were seen to be significantly higher than the adaptors in regard to clinical competence, it was possible to ascertain that there are differences in the effects of learning type specific simulation education. However, self-efficacy did not show any statistically significant differences. Based on these results, it can be expected that a simulation education by learning types can be provided.

  • It seems necessary to have a new methodology to develop the complex embedded system in a short time with a small amount of money and secure the reliability of products. For this in this study, the investigator presents the state-of-the-art technology with which the limitation of physical prototyping and virtual prototyping can be overcome. Also as a developing methodology of the em-bedded system in which the new technology is applied, the investigator suggests a new methodology of developing process for the integrated design, integrated simulation, and debugging of the physical prototyping and the virtual prototyping.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the differences in self-efficacy, clinical performance ability, and critical thinking disposition after applying education integrated educational virtual reality simulation to training and outside school clinical practice to nursing college students and to provide them as basic data for effective practical education. This study was conducted from June 8 to July 3, 2020, and enrolled in the 3rd year of university in G city, and 30 subjects who did not receive virtual reality simulation training or outside school clinical training at all. Data were analyzed by Paired t-test. As a result of the study, the result of pretest and posttest to each group showed statistically significant improvements in self-efficacy, clinical performance ability, and critical thinking disposition. As a results of the study, education integrating virtual reality simulation training and clinical practice for nursing students to improves clinical performance ability, improves critical thinking, and self-efficacy, so it is thought that various virtual reality simulation training must be suitable for clinical situations before practice is necessary.
