Information Technology (IT) has contributed much to Korea's economic growth and has helped the innovation of social paradigm. It helps the improvement of productivity, efficiency, convenience and communication, and also helps the critical changes of life style. IT convergence with other technologies or industries has appeared and it promotes new changes and innovations. In major countries, including Korea, the resources and capabilities has focused selectively into this new industry. In this paper, we try to develop advanced national strategy for this new industry. Finally, we suggest some Empowerment Factors of IT Convergence industries in Korea based on experts' survey results.

This study was conducted to analyze the research trends of 87 published studies in domestic journals on resilience of nursing students and propose some directions for future research. The main findings are as follows; First, the concepts of resilience were used in 6 different ways. Second, the number of quantitative research was overwhelmingly bigger(99%) than the ones of the qualitative and mixed research. Third, the protective, risk and changing factors were found in most studies around individual and university level. Throughout this study, it is confirmed that resilience is a very important factor that play a significant role in nursing students' adaptation. But it is required to clarify the concept of resilience and choose appropriate measurement scale. Also it is needed to conduct research with various designs in the future.

Purpose: Obesity can lead to several chronic diseases. With a continuous increase in the obesity rates, sustainable healthy weight management among growing adolescents has become essential. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between obesity-related factors and creative convergence ability. This could form the basis for convergence education for the sustainable healthy weight management of adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 430 adolescents in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeonggi regions using a self-administered 5-Likert questionnaire from November to December 2020. Results: The average score of the male students was higher than that of the female students in terms of healthy weight management convergence awareness, creativity, convergence thinking ability, self-efficacy, exercise, and dietary diversity. On the other hand, the dietary restraint score and the number of weight loss attempts were higher in the female students. Dietary restraint, disinhibition scores and weight loss attempts were higher in obese adolescents compared to underweight adolescents. It was found that dietary restraint, convergence thinking ability, problem-solving ability, exercise, and dietary diversity factors had a positive effect on healthy weight management convergence awareness. Healthy weight management convergence awareness, exercise, meal amount management, junk food management, weight loss belief, and weight loss trial experience had a positive effect on dietary restraint. Convergence thinking ability, weight loss experience, and obesity factors had a positive effect on dietary disinhibition. Conclusion: The sustainable healthy weight management education of adolescents is based on weight management knowledge and awareness of convergence, and must include gender differences. Thus, the problem-solving ability for healthy weight management can be creatively cultivated to enhance self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the convergence of the in-flight meal quality, the customer satisfaction, the brand image and brand loyalty. A total of 170 questionnaires were finally used for the 'analysis of factors, analysis of reliance, analysis of corelation and multiple regression analysis.' We found out that the in-flight meal quality came up with the food factor, service factor and cleanliness factor. The results of the study are as follows; First, only the food factor and the service factor positively affected the customer satisfaction. Second, the food factor and the service factor positively affected the brand image. Third, the customer satisfaction positively affected the brand image and the brand loyalty. Lastly, the brand image positively affected the brand loyalty. According to this study, the in-flight meal quality, customer satisfaction, brand image and brand lo oyalty in the airline service are very important factors for a successful marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of convergence education through the Delphi survey targeting 19 teaching professionals. The Delphi survey was completed three times, drawing key factors and expected outcomes which explain the characteristics of convergence education. The key factors of convergence education were classified as 'educational design', 'teachers' expertise' and 'educational environment'. Educational design focused on the qualitative characteristics of leaner's experience. Teachers' expertise was teacher's active and supportive roles in relationship with fellow teachers and learners. Educational environment was the psychological factors with which various subjects can realize convergence education. The expected outcomes were classified as 'learner's cognitive characteristics', 'leaner's affective characteristics', and 'teacher and educational system'. The expected outcomes of convergence education leads to psychological changes for learners to increase the advanced learning experiences and to pursue values of education itself. Compared to similar concepts, convergence education has some unique characteristics in which many of regular learners in educational settings and various topics are targeted. It also focuses on psychological factors of various subjects and qualitative natures of leaners' learning experience for the advanced learning. Especially, these results have significance in understanding the nature of convergence education, focusing on educational practices through teachers'perspectives.

Korea Youth Panel (2008) has 2 panels of the 5th year of Knowledge data to perform statistical analysis and regression analysis, the risk factors in the risk conditions of the family of functional deficits, protective factors, the relationship between the mediating effect of psychological adaptation and protective factors verification mechanisms and the psychological adaptation level it is an objective to analyze the protective factors that protect the high youth. To investigate the differences by frequency analysis and personal characteristics of the analyte's was performed t test using PASW (Predictive Analytics Software) 18.0. And to verify the effect of the parameters is performed rank regression analysis for verification of the effects of protection factors for adaptation. Rather than focusing on youth risk factors in social welfare practice field, focusing on processes and protective factors to reduce the risk factors, it is possible to convert the viewpoint overlooking the youth exposed to risk factors. Also, for young people experiencing difficulties that features loss of the family, it is determined that the prepared foundation which can be provided in the direction of social welfare practical intervention.

This research aims to investigate how factors such as individual, parental and social support influence the life satisfaction of adolescents. For the study, students living in Ganman and Ganbuk area of seoul were selected as research subject, and final analysis targets were 375 students. First, differences between groups were analyzed as following; the higher average values were presented on groups with higher grade and subjective economic level than normal. Second, it was evident that self-esteem for individual factors and autonomous-control for parental factors had positive correlation on the satisfaction of adolescent's life, whereas problematic factor had negative correlation. Based on these results, this study propose policies that can be applied in the field of social welfare practice in order to enhance the satisfaction of adolescents' life and seek intervention plans.

The study on the used the Korean Youth Risk Behavior Web Based Survey to investigate the convergence factors influencing affect the oral health with subjective depression experience of adolescent. The dependent variable included oral health behavior and subjective symptom experience and the independent variable included subjective depression experience. Convergence factors influencing affect the subjective depression experience was significantly higher than those without depression experience were tooth brush times(one day), tooth brush times after lunch and sealant experience among oral health behavior and was significantly higher than those without depression experience were tooth break, pain, periodontal bleeding and bad breath among subjective symptoms. As a result, it appears to the depression experiences related to oral health factor, so it is consider psychological factors to improve the oral health of adolescents.

본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 특허의 기술융합수준이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
