This study is a descriptive correlational study to investigate the impact of ethical climate type on career commitment of 155 social worker working at 9 social welfare facility. A self-reported questionnaire used to collect data and collected data was analyzed on SPSS WIN 16.0. The higher mean sore of ethical climate was Low & professional code and Social responsibility. The predictors of career commitment of social worker were low-professional code, efficiency and self-interest of ethical climate type. The strategies to promote and enhance the low - professional code and efficiency ethical climate of social welfare facility were needed to design and be integrated into the management of human career development of social worker

IT 융합의 시대를 맞아, 오늘날 모든 분야에서 컨버전스가 새로운 비즈니스 창출과 혁신의 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 생명과학분야에서도 IT를 접목한 새로운 비지니스가 창출되고 있다. 그러나, 생명의료 윤리를 실질적으로 접하는 의료인 조차 지식수준에 비해 낮은 윤리의식을 갖추었으며 지식수준을 윤리의식으로 착각하고 있다는 평가아래 의료윤리연구회와 같은 기관을 설립하여 생명의료윤리의식을 갖추자는 자성의 목소리가 의료인들의 근래의 반응이다. 본고는 생명윤리 관련 내용을 코드체계화하고 지식관리시스템으로 구축하여, 모바일 스마트를 활용한 플랫폼 설계 및 어플을 제공한다. 생명윤리와 그 관련 법규에 관한 정보를 제공함으로써 국민의 생명윤리 의식을 고취하고 적절한 문제해결 방법을 안내하기 위함을 목적으로 한다.

Internet ethics has been simply recognized as moral understanding, knowledge of etiquette or a kind of common sense. Recently, however, rapid growth of internet dysfunction such as the inadvertent disclosure of personal information, infringement of copyright and malicious code with hacking, has unavoidably broadened the territory of internet ethics. In this light, education contents of internet ethics must include not only laws and systems but specialized knowledge on prevention and action of internet dysfunction. In this paper, we analyze the variables affecting the educational achievement on diverse domains of internet ethics by investigating internet ethics qualifying examination and afterward we suggest some application methods to strengthen the internet ethics.

In this knowledge-based society of this age, librarianship takes a professional position and requires essential principles of ethics that has to be observed. Therefore, library associations and professional communities all over the world have released criteria and code of ethics to make their professional positions to keep. This research investigated and analyzed the codes of ethics for librarians in United States, Great Britain, Japan, and South Korea which are based on the mission of each library of each country. Based on these analysis and comparison, this research proposed more advanced codes of ethics for South Korea. The proposed model of codes of ethics consists of two parts: ethics for information and ethics for professional positions. The ethics for information contains six essential elements: equal access and services for information, denial of inspection, protection of privacy, neutralization of librarian, and security of intellectual freedom. The ethics for professional positions consists of 8 essential aspects: exclusion of personal benefit, continuous efforts for developing knowledge, keep the professional position, conflicts between professional task and organization, relationship with co-workers, ensure the conditions of rights and welfare for employees, cooperations among libraries, and contribution for creation of new culture.

본 논문은 메타버스 환경에서 문제가 대두되고있는 AI 윤리(ethic)를 배경으로 인터랙션을 통해 사람들의 온라인과 오프라인의 결정요소에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 대화형 AI가 어떻게 윤리적으로 진화될 수 있을지에 대한 공학적 솔루션을 UX 관점으로 찾아보는 기술 전략 연구라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 가설은 AI 의 머신러닝과정에 개별 사용자 그룹의 경험데이터가 반드시 포함되고 고려되어야 AI 는 오류값을 줄이고 윤리적으로 대응할 수 있다는 전제이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 기존의 머신러닝과 대화형 AI 의 UX 관점의 다이아로그 플로우 등을 연구 분석하고 사용자 데이터들을 실험하여 메타버스 서비스 환경에서의 기존에 논의되고 있는 컨택스트기반의 AI 머신러닝 과정에 사용자의 정성적 경험데이터를 추가한 윤리적 UX 접근 개념 모델을 제안 하였다. 아직은 개념모델 단계이고 시스템에서는 지금까지 다르지 않았던 비정량적인 감정과 융합적경험을 어떻게 문화적으로 코드화 하고 시스템적인 랭귀지와 연결시킬 수 있을지에 대한사용자 연구가 후속연구로 진행될 예정이다.

