This study analyzed the influence of investment and fostering support on gross regional product by utilizing big data using multiple regression analysis. Gross regional product (GRDP) is an index that intensively contains the production scale, expenditure level, income level, and industrial structure of each region, and is an important data used for regional economic analysis and national policy establishment. In order to properly carry out the country's major national tasks, it is necessary to accurately grasp the regional economy, and as a result, interest in regional gross domestic product is rapidly increasing. In particular, foreign investment has a significant impact on the economy of the host country, and many empirical analyzes are being conducted. In this study, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to examine the influence of foreign investment and domestic development support on gross regional product, and as a result, it was concluded that investment and support as a whole had a positive effect on gross regional product.

본 연구는 특허청의 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책을 통하여 발굴 선정된 지역의 지식재산스타기업을 대상으로 지식재산활동이 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는가를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2009~2011년 지식재산스타 기업으로 선정된 16개 지역의 383개 기업에 대하여 정책을 지원한 전년도와 당해 년도의 지식재산활동 및 경영성과를 분석하여 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책의 필요성을 기업에 확산시키고, 더불어 지식재산 지원정책의 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특허청은 2006년부터 지역 중소기업의 견실한 성장을 위하여 지식재산권 중심의 기술경쟁력을 강화하여 독점적 지위 확보와 새로운 시장 개척(First-mover)의 기반을 확충할 수 있는 방안으로 성장 잠재력과 기술력을 가진 지역의 유망 중소기업을 발굴하여 3년간 지식재산컨설팅 및 특허 디자인 브랜드 등에 대한 맞춤형 종합지원을 제공하여 지역의 대표기업으로 성장시키는 "지식재산스타기업 육성 정책"을 시행하고 있다. 이와 같은 지식재산스타기업 육성 정책 지원을 통한 기업의 지식재산활동 중 지식재산 출원건수와 지식재산 전담인력수가 기업의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠것이라는 가설을 실증분석한 결과, 기업의 지식재산 전담인력이 많은 기업들이 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향(매출액 증가)을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구결과에서는 중소기업에서는 체계적인 지식재산경영을 위한 전담인력 확충 등 노력이 요구되며, 정부 및 관련기관에서는 지역의 대표적인 강소기업 육성을 위하여 기업의 지식재산 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 "중소기업의 지식재산 전담인력 양성 프로그램"을 확대하고 지식재산 전담인력 확충에 필요한 지원 정책의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구 이후에는 지식재산스타기업의 연구개발(R&D) 투자와 수출역량 등 연구표본의 다양화를 통하여 중소기업의 지식재산경영 실태를 분석함으로써 지식재산 기반의 '글로벌 강소기업 육성 정책'을 수립하는데 실질적인 방안을 제시할 수 있는 연구과제가 실행될 수 있을 것이다.

국내 SW산업육성을 위해 SW융합을 통한 신시장 창출 SW산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 확보를 위한 체계적이고 전략적인 지원의 필요에 따라 본 연구에서는 국내 SW산업육성을 위한 성장유도 방향과 지원 사업분야를 도출하여 SW산업 지역동반 성장을 위한 신규 정책과제 도출에 활용하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내의 SW분야 지원 정책과 사업 현황을 조사, 분석하고 지원사업의 취약점을 분석하였다. 조사 및 분석을 통해 SW산업 육성을 위한 네 가지 측면의 성장 유도 방향과 10가지 지원 사업 분야를 도출하였으며 도출된 성장 유도방향 등에 대한 중요도 평가를 AHP 분석을 통해 실시하였다. 분석 결과 국가 SW정책의 상대적 중요도 평가 결과에서는 '지속적 추진체계확보'를 가장 중요한 것으로 평가되었고 10가지 사업분야에 대한 중요도 평가 결과에서는 '제품, 기술 개발 지원사업'이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가 되었으며 네 가지 성장유도방향의 중요도 평가결과에서는 '기술경쟁력 확보' 측면의 유도 방향이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가 되었다.

Rhodococcus sp. 3-2 strain has been reported to degrade benzimidazole-based pesticides, such as benomyl and carbendazim. Therefore, this study aimed to optimize culture medium composition and culture conditions to achieve cost-effective and efficient large-scale production of the Rhodococcus sp. 3-2 strain. The study identified that the optimal media composition for mass culture comprised 0.5% glucose, 0.5% yeast extract, 0.15% NaCl, 0.5% K₂HPO₄, 0.5% sodium succinate, and 0.1% MgSO₄. Additionally, a microbial agent was developed using a 1.5-ton fermenter, with skim milk (20%), monosodium glutamate (15%), and vitamin C (2%) as key components. The storage stability of the microbial agent has been confirmed, with advantages of low temperature conservation, which helps to sustain efficacy for at least six months. We also assessed the benomyl degradation activity of the microbial agent within field soil. The results revealed an over 90% degradation rate when the concentration of viable cells exceeded 2.65 × 10⁶ CFU/g after a minimum of five weeks had elapsed. Based on these findings, Rhodococcus sp. 3-2 strain can be considered a cost-effective microbial agent with diverse agricultural applications.

The regional strategic industry support has been increasingly developed due to the change of environmental and political conditions for the last 10 years. As the paradigm changed from the central government-sponsored system to regional government-sponsored system, the policy has been diversified into various support systems such as regional strategic industry, specialized industry, supporting technology, supporting business, etc. It is crucial to establish the overall development plans and project strategies for the regional industry in terms of effectiveness and efficiency which will generate an integrated strategic frame to adjust overlapped supporting policies and offer a consumer-oriented service. Not only does the study focus on performance-based outcome regarding to a regional business (supporting policy) portfolio, but it also analyzes and proves an empirical decision-making model to draw out the priority and relative importance according to the regional strategic industry and support cases by analyzing the case of Chungnam area's strategic industry support in 2009. Following a priority list of 20 support cases selected from this research model by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the result shows that the diverse support plans are needed according to the different strategic industries or the size of enterprise due to the fact that priority of project type varies upon the characteristics of strategic industry. Thus, the support project needs to generate various strategic industries and develop differentiated support policy to consolidate competitiveness of regional enterprises and revitalize the regional economy.

정부는 오는 '97년까지 1조2천1백4억원을 투입해 관련업체들의 첨단 멀티미디어 기술 개발을 지원하고 멀티미디어 산업단지를 조성하기로 했다. 정보통신부가 우리나라를 세계 제일의 멀티미디어 관련 생산기술국으로 끌어 올린다는 기본 방침하에 멀티미디어 산업 단지 조성, 멀티미디어 기술 개발지원 등을 주로골자로 멀티미디어 산업 육성계획(안)을 발표하였다. 본고에서는 멀티미디어 산업육성계획(안) 전문을 정보통신부에 협조를 얻어 개재한다.

우리경제를 수출산업으로 발전시켜 지속적인 무역수지 흑자를 달성하기 위해서는 중소기업의 획기적인 육성발전으로 산업구조를 보강하고 기계류, 부품 및 소재생산 중소기업을 집중적으로 키워 나가야 할 것이다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 중소기업에 대한 재정, 금융상의 지원을 확대하고 공통애로 기술집적적인 중소기업 창업을 적극 지원하여야 하는바, 이를 위해 정계, 학계, 연구단체, 기업이 모두 공통의식을 가지고 대처하여야 할 것이다.
