이 논문은 지식정보 자원 통합 및 상호운용성 제공을 위한 국가 수준의 지식정보자원의 자동 생성 및 유통 시스템의 주요한 특징을 기술한다. 국가 지식정보 관리시스템들은 지식 유형과 지식관리 역할을 수행하는 종합정보센터에 따라 생성 자원 유형 및 유통 메커니즘이 상이하며, 다양하게 분류된다. 이러한 상호운용의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템간의 표준화된 지식정보 공유 기능 제공을 위한 국가 지식 정보자동 생성 및 유통 표준 모델의 설계가 요구된다. 이를 위해 설계된 모델은 분산 아키텍처 모델, 프로세스 모델 및 서비스 운영 모델로 구성되며, 국가 지식정보 공유를 위한 생성 및 유통 시스템의 개선, 신규 시스템의 설계 및 개발을 위한 참조모델로서 활용할 수 있다.

Since the introduction of 'the rule for computerizing subsoil investigation results and its application' in 2007, the DB construction of the national geotechnical information by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MOLTMA) has been performed. According to the Integrated DB Center of National Geotechnical Information, there have been 180 thousands borehole information stored in the system. In this study, the time-series analyses of precision on the most used information, the depth of stratum and ground water level, were performed to evaluate the effect of the initiation of the rule established in 2007. The precisions were evaluated based on the statistical analyses using kurtosis and normal distribution. Based on the results, the increase of precision after 2007 and the affirmative effects of the rule established in 2007 are confirmed. Furthermore, the precision of the regional information can be achieved with the precision analyses on the information from various areas.

This research is to focus on the method of moving line optimization in Agricultural Industry, especially Garak Wholesale Market Modernization Project, by using simulation tool. As everybody knew, it's very difficult to apply the SCM operation rules in Agricultural Industry, because the standardization system in Agricultural Industry was not completed. The five flow management factors, vehicle moving line management, customer moving line Management, Logistics Device Moving Line Management, Working Person Moving Line Management, Product display moving line management, are needed to be optimized on the basis of standardization rules, and to achieve this will be the good infrastructure to make the Agricultural SCM system. It's very different between the SCM structure of manufacturing industry and logistics industry and the SCM structure of Agricultural Industry, because the SCM in manufacturing is occur in the basis of flow management, on the contrary, the SCM of Agricultural Industry is on the basis of activity management. For these reason, this study is the first approach to apply the simulation method in the part of moving line optimization in Agricultural SCM, and in near future, This study will help all designers and operators to apply the simulation work in the part of agricultural SCM, and we hope that next advanced study will continue by using this study.

The revolution of information in information society innovates a lot of business processes. and the renewed processes contribute new paradigms of the 21th century. As one of the revolutions, ISO 9000 becomes a standard for developing efficient quality management systems which provide any-time and any-where environments satisfying customer needs. Thus, it becomes important to research on quality management systems for improving quality in information flowing and service domain. In this paper, we describe the applicable direction and the case study of ISO 9001 : 2000 which establishes quality management systems in the domain and hope to help for the Quality enhancement.

1990년대 이후 전자상거래에 대한 요구와 기대로 인해 각 국가와 Solution업체들은 전자상거래와 관련된 분야에 대한 연구개발에 큰 관심을 보이고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 전자상거래에 대한 연구는 주로 비즈니스 프로세스에 관한 연구가 대부분이었고 전자상거래의 발전에 의해 변화되는 유통구조를 새롭게 적용해야 하는 물류부분에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡하였다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 발전과 더불어 변화하고 있는 물적 유통에 대한 주요 요구사항의 하나인 물류 수요자(화주)와 공급자(운송회사)의 정보를 관리하고 그 정보를 바탕으로 상호간의 거래를 중개하는 e-Logistics 중개시스템의 구조 설계 및 기능을 제안한다.

ISO 9000 : 2000은 기존 ISO 9000 품질보증시스템에 측정 및 개선 개념을 접목시켜 품질향상을 도모하는 국제 품질경영시스템 규격이다. 이 규격은 요건을 만족시키는 수동적인 자세에서 탈피하여 경쟁력 강화에 필요한 프로세스 중심의 사고전환을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문은 정보 유통기관에게 ISO 9000:2000을 도입하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. ISO 9000과 TL 9000과의 발전 배경, ISO 9000:2000 버전의 의미, 품질경영시스템의 도입 사례, 그리고 도입 단계 등을 다룬다.

