This study presents the leadership model that is to build of ethical and cultural leadership. This model is to operat the functions of a systemof leadership that based on the universal principles of life, that is performed bybalance and harmonized judgment of the ideal ethical oughtfulness and cultural values, and practise ethically through relationship, process, and skill of leadership. And this model turn out to lead a real impact and then overcome conflict, problem solving, motivation. To check the validity of leadership, this study analysis the case study of leadership of King Sejong. His leadership is based at heaven that on the basis of the universal principles of life. The ideal ethical oughtfulness is to cares for people and the value of the cultural is to cherish the people's will. His leadership is to be balance and harmonized judgment of the ideal ethical oughtfulness and the cultural values by practice of virtues through relationship, process, and skill of leadership. Leadership relationship is a equal role relationship that are the children of the sky, thus to be coexistence and harmonyin close collaboration. Leadership process is a process of transvaluation to ensure the validity of the values by rational discussion and persuasion. Leadership skills led to active obedience through leading by example and love of learning. King Sejong' leadership is the leadership that ethical and cultural leadership become well-implemented.

This study examined the effects of cultural factors and demographic factors on the perceived appropriateness and likelihood of using five categories of inappropriate negotiation strategies. Five categories of inappropriate negotiation strategies consist of traditional competitive bargaining, attacking opponent's network, false promises, misrepresentation of information and inappropriate information gathering. Two kinds of cultural variables, Hofstede's cultural dimensions and 'Chemyon' dimensions were used as universal, etic variables versus indigenous, emic variables. Survey result shows age and gender had significant effects only for traditional competitive bargaining, but gender and personal negotiation style did not have any effects for the inappropriate strategies. Hofstede's dimensions as well as Chemyon dimensions had significant effect for perceived inappropriateness and likelihood of using inappropriate strategies. While both Chemyon and Hofstede's dimensions were significant, Chemyon accounted for more variance than Hofstede dimensions in most cases. This suggests Chemyon's vital role in explaining Korean negotiators' perception and attitude towards inappropriate negotiation strategies. Implications of the results and future research are discussed.

본 논문은 메타버스 환경에서 문제가 대두되고있는 AI 윤리(ethic)를 배경으로 인터랙션을 통해 사람들의 온라인과 오프라인의 결정요소에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 대화형 AI가 어떻게 윤리적으로 진화될 수 있을지에 대한 공학적 솔루션을 UX 관점으로 찾아보는 기술 전략 연구라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 가설은 AI 의 머신러닝과정에 개별 사용자 그룹의 경험데이터가 반드시 포함되고 고려되어야 AI 는 오류값을 줄이고 윤리적으로 대응할 수 있다는 전제이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 기존의 머신러닝과 대화형 AI 의 UX 관점의 다이아로그 플로우 등을 연구 분석하고 사용자 데이터들을 실험하여 메타버스 서비스 환경에서의 기존에 논의되고 있는 컨택스트기반의 AI 머신러닝 과정에 사용자의 정성적 경험데이터를 추가한 윤리적 UX 접근 개념 모델을 제안 하였다. 아직은 개념모델 단계이고 시스템에서는 지금까지 다르지 않았던 비정량적인 감정과 융합적경험을 어떻게 문화적으로 코드화 하고 시스템적인 랭귀지와 연결시킬 수 있을지에 대한사용자 연구가 후속연구로 진행될 예정이다.

This study is to investigate the theoretical background of the content system for an integrated approach to multi-cultural education. It has been expanding to children from general family even though started to support children from multi-cultural family. Most of multi-cultural education programs would be their purpose as building the multi-cultural citizenship even though various multi-cultural education have been introduced. These programs had limited to apply western multi cultural education into Korea school, and Their focuses were not who is person to be morally educated in the multi cultural society. Thus, this study put emphasis on the necessity of and developed the content system for an integrated approach to multi-cultural education.

