최근 SOA와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반의 IT 서비스가 증가함에 따라 정보처리 분야에서 SLA(Service Level Agreement)가 주목을 받고 있다. 통상의 SLA는 종이에 자연언어로 표현되는 것이어서 SLA 체결, SLA 관리나 SLA 기반 정보처리의 자동화가 제한된다. 오늘날과 같은 SOA, 온 디맨드 서비스, 유틸리티 컴퓨팅, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 서비스를 통합 자동관리할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 능동문서 기반의 ASLM(Active Service Level Managenment)의 계약체결 사용자 인터페이스(UI: User Interface)를 구현하여 일반 문서의 경우와 비교하여 보았다. 그 결과 ASLM의 UI가 SLA 체결, SLA 유지보수 자동화, 그리고 사용자의 편의성에서 SLA 기반의 계약업무 처리에 보다 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

도시철도 유지보수 정보시스템 구축에서 차량정비 유지체계시스템에 관한 것으로 차량설계 변경 및 이력관리를 위한 도면시스템 구축과 차량조립의 각 부품별 관리를 위한 계층구조관리 시스템을 구축하는 것이며 또한 차량 유지보수를 위한 전자정비 매뉴얼 구축과 부품 설계변경 및 이력정보 관리를 위한 문서관리 시스템 등을 구축하는 것이다.

Users of World Wide Web (Web) experience difficulties in the retrieval of pertinent information due to the increased information provided by Web sites and the complex structure of Web documents that are continuously created, deleted, restructured, and updated. Web providers' efforts to maintain their sites are tend to be less than that of site creation due to the expenses required for maintenance. If information of relationship among Web documents and their validity is provided to Web managers as well as Web developers, they can better serve users. In order to grasp the whole structure of a Web site and to verify the validity of hyperlinks, traversal and analysis of hyperlinks in a Web document are required to provide information for effective and efficient creation and maintenance of the Web. In this paper, we introduce a Web Editor specialized for Web maintenance. We emphasized on two aspects: first, the analysis of HTML Tags to extract hyperlink information and second, establishment of the relationship among hyperlinked documents, and verification of the validity of them.

The interest of version management is increasing in electronic commerce requiring data mining and documents processing system related to digital governmentapplications. In this paper, we define a change set that is to manage historicalinformation and to maintain XML documents during a long period of time and propose several storage policies of XML documents using a change set. A change set includes a change oper-ation set and temporal dimensions and a change operation set is composed with schema change operations and data change operations. We pro-pose three storage policies using a change set. Three storage policies are (1) storing all the change sets, (2) storing the change sets and the versions periodically. (3) storing the aggregation of change sets and the versions at a point of proper time. Also, we compare the performance between the existing storage policy and the proposed storage policies. Though the performance evaluation, we show that the method to store the aggregation of change sets and the versions at a point of proper time outperforms others.

미 국방성에서 병참 지원업무의 전산화로 시작한 CALS에 대한 관심은 현재 산업계에서도 널리 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CALS의 시작이라고도 말할 수 있는 형상관리(CM)에 관한 관련 표준들을 분석함으로서 '정보의 공유'라는 측면에서 CALS에 대한 접근을 시도하고자 한다. 형상관리는 병참지원시스템의 설계, 제조, 유지보수에 이르기까지 생명주기에 대한 모든 관리를 지원하는 방법이다. 이러한 형상관리를 위한 표준관련 문서에는 MIL-STD-2549, EIA/IS-649, MIL/HDBK-61등이 있다. 여기에서는 이런 표준관련 문서를 바탕으로 형상관리를 위한 하부 인프라 구조에는 어떠한 준비들이 필요하고 또 형상관리시스템을 실제로 구현하는 기업입장에서는 어떻게 바라보고 있는지, 실제 구현시에 고려해야 할 사항들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지에 대하여 논의해보고자 한다.

