It is not easy to find out well organized teaching and learning methodology as the adverse effects of the internet have made a lot of problems because we realize the importance of the information/cyber ethic education. In this paper, I suggest the teaching and learning process of the information/cyber ethic education as applying the creative problem solving process of the six-step model proposed by A. Osborn and S. Parnes. We divided fifth grade 54 elementary school students into two groups, a experimental group and a control group, and conducted the the teaching and learning experimental methods. The experimental group, conducted educational teaching and learning methods for information ethics education using creative problem solving process, got a better result compared to the other group. It must be one of the systematic approach to lead changes of learners'; recognition, focusing on the ethics problem-solving process.

The goal of the education of Information Communication Ethics(ICE) is to improve the consciousness level of adolescents so that they themselves are able to judge between what's ethically right and wrong and, as a result, to take the right behavior. For this, we need to preferentially identify the primary factors in understanding and diagnosing the consciousness level of adolescents on the ICE. To solve this problem, in this paper, we identified four major indices that consist of the ICE consciousness through the meta analysis of the both domestic and international researches from the past 5 years in the related area and then, they are validated by experts. We also analyzed the factors in assessing the ICE consciousness level of adolescents by using the Delphi technique, which, during its analysis, even considers elements that are qualitative or cannot be objectified. Finally we deduced 22 ICE factors given the weight through the AHP of an expert group that consists of experienced teachers and professors in the related area.

Methods: Study participants were 155 nurses who had worked one year or longer at small and medium-sized hospitals located in the G city, and they were recruited through convenient sampling. The SPSS/Win 20.0 program was used analyze frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation through independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score for organizational effectiveness of nurses had a significant positive correlation with ethical climate and ethical sensitivity. ethical climate, experience of receiving nursing ethics education were the major predictors of organizational effectiveness and explained 61%(F=48.36, p<.001) of the total variance in the study. Conclusion: it has been confirmed that ethical climate and experience of receiving nursing ethics education affect organizational effectiveness, a concept that shows the degree of achieving organizational goals while nurses at small and medium-sized hospitals.
This essay examines 'precarity politics' by Judith Butler, a well-known gender theorist and queer philosopher, in Notes Towards a Performative Theory of Assembly (2015) focused on concepts as unchosen cohabitation of Hannah Arendt and unwilled proximity of Emmanuel Levinas. Butler's precarity politics is the condition of our dispossessed political beings with fundamental vulnerability and interdependency that cannot choose with whom we will live on this Earth. Butler's political ethics is twofold: on one hand, she examines significance of 'action'' the most significant vita activa in the public area, and 'plurality'' the condition-not only the necessary condition but the possible condition-for a political life suggested by Hannah Arendt in Human Condition; on the other hand, Butler reflects upon global precarity based on a diasporic precarious life in the social world towards freedom and equality. Unchosen cohabitation of plural humans on Earth, and global pervasion of precarity, that indicates "politically induced condition in which certain populations suffer from failing social and economic networks of support and become differentially exposed to injury, violence, and death," so called "differential distribution of precariousness," are practical possibilities of ethical and equal cohabitation of different ethnic groups in the social world. Ethical obligations or ethical demand to respond to others' suffering in distance and proximity originated from precarity politics, mentioned in Precarious Life, Parting Ways, and Frames of War, could be non-foundational joint of plural people living together globally. We should presume the 'reversibility' of distance and proximity in others' suffering, based on responsiveness and responsibility of others, if we want to stay attuned to the pain of others we never chose to live together. That is the significance of Butler's 'precarity politics' with 'ethical obligation' to accept 'unchosen plurality' of living population on Earth, and 'reversibility between of distance and proximity,' in her 'new plural and embodied body politics' or 'new corporeal ontology', through human primary vulnerability, fundamental interdependency, being exposed and responsive to suffering of others.
This study was conducted to provide dental hygiene students with an opportunity which let them learn and have responsibility on bioethical perception by carrying out a survey for bioethical perception by personality types targeting 519 dental hygiene students. The study results were as follows: 1. Generally, in personality types, gender affects friendliness. Also, significant difference was shown in conscientiousness by age and practical experience. From finance point of view, significant difference was shown in neuroticism, extroversion, conscientiousness and openness, however, they did not satisfy test for equality of variances. 2. Generally, in bioethical perception, gender affects embryos right to life significantly (p <0.001) and considerable difference was appeared in intrauterine insemination by age. Significant differences were shown in embryos right to life by grade and whether students have practical experiences or not was the key factor which lead considerable difference in abortion. 3. In correlation of variances for personality types and bioethical perception, only friendliness and embryos right to life had weak correlation of 0.119. 4. In personality types affecting bioethical perception, friendlier personality had strong influence on embryos right to life. From this study, it can be concluded that bioethical perception could be affected by five personality types although they are not conclusive indicators which provide all the information.

