Design of Shipboard integrated network platform for Digital-ship (디지털 선박을 위한 선박 통합화 네트워크 설계 및 구현)

  • For the efficient and safe navigation management of ships cruising across oceans, international maritime law environments have been reinforced and the demand of information sharing between ships and shore has also been increasing. According to these environments and demand. researches about digital ships, ship integration, and ship integration networks have been active recently in US and Europe. In this raper, we first investigate about the proper ship integration platform, and then design and implement a ship integration network based upon the ship integration platform. We construct networks connecting various devices and systems into a layered architecture, and design an integration protocols. Based upon this architecture and protocols, we implement an ship integration system which manages all data and information of ship in a standardized platform and support ship-shore information sharing through which the more efficient and safer ship navigation management are supported with help from shore. We test our ship integration system by applying it to real operating ships and we find our system reliability and verify the efficiency of ship-shore information sharing and management.

Flora and Vegetation Structure in a 15-Year-Old Artificial Wetland (조성 후 15년이 경과한 인공습지의 식물상과 식생구조)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the flora and vegetation structure at a 15-year-old artificial wetland for the water purification in Jincheon, Korea. The percentage of species number of obligate wetland plants and facultative wetland plants totaled 40%, whereas that of obligate upland plants and facultative upland plants was 57%. This result showed that the artificial wetland in the study experienced terrestrialization. The number of annual and biennial plants that are pioneer vegetation in a successional stage was lower than that of perennial herbs as a result of the long-term stabilization of vegetation. From the results of DCA (detrended correspondence analysis), water depth played an important role on the classification of vegetation structure in an old artificial wetland. Species diversity was higher in the terrestrialized plant communities such as Iris pseudacorus and Aster koraiensis than in any other wetland communities. Plant communities could be classified according to the wetland indices; obligate upland for A. koraiensis community, facultative wetlands for Carex dispalata var. dispalata and I. pseudacorus community, and obligate wetlands for Nymphoides peltata, Nymphaea tetragona, Phragmites communis, Potamogeton maackianus, and Typha angustifolia community. In conclusion, this result suggests that wetland vegetation should be maintained against terrestrialization through the proper management of sedimentation and hydrological regime in an artificial wetland.

  • This paper describes a methodology of database synchronization between ship and land. Through this synchronization, consistency can be maintained between land's database and ship's database. Onboard useful data is sent from ship's database to land' database at time interval via the INMARSAT-C which satisfies with the GMDSS requirements and supports transport service. eased on the result of the paper, user can access land's database which is synchronized with ship's database.

자율운항선박 6종서비스 성능검증을 위한 인프라 연구

  • 자율운항 선박 지원 6종 서비스는 인공지능 센서 기반 선박 접/이안 및 계류지원 서비스, 화물 양적하 및 선박 입출항 지원, 선박과 터미널 간 실시간 정보 교류를 통한 운항정보 동기화, PSC 점검지원, 선박의 주요 기기를 육상 시범운영센터에서 표출하는 상태모니터링 지원 서비스, 해양사고 발생 시 신속한 조치을 위한 사고 대응지원 서비스로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 개발되는 6종 서비스 성능검증이 원활히 수행될 수 있도록 육상과 실선박에 설치되어야 하는 장비, 선박과 육상서비스 센터의 데이터 전송을 위한 네트워크 인프라 그리고 종합 상황실 역할의 육상 시범운영센터를 구축하여 안전운항을 위해 6종서비스가 이루어 져야한다.

  • 현재, 전 세계적으로 자율운항선박(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship, MASS)이 연구 개발되고 있다. 육상원격제어 시스템(Shore Remote Control System, SRCS)은, 비상 시 육상에서 원격으로 자격을 갖춘 원격제어사관(Remote Control Officer, RCO)이 MASS를 제어하기 위한 시스템이다. SRCS 개발을 위해서는 SRCS 운영 중에 발생 가능한 제어지연(control delay)에 대한 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 SRCS의 설계에 요구되는 제어지연 특성을 분석하고 정량화하기 위한 제어지연 모델을 구축하는데 있다. 먼저, SRCS의 제어지연 모델을 구축하고, 이를 통하여 제어지연의 특징을 분석하여 최적의 SRCS에 요구되는 다양한 제어특징을 검토하였다.