Customer relationship management(CRM) is perceived to be failing, and there is an urgent need for some practical ways to address this issue. The research presented in this article demonstrates that the implementation of CRM activities delivers greater profits. The author examine the key drivers and information technology process in implementing CRM using data collected from a diverse sample of firms. The results show that IT processes and top manager's commitment of CRM play a vital role in enchancing an organization's customer relationship performance. The study provides insights into why the use of customer orientation might not always deliver the expected customer relationship performance outcome.

USN (Ubiquitous Sensor Network)의 인프라 기술은 여러 센서를 이용하여 사용자의 요구사항을 처리 및 동작하는 지능화된 상호운용성 네트워크로서, 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 다양한 서비스를 창출하고 실생활에 적용할 수 있는 기술로 정착하고 있다. 설치의 간편성, 저전력, 저가격, 확장성, 내장성의 특정을 가지고 있는 USN은 많은 센서들의 이질적인 데이터와 사용자를 위한 다양한 멀티미디어 정보 그리고, 장치간의 상호운용을 위한 제어 정보 등이 포함되며, 산업분야에서는 RFID의 기술과 함께 기존 기업의 ERP, CRM, SCM 등 애플리케이션과의 호환성 확보를 통해 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, USN 을 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적용하여 SCM 상에서의 프로세스 모델링 연구를 하였다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 SCM 에 적용하는 u-SCM을 공급단계에서 시작하여 소비자관리 및 분석의 프로세스로 모델링 및 구축하였다. 부품공급/조달물류관리, 생산관리, 재고/유통/발주관리, 소비자 관리 및 분석 프로세스를, 소규모 센서의 서비스 환경 탑재 및 감지, 위치 측정 등의 감지 센서들을 이용한 센서 노드(node)의 정보 습득, 무선 센서 네트워크 통신을 이용한 추출된 감지 정보 통신, USN 서버의 관리 및 정보의 저장과 분석 등으로 USN 기술을 이용한 u-SCM 의 관리 운영의 프로세스 모델로 제안하였다.

RFID 기술은 사물이나 생활공간에 대한 정보를 정확하고 손쉽게 수집할 수 있도록 하며, 종래 산업에 융합하여 지능형 정보 서비스를 제공하는 지식서비스 사회의 기반 인프라이다. 유통 물류 공급망은 산업계의 핵심 순환체계로서, 원자재에서 상품으로 생산되어 최종 사용자에 이르는 복합 프로세스와 다양한 구성원들로 구성되기 때문에, 물류 공급망의 상태와 정보를 정확히 수집 및 공유하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 최근 주목 받고 있는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술은 상품 재고 및 자산관리 등 물류 공급망 프로세스를 RFID 인프라를 이용하여 관제함으로써, 물류 공급망에서 수집한 정보의 신뢰성과 프로세스 효율을 향상시키는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술의 개념 및 요구사항을 분석하고, 국내외 기술 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

인터넷의 확산과 정보기술의 발전에 따라 무역장벽이 낮아지면서 세계 각국은 국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 과거의 정보화는 조직내 업무를 대상으로 추진되어왔다. 하지만, 조직내 시스템의 구축이 어느 정도 완성되면서 긴밀한 거래관계에 있는 조직간에는 전자문서교환(EDI)을 이용하여 거래하는 새로운 개념의 조직간 정보시스템(Inter-Organizational Information Systems : 10S)의 활용이 활성화되고 있다. 우리 나라도 ‘90년대 초부터 각 업종에서 EDI를 도입하기 시작해 무역, 통관, 의료, 유통 등 일부 산업부문에서는 EDI를 활발히 도입하고 있다. 특히 정부에서는 전자정부의 구현을 목표로 대민 서비스 증진, 행정업무의 효율성 증대와 기업의 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 우선적으로 조달 행정업무를 대상으로 EDI를 도입하기로 결정하고, 현재 14종의 문서를 EDI로 개발하려는 1차 확산사업이 시행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 조달 EDI 시스템의 활용을 위하여 조달 EDI 시스템의 구축과정에서 분석되었던 프로세스 재설계(Business Process Redesign)와 프로세스별 시간연구(Time Study)의 과정과 결과를 제시하고자 한다.
