The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to increase happiness by verifying the mediating effect of career identity in the relationship between community consciousness, civic consciousness, career identity and happiness of high school students. Data analysis used data from the '2020 Generation Z Teenage Values Survey' conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute. Among the survey subjects, 2,959 out of 3,037 high school students who met the purpose of this study, excluding missing, were sampled and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. The analysis method used frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and Bayron and Kenny's analysis methods to verify the mediating effect, and applied Sobel test techniques to analyze indirect effects and significance. The results of the study showed that, first, high school students' sense of community and citizenship increased their happiness. Second, career identity had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between community consciousness and happiness. Third, it shows a partial mediating effect of career identity in the relationship between citizenship and happiness. Based on this, this study is meaningful in that it suggests policy alternatives and practical programs to promote high school students' happiness.

The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of major satisfaction, nursing professional intuition, self leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Data were collected from 202 nursing college students in B city and analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 22.0. The degree of career preparation behavior in nursing college students was 3.16±.85. There were significant differences in career preparation behavior with respect to grade(t=-4.86, p<.001), college life satisfaction (F=11.82, p<.001). There was positive correlation between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction (r=.34, p<.001), nursing professional intuition(r=.24, p=.001), and self leadership(r=.54, p<.001). Factors affecting the career preparation behavior of the study subjects were self leadership(β=.491, p<.001), grade(β=.284, p<.001), college life satisfaction(β=.133, p=.039), and the explanatory power was 37.3%. Through this research requires the fellow study to determine the factors affecting career preparation behavior of nursing students.

This study aimed to analyze the personality of 141 pre-service early childhood teachers who will be in charge of the quality of education in the early childhood curriculum and to verify the differences in the career resilience according to the personality types. Career resilirnce, which measures the ability to cope with various problems and create ideas according to the work environment, was judged to be a very important factor for teacher-child interaction and successful operation of the early childhood curriculum. The results of the study showed that, among personality types, in the case of extraversion and conscientiousness, groups with average scores or higher scored higher in creativity, flexibility, challenging spirit, and future orientation than the groups below. In the case of the openness personality, higher scores in creativity, flexibility and challenging spirit, and in the case of the agreeable personality, the group showed significantly higher scores in flexibility and future orientation. In the case of the neurotic personality, on the contrary, the group with below average score received higher scores in flexibility, challenging spirit, and future orientation. The significance of this study is that it suggests the need for comprehensive programs such as various extracurricular programs, curricula, and counseling to help and promote the formation of more positive personalities of pre-service early childhood teachers.

This study is a descriptive investigative research study to understand the relationship between perceived parental parenting attitude, grit, and career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing students. The subjects of the study were 195 nursing students located in G city, data were collected from April to October 2019. The data analysis used the SPSS 24.0 program and descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result of the study, the father's parenting attitude was 41.84±7.55 points, the mother's parenting attitude was 42.97±8.74 points, grit was 103.43±12.74 points, and career decision-making self-efficacy was 76.99±10 points. Career decision-making self-efficacy was a significant negative correlation with the father's parenting attitude (r=-.228, p<.001), Mother's parenting attitude (r=-.257, p<.001). However, There was a significant positive correlation with grit(r=.584, p<001). The major factors that affect the career decision-making self-efficacy were grit(β=.553, p<.001), and It's explanatory power was 35.2%. Therefore, in order to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing students, guidance and education using a strategy to increase grit is necessary.