As the field of robots is evolving to intelligent robots that can replace even humans' mental or emotional labor, 'robot ethics' needed in relationship between humans and robots is becoming a crucial issue these days. The purpose of this study is to consider the ethics of robots and humans that is essential in this post-human age. It will deal with the followings as the main contents. First, with the cases of developing ethics software intended to make robots practice ethics, the authors begin this research being conscious about the matter of whether robots can really judge what is right or wrong only with the ethics codes entered forcibly. Second, regarding robot ethics, we should consider unethicality that might arise from learning data internalizing human biasness and also reflect ethical differences between countries or between cultures, that is, ethical relativism. Third, robot ethics should not be just about ethics codes intended for robots but reflect the new concept of 'human ethics' that allows humans and robots to coevolve.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sports ethics awareness of college student athletes. To this end, data was collected from 312 college student athletes. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistic and chi-square analysis by the experience of college student athlete's intentional defeat, recognition of intentional defeat, cause of match-fixing, and necessity of sports ethics education. The conclusions are as follows. First, 7.1% of the college students had experienced losing intentionally. Second, 16.3% of the college student athletes did not perceive intentional losses irrelevant to gambling as match-fixing. Third, the college student athletes perceived that the causes of match-fixing included illegal pursuit of profits, environmental factors, human relationships, lack of education, etc. Fourth, 8.1% of the college student athletes viewed that sports ethics education is necessary. This study can be used as a basic data of sports ethics education for student athletes and it is expected to grow as a student player who can maintain moral character.

In the mid-2000s, Web 2.0 appears and is becoming a general cultural code with the keyword of participation, sharing, and openness. Web 2.0, in which consumption is being transformed by the participatory web culture, has evolved. However, associated with the evolution of Web 2.0, several significant concerns appears in a society. Among them, this study will focuses on the cyber-ethics issues. There are limitations to solve the cyber-ethics problems only in the technical and legal approaches. Therefore, the current article intends to consider comprehensively the antecedents of cyber-ethics such as individual characteristics, social influence, and cultural characteristics. Specifically, (1) Do individual characteristics(i.e., self-efficacy, locus of control) affect cyber-ethics in the Web 2.0 environment?, (2) Do social influence(i.e., subjective norm) have an effect on cyber-ethics?, (3) Do cyber -ethics have an impact on user participation in the Web 2.0 services(i.e., retrieval and creation)?, finally (4) Do international cultural difference have a moderation effect on the relationship between cyber-ethics and user participation? For testing empirically the hypothesized research model, this study collected questionnaires in South Korea as well as U.S.A. The results showed that individual characteristics and social influence affect cyber-ethics toward user's creative activities in Web 2.0 sites.

문화는 정신적인 것에서부터 제도에 이르기까지 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 것을 의미한다. 대중예술이라는 측면에서 대중문화는 디지털 정보매체의 발달과 관련하여 고전적인 것보다는 개성과 독창성을 중시하고, 사회 문화적인 의미 이상으로 그 중요성과 영향력을 가지고 있으며, 규격화되고 획일적이며, 동질적 성격을 띄는 특성을 지니고 있다. 대중문화의 기능은 순기능과 역기능으로 분류할 수 있는데, 전자는 문화가 대다수 대중의 삶의 표현이고 문화적 풍요를 경험할 수 있다는 관점이고, 후자는 대중을 한 집단의 구성원이나 개인으로 인식하기보다는 무차별적인 집합체로 인식하고, 상업주의, 획일성, 저속성 등의 부정적인 의미를 내포하고 있으며, 대중문화가 사회의 도덕과 윤리를 저해한다는 관점이다. This paper is the UX-based technology strategy research which is a solution to how conversational AI can be ethically evolved in the Metaverse environment. Since conversational AI influences people's on-offline decision-making factors through interaction with people, the Metaverse AI ethics must be reflected. In the machine learning process of conversational AI, cultural codes along with user's personal experience data must be included and considered to reduce the error value of user experience. Through this, the super-personalized Metaverse service can evolve ethically with social values. With above hypothesis as a result of the study, a conceptual model of a forward-looking perspective was developed and proposed by adding user experience data to the machine learning (ML) process for context-based interactive AI in the Metaverse service environment.
