산업간의 경계약화, 신기술 확산, 수요의 다양화 등으로 인해 콘텐츠 산업의 융복합화 현상은 더욱 확산되고 있다. 또한 기술혁신으로 네트워크 기반의 융복합, 혼합, 통합, 결합이 총체적으로 반영된 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠들이 새롭게 등장할 전망이다. 본 연구는 새롭게 등장되고 있는 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠의 유형별 채택요인을 실증 분석함으로써 관련 실무자들에게 융합형 콘텐츠 산업 확산을 위한 유용한 시사점들을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of multiple-choice test items used in assessment of high school integrated science according to 2009 revised curriculum. For the analysis of the tendency of item setting, we devised an analytic framework specific to integrated science, and analyzed the characteristics of items by applying the devised framework and item response theory. The results of the tendency of item setting revealed that most of items run counter to the intent of integrated science in terms of item resource, integration extent, and cognitive level, which means teachers are stick to separative method in teaching-learning and assessment of integrated science. The results of the analysis applying item response theory showed that item difficulty was appropriate and item discrimination was considerably high. However, there was no relevance between the tendency of item setting and qualitative characteristics of the items. We also discussed some agendas to improve the teaching-learning and assessment of integrated science based on the results of this study.

2016년 하반기까지 표준화 완료를 목표로 표준화 논의가 진행 중인 북미 차세대 지상파 방송시스템 규격인 ATSC3.0 지상파 방송시스템 표준은 UHD기반 실감형 방송, 모바일 HD 방송을 RF 6MHz대역 한 채널내에서 서비스제공이 가능하며, IP통신망과 연동하여 방송통신 융합형 실감방송시스템 제공이 가능한 지상파 방송기술 표준화를 지향하고 있다. 본고에서는 차세대 북미지상파 방송방식인 ATSC3.0에서 표준화가 진행되고 있는 실감형 초고화질 3DTV 서비스 규격인 ATSC3.0 고정/이동방송 융합형 UHD 표준화 동향에 대하여 기술하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the management status of science in senior high schools based on the 2009 Curriculum Revision and the science teachers' perception of the content and a class of science. The way of managing a class was surveyed and discovered that the percentage of more than two teachers giving lessons depending on their major was higher than that of a teacher giving all the lessons. Analysis of teachers' perceptions of the content of science showed that science textbooks reflected the revised science curriculum well. However, teachers thought that the terms and concepts introduced to describe the knowledge of frontier science were so difficult that they feel it's very hard teaching them to the students. Even though science teachers thought that science was mainly focused on cultivating scientific literacy of the students, they assess mostly understanding of science concepts on the students. It means that science teachers stay in line with old position in assessment.

In this paper. we propose a method of confidence measure fusion under Bayesian framework for speech recognition. Centralized and distributed schemes are considered for confidence measure fusion. Centralized fusion is feature level fusion which combines the values of individual confidence scores and makes a final decision. In contrast. distributed fusion is decision level fusion which combines the individual decision makings made by each individual confidence measuring method. Optimal Bayesian fusion rules for centralized and distributed cases are presented. In isolated word Out-of-Vocabulary (OOV) rejection experiments. centralized Bayesian fusion shows over 13% relative equal error rate (EER) reduction compared with the individual confidence measure methods. In contrast. the distributed Bayesian fusion shows no significant performance increase.

In this study, we investigated the influences of Integrated Science on the views of 10th graders with regards to the nature of science (NOS), STS, interest in science, and science aspiration, in order to explore the effects of Integrated Science developed under the 2009 Revised National Curriculum. Participants in this study were 214 10th graders in Seoul. The survey was administered at the beginning and at the end of the Integrated Science course. The analyses of the results revealed that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the pre-test and post-test on the NOS survey. However, the post-test scores of the tentativeness of scientific knowledge and the use of imagination, which are the sub-constructs of the NOS, were found to be significantly lower than the pre-test scores. There were no statistically significant differences in the frequencies of the responses to each item of the STS survey. The pre-test and post-test scores of the interest in science and the science aspiration were also not significantly different. The results indicated that Integrated Science did not have any impact on students' views on NOS, STS, interest in science, and science aspiration. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

A circularly polarized small UHF RFID reader antenna is presented. The antenna is composed of four elements and printed on the plastic substrate(${\varepsilon}_r=2.2$, t=5mm). Each element is fed by a probe which is sequentially connected to the feed line. The feed line is manufactured on the FR-4 substrate(t=1.0mm, ${\varepsilon}_r=4.7$). The simulation results shows that the antenna can be achieved a return loss of 12dB, gain of 3.46dBic over the UHF band of 902-928MHz. According to our simulation results, two prototype antennas are manufactured and measured. The obtained antennas operate in UHF RFID bands and can be adapted for various portable applications. In addition, a parametric study is conducted to facilitate the design and optimization processes.

최근 IT(Information Technology)산업의 가장 핵심적 키워드는 산업 내 혹은 산업간의 융합화 즉 컨버전스(Convergence)라 할 수 있다. 즉, IT를 매개로 서로 다른 분야의 기술들이 상호 융합되어 새로운 서비스 또는 기술을 제공하는 융합화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 융합의 핵심에는 유비쿼터스라는 패러다임이 있으며, 유비쿼터스 패러다임은 도시에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하였다. u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시관리에 의한 안전보장과 시민복지 향상, 신산업 창출 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시로 정의된다. 성공적인 u-City 건설을 위해선 기존의 지자체GIS 개념을 확대하여 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념이 필요하며, 지능형 도시공간정보를 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 서비스 표준체계가 필요하다. 즉, u-City의 실질적 구현 및 운영을 위해서는 정보(컨텐츠)가 필요하며. 이를 위해선 도시공간정보의 상호운용성의 확보가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념과 지능형 도시공간정보 서비스 표준체계를 제시하도록 한다.

In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.

차세대 IPTV 서비스에서 개방형 융합서비스를 제공하기 위한 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼 기술에 대하여 소개하고, 관련 연구 동향을 분석한다. 먼저 사용자의 소비행태 변화에 따른 차세대 IPTV 서비스의 정의에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 만족시키기 위한 플랫폼의 필요성에 대하여 고찰한다. 다음으로는 개방형 융합 서비스 제공을 위한 Open API, SOA, SDP 등의 기술 및 표준화 현황에 대하여 살펴보며, 이를 바탕으로 진행되는 SDP 기반 플랫폼의 논리 구조 및 진행되고 있는 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼의 개념에 대하여 기술한다. 마지막으로는 국내외에서 진행중인 개방형 서비스 및 개방형 IPTV에 대한 동향을 살펴봄으로써 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼의 미래에 대하여 고찰한다.