In Information age, information problems are continuously differentiated either in individual or in social domain. The danger of reality lost is also day by day increased by digital media and the changes happen at too fast pace. Form the dialect point of view, the education of information literacy is a very important cultural media to arbitrate the conflict between the reasonable solution of the individual information problem and the social information problem. This study is an attempt to discuss the macroscopic initiative of educational system and Information ethics on the basis of the dialectic interpretation of the cultural discourse of the information literacy.
In the mid-2000s, Web 2.0 appears and is becoming a general cultural code with the keyword of participation, sharing, and openness. Web 2.0, in which consumption is being transformed by the participatory web culture, has evolved. However, associated with the evolution of Web 2.0, several significant concerns appears in a society. Among them, this study will focuses on the cyber-ethics issues. There are limitations to solve the cyber-ethics problems only in the technical and legal approaches. Therefore, the current article intends to consider comprehensively the antecedents of cyber-ethics such as individual characteristics, social influence, and cultural characteristics. Specifically, (1) Do individual characteristics(i.e., self-efficacy, locus of control) affect cyber-ethics in the Web 2.0 environment?, (2) Do social influence(i.e., subjective norm) have an effect on cyber-ethics?, (3) Do cyber -ethics have an impact on user participation in the Web 2.0 services(i.e., retrieval and creation)?, finally (4) Do international cultural difference have a moderation effect on the relationship between cyber-ethics and user participation? For testing empirically the hypothesized research model, this study collected questionnaires in South Korea as well as U.S.A. The results showed that individual characteristics and social influence affect cyber-ethics toward user's creative activities in Web 2.0 sites.
The Police force and other public sector organizations do not like non-ethical evaluation of their members and disclosure of evaluation results. However, it is essential for survival and growth of the organization to identify, measure and resolve accurately the non-ethical behaviors of their members. In this study, the dimensions of police officers' unethical behavior were categorized as negligence, personal use, dishonesty, and misconduct of police officers, and the level of those dimensions were measured. After that, the differences due to the individual and work environmental characteristics were explored. The result showed that the level of non-ethical behavior was lowerer than the average. And the differences was statistically significant according to gender, rank of organization, deployed department of the work, and the period of work duration. This implied the necessities of education of police ethics, ethical atmosphere, and establishment of ethical system per differences in individual and work environmental characteristics. Also, considering the fact that the low level of ethical behavior did not lead to ethical action in actual and the inherent problem in research method how frankly the respondents answered the negative self-evaluation, continuous interest in non-ethical behavior and further systemic research are needed in a dimension of personnel management.
Purpose of Research : Since ChatGPT's 2022 release, the educational sector faces mixed reactions to generative AI, sparking innovation but raising concerns about student cognition and communication. While Christian colleges employ AI reflecting their values, secular institutions stress ethical usage. This study explores ethical AI use in these settings, aiming to integrate findings into educational practices. Research content and method : Analyzing AI use and ethics guidelines from 50 domestic and international universities, differences between Christian and secular institutions were explored. Data was categorized, conceptualized via open coding, and components were identified through axial coding. The importance of components for Christian colleges' AI guides was assessed based on the initial data and previous research, leading to the development of tailored AI utilization components for Christian universities. Conclusion : Studies revealed secular institutions have six AI guide components, while Christian colleges found seven in both utilization and ethics guides, focusing on truthfulness, responsibility, and diversity. Emphasizing the need for ethical AI use in Christian colleges, the findings advocate developing AI ethics guidelines to aid marginalized groups and establish a new educational paradigm through further research.