Interactive electronic technical manual(IETM) for construction projects means an electronic tool that regulations and specifications related to construction method or maintenance process ale described by electronic book type. It has a meaning of integrated information system that includes virtual reality(VR), 3D animation and image contents for representing real construction information so that user can easily understand the construction situation and maintenance process. The basic information and technical manuals of construction facilities are being written as paper documents in our construction industry. As the result, the information management in the maintenance phase of construction projects is inefficient, and maintenance cost is being increased. This study attempts to improve the lack of understanding about construction IETM through the analysis of necessity and unique function of construction IETM comparing with the IETMS in other industry, Finally, this study shows a scenario of construction IErM for mitigating natural disaster of construction facilities to verify applicability of IETM.

XML makes it possible to query the information created and managed different applications, which is impossible if expressed in other structure or language. In using shipbuilding information management system, there is inefficiency in storing and querying such a large XML document in XDBox. XML proxy cache system is suggested to improve that. In this paper, we suggests XML proxy cache system with thought of update locality found in using shipbuilding information management system.

중소형 일체형 원자로의 MMIS(Man-Machine Interface System) 설계개발 과정에 활용할 목적으로 관계형 데이터베이스 기반의 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 개발하였다. 동 시스템은 MMIS의 설계 진행과정에서 발견되는 인간공학적 문제점들이 합당할만한 수준으로 해결될 때까지 추적하고 관리하는데 사용된다. NUREG-0711(HFEPRM : Human Factors Engineering Program Review Model)에서는 원자력발전소를 설계함에 있어서 인간공학 현안추적시스템을 유지하고 운영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템은 NUREG-0711의 요구사항을 수용할 뿐만 아니라 서류문서형태에 전적으로 의존하는 현안추적시스템을 운영할 때 발생할 수 있는 비효율성, 즉 시간과 경비의 소요, 문서관리의 부담, 중복된 문서내용 등과 같은 부작용을 해소시켜 준다. 또한, MMIS 설계와 관련된 설계조직 구성원들이 인간공학 현안의 내용과 해결 진척사항에 대한 전반적인 정보를 효과적으로 획득하게 지원한다.

기존의 한글 자동 색인 방법들은 어절 단위 색인법과 형태소 단위 색인법으로 분류될 수 있다. 전자는 문서내의 어절에서 색인어의 부분으로서 가치가 없는 음절들을 제거함으로써 색인어를 추출하는 방법으로, 문서에 복합 명사들이 많이 포함되어 있을 경우 검색효과가 저하되는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 후자는 형태소 해석이나 구문 해석을 이용하여 중요한 의미를 갖는 명사나 명사구를 추출하는 방법으로, 단일 명사를 추출함으로써 복합 명사의 띄어 쓰기 문제를 극복할 수 있다. 그러나, 색인 과정에서 요구되는 많은 언어 정보를 개발하고 유지 보수해야 하는 부담을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 색인 방법들의 문제점들을 완화할 수 있는 새로운 색인 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 실험을 통하여 제안하는 방법의 성능을 평가한다.

정보화사회에 있어서 인간의 지적 활동에 필수적인 요소는 과학기술에 의존한 정보의 수집과 축적 및 검색과 이용이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 요구에 따른 다양한 형태의 정보나 데이터를 효율적으로 구축, 유지, 운영할 수 있는 정보 검색시스템 개발의 중요성이 점차 증가하고있다. 특히, 웹과 컴퓨터의 보급이 확산됨에 따라 수많은 전자문서들이 생산되면서 기존의 검색시스템의 기능, 즉 정형적인 텍스트문서에 대한 단순한 불리언질의만으로는 사용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 없게되었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 사용자 요구를 빠르고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 기존의 정보 검색시스템인 "KRISTAL-2001"의 특징은 저장엔진, 시스템제어기, 검색기, 색인기, 분산엔진 모듈이 각각 서버 역활을하며 통신을 통하여 상호간의 정보를 전달한다. 따라서 분산검색을 통한 빠른 질의처리가 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 문서 또는 문서그룹단위의 트랜잭션처리를 지원하기 때문에 데이터의 안정적인 저장 및 수정을 보장한다. 또한 구조문서, 멀티미디어 데이터등 다양한 형태의 데이터를 관리할 수 있기 특징을 가지고 있다. KRISTAL-2001은 순수 국내기술로 개발된 대용량 데이터를 위한 차세대 정보검색시스템으로서 국제 경쟁력 향상에 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.
