  • This study was attempted to identify factors affecting depression by stress causes. Data from the 2018 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were used, total subjects was 2,939. Data were analyzed by complex sample frequency, percentage, x2-test and regression by SPSS 25.0. As a result, in the economic problem group, gender, occupation, health-related quality of life, weight change, smoking, subjective health status and subjective body image were significant influencing factors for depression, and explanatory power was 28.7% (F = 8.23, p < .001). In the parent, child, and spouse problem group, age, health-related quality of life, weight change, and subjective health status were significant, explanatory power was 33.1% (F = 6.92, p <.001). In the self and family health problem group, gender, health-related quality of life, weight change, smoking, and subjective health status were significant, explanatory power was 29.6% (F = 5.74, p < .001). Through the results, the influencing factors that appear differently according to each stress cause can be used as basic data to establish an individualized intervention strategy.

  • This study sought to identify the effectiveness of training programs by developing mobile app-based training programs to enhance memory, attention, and language function, which is known to be vulnerable to menopause women. It was conducted on 40 Climacteric woman between 40 to 60 years complaining about cognitive function decline. The mobile app-based cognitive training was an 8 week program. There were a total of 24 sessions and each session took 20-30 minutes, three times per week. The survey was carried out including a baseline study pre and post intervention study. The research variables were objective cognitive function (overall cognitive function, memory, attention, and language function), subjective cognitive function and quality of life. The cognitive training program showed a significant increase in overall cognitive function(t=-8.688, p<.001), memory(t=-4.765, p<.001), attention : number of correct answers(t=-7.293, p<.001), language high frequency response speed(Z=-2.179, p=.036), language low frequency response speed(Z=-2.737, p=.009) and quality of life (t=-3.358, p=.002). However, there was no significant difference in the scores for subjective cognitive function. The cognitive training program was found to be an effective intervention for improving the cognitive function of Climacteric women. It could be used as a cognitive intervention tool that is accessible at home without expert help.

Data were collected from 198 middle-aged adults in S-city. The data analysis was analyzed with technical statistics and t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. There were significant differences in knowledge depending on the age, education level, monthly income and there were significant differences in attitude depending on the education level and monthly income. There were also significant differences in self-efficacy between gender. The correlation analysis also showed a significant correlation between knowledge of cardiovascular disease and attitudes toward prevention(t=.45, p<.001). In other words, the higher your knowledge of cardiovascular disease, the more positive you are about preventing it. Therefore, it is necessary to develop education and mediation programs that can form a positive attitude toward preventing cardiocerebrovascular disease and to develop programs that enhance the self-efficacy of middle-aged men.

The health care nursing policy class was developed using the ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model of instructional design. Data analysis used the SPSS 25.0 program through mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. The experimental group that participated in this education showed statistically significant improvement in political efficacy(t=2.34, p<.05) and intrinsic political efficacy(t=2.75, p<.05), as well as passive political participation score(t=2.22, p<.05) compared to before the intervention. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that health care nursing policy education should be structured to enhance external political efficacy and promote active political participation in future nursing curriculum.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand in detail the development of infants in the 18-24-month period when language develops the most, and to prepare new standards for developmental evaluation that can promote appropriate intervention design at an early time. We divided sub-items such as screening tests and standardized test tools to know the language development ability indicators of infants aged 18-24 months were divided into syntax/phonology, meaning, and speech, and each question was classified and a checklist was made on a five-point scale to conduct a survey on parents with infants aged 18-24 months. Low sensitivity to screening of infants with language delays in nationally implemented infant health checkups, and domestic test tools are standardized for at least six to as many as 10 years, which is always possible in questionnaires related to acceptance and expression, with many reports from parents or teachers. The proportion of "wow" and "started to do" was more than 50-60%. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that new standards for developmental evaluation will be developed to promote the design of appropriate interventions in detail at a short time.