In the mid-2000s, Web 2.0 appears and is becoming a general cultural code with the keyword of participation, sharing, and openness. Web 2.0, in which consumption is being transformed by the participatory web culture, has evolved. However, associated with the evolution of Web 2.0, several significant concerns appears in a society. Among them, this study will focuses on the cyber-ethics issues. There are limitations to solve the cyber-ethics problems only in the technical and legal approaches. Therefore, the current article intends to consider comprehensively the antecedents of cyber-ethics such as individual characteristics, social influence, and cultural characteristics. Specifically, (1) Do individual characteristics(i.e., self-efficacy, locus of control) affect cyber-ethics in the Web 2.0 environment?, (2) Do social influence(i.e., subjective norm) have an effect on cyber-ethics?, (3) Do cyber -ethics have an impact on user participation in the Web 2.0 services(i.e., retrieval and creation)?, finally (4) Do international cultural difference have a moderation effect on the relationship between cyber-ethics and user participation? For testing empirically the hypothesized research model, this study collected questionnaires in South Korea as well as U.S.A. The results showed that individual characteristics and social influence affect cyber-ethics toward user's creative activities in Web 2.0 sites.

정보화 사회를 거쳐 유비쿼터스 환경으로 나아가고 있는 정보기술은 이제 우리의 생활 곳곳에서 그 대체를 생각할 수 없을 정도로 중추적인 역할을 하고 있으나 역설적으로 그에 따른 역기능이 큰 사회문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재의 정보기술에 바탕을 둔 정보윤리교육은 최근의 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 필요성뿐 만 아니라 미래의 건전한 유비쿼터스 세상의 구현을 위해서도 그 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보기술의 건전화와 올바른 이용 문화의 확산을 위해, 역기능 중심의 윤리적인 관점보다는 정보기술의 순기능을 중심으로 하여 역기능에 대해 분석 및 고찰하고, 순기능의 강화방안과 그에 따른 정보기술과 문화에 대해 다루는 새로운 접근 방법으로 문제기반학습을 적용한 정보윤리 교과과정을 제안한다.

In Information age, information problems are continuously differentiated either in individual or in social domain. In this knowledge-based society of this age, librarianship takes a professional position and requires essential principles of ethics that has to be observed. Therefore, library associations and professional communities all over the world have released criteria and code of ethics to make their professional positions to keep. This research investigated and analyzed the codes of ethics for librarians in United States, Great Britain, Japan, and South Korea which are based on the mission of each library of each country. Based on these analysis and comparison, this research proposed more advanced codes of ethics for South Korea. The proposed model of codes of ethics consists of two parts: ethics for information and ethics for professional positions. The ethics for information contains six essential elements: equal access and services for information, denial of inspection, protection of privacy, neutralization of librarian, and security of intellectual freedom. The ethics for professional positions consists of 8 essential aspects: exclusion of personal benefit, continuous efforts for developing knowledge, keep the professional position, conflicts between professional task and organization, relationship with co-workers, ensure the conditions of rights and welfare for employees, cooperations among libraries, and contribution for creation of new culture.

This case describes Lotte Mart's practices and achievement in the aspect of social responsibilities and ethics management and its implications in retail industry. Lotte Mart set ethics management as core business objective, and establishes and operates a variety of ethics management programs for each of customer, shareholders, employees, suppliers and society. By these programs, Lotte Mart could achieve improvement in quality and price competitiveness through better partnership with supplier, get more efficiency in business through higher morale among employees, and gain improved customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

The problem of freedom is inseparably related to human life. It makes this not to be regarded as a problem restricted to the professional domain of ethics. It suggests rather that the problem of freedom is intimately connected with the philosophical groundwork for discussing the future direction of society, culture and science, and its regulative idea, a philosophical discussion which comes up inevitably with various social, economic and political problems, and problems related to the spirit of law. In this view, when we want to explain the problem of freedom as a fundamental one in reference to future direction of humanities and to find out a solution to this, our research only in accordance with the approach of history of philosophy runs into difficulties. The reason is that the problem of freedom has nowness together with historicity. Finding this problem to be a present one in our concrete human life, we can discuss it more meaningful under the methodological frame changed and developed by philosophical reflections since the modern age. And here I think a culturalistic approach reinterpreting hermeneutic insight and pragmatistic context methodologically can provide a pertinent clue for a theoretical work to investigate the problem of freedom and to find a solution to that because this approach considers historicity and nowness. For this purpose analysing truth intersubjectively and understanding freedom critically, this article tries to reconstruct symbolic interpretation and the concept of self constructed in community of language and action as a cultural horizon of freedom.