This study was attempted to establish a model to investigate the relationship between career decision self-efficacy, department satisfaction, and job preparing stress of college students and to investigate the relationship between these factors. The subjects of this study were 355 college students aged 18 years or older in G-do, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0/AMOS 24.0 program. The fit index of the structural regression model met the acceptance criteria (χ²/df=2.89, SRMR=.04, RMSEA=.07, CFI=.96, TLI=.95). As a result of the study, first, it was found that career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction directly affect job stress. Second, career decision self-efficacy was found to directly affect department satisfaction. Third, career decision self-efficacy was found to have an indirect effect on job stress through department satisfaction. Of the two variables influencing job stress, department satisfaction was found to have a greater relative influence on job preparing stress. Based on these research results, it is necessary to develop a strategy to increase career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction, which has been found to affect job stress in order to reduce job preparing stress of college students.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the determination of the career attitude of multicultural youth, which will be the growth engine of Korean society in the future, and to determine the effect of parental support for multicultural youth on career attitude determination. Multicultural adolescents experience more difficulties in parental support and career attitude determination than ordinary adolescents due to confusion over biculturalism exposed at birth. Therefore, this study confirmed the effect of parental support of multicultural adolescents on career attitude determination and verified the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude. To this end, data from the 8th year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MAPS) conducted by the Korea Youth Policy Institute were used, and a total of 1,229 multicultural teenagers in the 2nd year of high school participated in the study. For data analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, path model suitability verification, path model coefficient, and mediating effect verification were conducted. Based on the results of these studies, it was intended to provide basic data for developing an integrated program that improves parental support and career attitude determination of multicultural adolescents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of middle school students' perceived parenting attitudes (positive parenting attitude, negative parenting attitude) on career adaptability and to verify the mediating effect of grit in these influence relationships. For this purpose, 2,235 first-year middle school students from the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey 2021 were selected as research subjects. Data analysis methods included frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. The main research results are as follows: First, in the impact of parenting attitude on career adaptability, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Second, in the effect of parenting attitude on grit, positive parenting attitude was significant as positive (+), and negative parenting attitude was negative (-). Third, grit was positively (+) significant to career adaptability. Fourth, in the relationship between parenting attitude and career adaptability, the mediating effect of grit was found to be a complete mediating effect with positive parenting attitude and a partial mediating effect with negative parenting attitude. Through this, practical suggestions were provided to improve middle school students' career adaptability.

This article examines actions of the department of a university according to Higher Education Evaluation Policy as a case on the department of Christian education of A University. This article consists of background and policy Higher Education Evaluation and actions of the department of Christian education. Specialization, curriculum, management of instructional quality, educational achievement, student support and cooperation of local community as category of trends of the department of Christian education are discussed. Aim of education, model of human resource, educational objects, and key-competency as the specialization of department of Christian education are discussed. Curriculum of department suggests students career track which is related to their career. Positive guidance counseling are implemented for rate of recruit related to educational achievement. Non-subject matter program of University and Department are introduced for students's support. 60 hours of educational service and other educational activities are carried out for local community. Principal, chaplain of school and teachers are invited for educational practical affairs of education. The result of this article can be used as a basic reference for the direction of the higher education.

This study started from the practical need for a career experience program in the fashion major that is creative and responds to current methodologies. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion work experience program that combines digital technology and practical experience. The research methods and procedures were as follows: fashion items and wearable devices were selected, the LED smart bag program was developed, and it was executed. A total of 123 students participated in the program, and a satisfaction survey was conducted after observation and oral evaluation. All of the participants completed the LED smart bag processes of design ideation, material selection, production, and styling using an eco-bag (one of the fashion items and as an LED wearable device). As a result of the participants' satisfaction (on a 5-point scale), most items showed a high level of satisfaction of 4.39 points or more. The smart bag program was evaluated to increase interest based on the time allotted and the students' level and to bolster their understanding of, and interest in, the fashion major. Therefore, this study is expected to be baseline to explore diversification of the fashion major work experience program, in order to create interest in the fashion major based on creative convergence competency.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of science-based STEAM program on the positive science experience of elementary school students. The participants of this study were 64 fourth graders of S elementary school located in Gyeonggi-do. They were divided into the experimental group of 30 students and the comparative group of 34 students. The program was reorganized into the STEAM program, which emphasized communication with students in the second semester of 4th grade, centered on 'Earth and Moon' unit which were carried out in total 16 times. The experimental group was giving the science-centered STEAM program, and the comparative group was giving the general instruction model based on the instructional book guidelines. The results of the study are as follows. The science-centered STEAM program showed a further influence on the positive science experience of elementary school students. Based on these results, it can be confirmed that the class using the science-centered STEAM program positively influenced the improvement of students' positive science experience.
