맞춤형 자수기념품 제작시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study of Custom Embroidered Souvenir Manufacturing System Development)

  • Instant custom embroidered souvenir manufacturing system was studied. Recently customers want to get individually specialized souvenir. We present a modular manufacturing system and implementation of image processing, conversion of punching data. The manufacturing system consist of main module, photographing module and U/I module. We can change the system easily through modularization. Image Processing was necessary for making punching data. We developed sketch typed image processing and image processing which used brightness. Brightness type is suitable for instant embroidered souvenir. This study showed that fusion of embroidery technology and image processing technology can make a new business successfully.

총괄 변수 모델을 이용한 DPF 재생 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Regeneration Performance of DPF using Lumped Parameter Model)

  • With the world-wide demand on the emission minimization, the needs on the diesel aftertreatment devices with high efficiency are also increasing. In order to effectively develop or design a high-performance diesel particulate filter, a clear understanding on the deposition and regeneration mechanism is required. In the present study, a theory on the lumped parameter model for wall-flow type diesel particulate filters is described focusing on the deposition efficiency, pressure drop inside the filter. The fourth order explicit Runge-Kutta method is utilized for the mass flow rate computation. Engine operation modes with controlled and uncontrolled regeneration options are selected. The computational lumped parameter model is validated by comparing the computed results with the measured data.

실외기 기능 교번을 통한 착상 방지 및 지연에 대한 실증 연구 (Feasibility Study on the Frost Prevention and Delay by the Method of Alternating the function of Outdoor Coil Rows)

  • The object of this experimental study is to investigate the effect on frost prevention and delay by the method of alternating the function of outdoor coil rows under the frost conditions ($2^{\circ}C/1^{\circ}C$). The heat pump system with the new method can make frost delay time longer and eliminate frost effectively. It is withstand over 280 minutes without a conventional defrosting method. Maximum COP in case of adopting new method is 13% higher than that in case of reverse cycle defrosting method. Also in case of moving air injection duct faster, the frost delay time is lengthened and its COP is enhanced more.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis of how to calculate fuel efficiency in major development countries (U.S. and Europe) and energy consumption formular derivation of domestic CNG fuel and prove by vehicle test. The formula of fuel consumption is different in mpg(mile per gallon), l/100km, and km/l each countries. CNG fuel has a significant impact on fuel density, composition, and Hydro-Carbon ratio. So, this study how to measurement and calculation procedures of CNG gaseous fueled vehicle energy consumption rate.

비선형 와류격자법을 이용한 작은 종횡비 날개의 고받음각 및 지면효과 후류 특성 분석 (Wake Characteristics of High Angle of Attack and Ground Effect for Low Aspect Ratio Wings using NLVLM)

  • For the analysis of lifting surface at high angle of attack, a Nonlinear Vortex Lattice Method(NLVLM) was used. The NLVLM is intented to compute the interactions between lifting surfaces and separated vertical flow. The lifting surfaces are represented by a lattice of discrete vortex rings. And wakes are represented by families of non-lintersecting, semi-infinite vortex line segments. The image method also used to analyze the ground effect. It is found that vortex lines separated from lifting surfaces represent the separated flows successfully. Although the present method is applied for the rectangular wing and delta wing, extensions can be possible for the arbitrary lifting surfaces. The Present results show good agreement with experimental data.

  • The purpose of this study is analysing the characteristics of vehicle fuel economy and greenhouse gase emissions according to driving pattern of drivers. Current fuel economy has not established on official test methods. The difference between actual fuel efficiency and specification fuel efficiency bring up consumer complaints and misunderstandings about fuel economy. Against this background, The country is progressing the study on influence of the fuel efficiency according to variety test conditions. This study analyze the driving pattern of the different drivers and influence of the fuel efficiency according to driving pattern of different drivers.

균등 압력이 부과된 원형판의 변형에 대한 해석요소의 정확성 비교 (Deflection and Stress Distributions of a Circular Plate under the Constant Pressure with respect to the Element types)

  • The analysis of circular plates under the constant pressure are simplified as the loading conditions of the circular manhole. The theoretical solution of circular plates with respect to the constant pressures are derived by using the governing equation of plate deflection. The deflection and the radial stress distributions were calculated by the theory. Finite element solutions were conducted with respect to the element types of the continuum elements. The most accurate element was selected by comparisons of the theoretical solutions and simulated solutions. The C3D8I element type in brick-type continuum elements gave in a good accordance with the theoretical solutions.

To satisfy their requirements, many cutting-edge machineries are provided to enhance manufacturing industry's productivity. Also, IT technologies are applied to many machinery part and improve their functions. In Korea, Chung-buk plays an important role in machinery part industry. In this paper, we survey, analyze and summarize the current machinery part industry focused on Chunk-buk Area.

미국의 셰일가스 개발과 석유화학 산업의 영향 (Influence of Shale Gas in US on Petrochemical Industry)

  • In this paper, the present status of shale gas development was briefly introduced and intended the growing importance and shale gas as a source of chemicals. The large amounts of shale are expected to be produced thereby, a wealth of methane and ethane will be provided as a raw material of ethylene. This manuscript also focus on the influence of potential volumes of shale gas on petrochemical industry, especially domestic one based on naphtha cracking because ethane cracking can offer cost effective ways to convert methane to higher value chemicals.

전항력을 이용한 회전 블레이드 냉각성능 향상 방안 연구 (Advanced Internal Cooling Passage of Turbine Blade using Coriolis Force)

  • The serpentine internal passage is located in turbine blade and it shows the variety heat transfer distribution. Especially, the Coriolis force, which is induced by blade rotation, makes different heat transfer distribution of the leading and trailing surfaces of serpentine internal passage. The different heat transfer is one of the reasons why the serpentine cooling passage shows low cooling performance in the rotating condition. So, this study tried to design the advanced the serpentine passage to consideration of the Coriolis force. The design concept of advanced serpentine cooling is maximizing cooling performance using the Coriolis force. So, the flow turns from leading surface to trailing surface in advanced serpentine passage to match the direction of Coriolis force and rotating force. We performed numerical analysis using CFX and compared the existing and advanced serpentine internal passage. This design change is induced the high heat transfer distribution of whole advanced serpentine internal passage surfaces.
