The Design of IoT-based Drive Through Service System for Customers in Distribution Stores (대형 유통매장의 고객을 위한 IoT기반 드라이브 스루 서비스 시스템 설계)

  • Recently, the retail industry has created efficient store operations, and has differentiated customer service through the future store. The intelligence of these stores is being applied by using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), and the business process is being improved through this. The process also focuses on efficient store operations and service developments to provide customers with shopping convenience. The change in trends in the industry means that domestic distribution has already reached maturity. Even in countries where retail industries are mature, such as the U.S. and Europe, recent trends are moving toward maximizing operational efficiency and customer service. The reason is that many retailers have already reached saturation and survived the competition. This paper is a study of a drive-through service for automation and efficiency in receiving service after ordering by a customer of the distribution store. When ordering a product being purchased by a customer, the product picking process is done in a timely fashion through a picking scheduling agent. When the customer enters the store parking lot, a service supports the entry of information and finding a parking place so the customer can quickly pick up the goods. The proposed service can be applied to a retail store drive-through system, the distribution store's delivery system, the digital picking system, and indoor/outdoor large parking management systems, and it is possible to provide one-dimensional customer service through the application of IoT technology.

  • Recently, brisk up the construction of the spatial information, many people highly concern to tile information circulation of GIS. Each system like GIS has a structure of the information circulation to itself. In this paper, we study on the performance evaluation method of tile structure which to circulate tile spatial information based on the internet. To do this, we hypothesize values of content and scale of the geo-spatial information on each internet network and volumes of the information to circulate between internet networks. Then we suggest a method to evaluate the performance of the structure to aid the circulation of spatial information based on queueing model. Henceforth, with the volumes of data stored and circulated information of each GIS, this method can help to design the structure to circulate the GIS information more efficiently.

  • Recently, cosmetic shop market, which is made up of company, agent, and market shop, has got into trouble caused by economic crisis and the coming of new distribution systems such as internet shopping mall. To overcome the problems, in this paper, we propose a cosmetic distribution portal system, which we call COSPO. COSPO is a portal system that has three functions. The first is automation of the business process for product distribution between the company, agent, and market shops. The second is communication between them. The final is sharing information generated through the automated process. In this paper, we build a prototype that support distribution channel of a company. Then, ultimately it should be extended to cover the distribution network of all companies. COSPO will contribute to the modernization of the cosmetic market industry in the country as well as to the increase of the profits.

  • This research analyzes the weaknesses of domestic spectacle industry and applies RFID, which is a wireless-based automated sensering technology, as an alternative scheme. As a first step to explain RFID and apply it to spectacle industry, it presents the middleware that will process compiled information, sensering items along with suitable tags for them, and through inventory controlling and GPS service, it's goal is to achieve an embodiment of integrated system for spectacle industry by maximizing work efficiency.

  • 무한경쟁의 세계질서에 대응하기 위하여 과학기술 발전의 기반을 이루고 있는 학회정보유통의 경쟁력을 확보하는 일이 중요해지고 있다. 특히 과학기술 관련학회는 방대한 자료를 축적 및 생산하고 있는 첨단 과학기술정보의 보고로서 이러한 정보를 신속하게 실수요자에게 유통시킬 수 있는 기반 마련이 요구되고 있다. 이에 과학기술통합정보시스템 구축 사업의 일환으로 구축된 학회정보유통체제는 정보의 생성단계부터 서비스 단계까지를 시스템화하였다. 즉, 심사논문의 제출단계부터 게재여부 결정단계까지의 모든 과정을 시스템화하여 발생하는 모든 정보를 관리하고 게재 결정된 논문들은 자동적으로 데이터베이스로 구축되어 일반사용자들에게 첨단정보론 신속하게 제공할 수 있는 체제를 구축하였다.

  • 냉동ㆍ냉장식품의 저온유통(cold chain)시스템은 아래의 그림 1에서 보는 바와 같이 상온보다 낮은 온도로 유지되어야 할 대상물을 생산자(생산지)에서부터 소비자(소비지)에 이르기까지 지속적으로 적절한 온도로 유지시켜 생산 당시의 품질상태 그대로 소비자에게 공급하는 유통체계 시스템을 의미하는 것으로, 주요 구성 요소로는 냉동ㆍ냉장 저장창고, 수ㆍ배송시스템, 쇼케이스 등을 들 수 있다. 여기서 대상물이란 구체적으로 농ㆍ수ㆍ축산물, 화훼, 가공 식품, 의약품 등을 의미하며, 저온유통 시스템의 본질적인 목적은 이들 대상물을 적정온도 하에서 일정하게 유지함으로써 생물학적 반응을 적절히 억제하여 대상물의 선도 및 본질적 가치를 연장시키는 것을 포함한다.
