The purpose of this study is to analysis of subjective well-being in the affects university life adaptation of department security programs in university. The subjects in this study were randomly sampled in Kyeong gi do in areas and 332 of department security programs student in university were finally selected. Analyses made by SPSS 17.0 have been applied to following outcomes. The findings of the study were as follows: First, The external situation and psychological physical which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in life satisfaction appeared with positive effects. The qualitative of education which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in life satisfaction appeared with negative effects. Second, The external situation and psychological physical which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in negative emotion appeared with positive effects. The qualitative of education which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in negative emotion appeared with negative effects. Third, The psychological physical which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in positive emotion appeared with positive effects. Fourth, The external situation and psychological physical which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in happy appeared with positive effects. The university study of education which is a university life adaptation lower part variable in happy appeared with negative effects.

Recently, the Supreme Court pointed out that it would be difficult to maintain the existing opinion any more because the overall conditions that were the basis of the past empirical rule were remarkably changed when estimating the lost earnings of a deceased minor. Thus, the court sentenced en banc decision to extend the maximum working age of manual laborers under the empirical rule to 65 years old. The significance of this ruling is to put an end to social confusion caused by courts' different sentences on the maximum working age under the empirical rule depending on lower court decision, and also to acknowledge the maximum working age of physical laborers by applying the new empirical rule in accordance with entering the aged society. It is still unfortunate to conclude the maximum working age as a specific age and also to estimate the lost earnings of a victim by applying the daily wages of urban laborers. Like this, this study aimed to provide the basic data for guaranteeing a proper compensation for damage to victims by analyzing the issues of rulings related to the maximum working age of manual laborers under the empirical rule, and then complementing imperfections in Korean society that has entered the aged society.

건강관리(Healthcare)는 “의료진을 통한 질병의 예방 또는 치료 및 정신적 육체적 건강상태의 관리”로 정의되어 있다. 즉 건강의 관리는 질병(illness)을 극복하기 위하여 적절하게 조치하는 부분과 건강상태(Wellness)를 유지하기 위하여 적합한 방법을 사용하는 두 부분으로 나뉘어 질 수 있다. 그 동안 건강관리가 주로 질병을 극복하는 부분에 비중을 두어 발전되었으나, 경제적 수준의 향상과 건강에 대한 욕구의 증대에 따라 점차 건강 상태의 적절한 관리와 유지에 대한 비중의 증대로 나타나고 있다.(중략)

사람의 몸을 이루고 있는 세포들이 1초에 2백40만개씩 자살행위로 파괴되고 있다. 그러나 같은 수의 새 세포가 골수에서 만들어져 사람의 육체는 유지되고 있다. 이러한 보통세포와는 달리 "미친 세포"라고 불리우는 암세포는 자살기능을 잃고 계속 분열만 하고 있어 암세포도 자살할 수 있도록 유도하는 연구가 계속되고 있다.

비만이 질병으로 간주되는 까닭은 뚱뚱함 그 자체가 당장 육체적 건강에 악영향을 주지 않을지 몰라도, 장차 심장질환, 당뇨병, 골관절염 등 다양한 건강상의 문제의 위험도를 높이기 때문이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 체중 감량을 해야 하는데, 체중을 얼마나 줄일지, 어떤 방법을 사용해서 줄일지 등 이를 위한 세부적인 방법은 경우마다 다르다. 특히 그 사람의 나이는 적절한 체중감량 방법을 선택하는 데 있어서 중요한 고려 사항이 된다.
