In this study, we aimed to investigate the changes in the catch rate of Monochamus saltuarius, based on sexual maturation by using aggregation-sex pheromone traps. Ovariole development of caught M. saltuarius females was compared to that of the ones not caught using traps. In a mesh cage set up at the Hongneung experimental forest, we placed a multi-funnel trap with or without an aggregation-sex pheromone lure. M. saltuarius adults, which emerged from pine logs, were grouped in four according to the emergence dates (0, 1, 7, and 10 days after emergence [DAE]). We released beetles into the mesh cage to investigate the catch rate using the traps. In each group, a total of 80 beetles (20 beetles × 4 replications) were tested, making it a total of 320 beetles. Among the four groups, M. saltuarius adults in the 7 DAE group were caught more frequently using the traps, especially with a pheromone lure; the other groups showed a low catch rate. A similar number of female and male beetles were caught using the traps. Regarding ovariole development, all the female adults in the 0 and 1 DAE groups were immature, while those in the other two groups were completely developed. Therefore, aggregation-sex pheromone traps might have a limitation in the prevention of pine wilt disease because of the transmission of pine wood nematode during maturation feeding of newly emerged M. saltuarius adults. However, aggregation-sex pheromone traps can be effective for collecting sexually mature M. saltuarius adults, for the investigation of seasonal occurrence of beetles in forests.

This study aimed to develop and verify the smart human resource management (HRM) program in a large scale greenhouse. HRM program delivers detailed work orders to workers and gathers work results by mobile phone application. Greenhouse managers can monitor the workload, work speed, quality of employee by HRM program and can analyse performance easily. Greenhouse Managers can set the work speed including 'twisting', 'trimming' and 'harvesting' in a greenhouse. It makes planning work schedule and assigns resources to each specific job easier. Therefore, the manager can arrange the number of employees to promote work performance and also easy to estimate the labor shortage. Greenhouse managers can evaluate the adequacy of the number of employees through job performance analysis by period and adjusts the supply/demand ratio of regular and non-regular employees. The HRM program can improve work efficiency by announcing the real-time work performance of all employees on a monitor screen to induce competition among workers and re-educate unripe employees who accomplish behind average to improving work skills.

The cryptic mealybug, Pseudococcus cryptus, has been increasingly damaging citrus, particularly those plants grown in plastic greenhouses. This study was conducted to monitor the seasonal phenology of adult male cryptic mealybugs and to determine the timing for control using a sex pheromone trap. Adult males responded to a synthetic sex pheromone and trap color. An increasing number of males were attracted to the traps with increasing concentrations of sex pheromone up to 5 mg. The males occurred annually four times and had three cohorts at a time due to different overwintering developmental stages. After overwintering the adult males began to in mid-late April. A positive correlation was observed between the number of adult males caught in traps and the mean density per twig of all motile stages except first stage nymphs of the cryptic mealybugs. The peak time for the first nymph to occur was estimated from the maximum attraction time of the males, and the cumulative degree days (DD) was 350 DD, similar with the preoviposition period.

본 연구에서는 PFMS 이용자들의 만족도를 파악하여 국내 PFMS 서비스의 효율적 운용방안을 모색하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과로 도출한 PFMS 서비스의 효율적 운용방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수수료의 절감 효과나 시판의 제약을 극복한 금융거래의 신속성 등의 측면에서의 다른 모델들과의 차별화를 통한 경쟁력을 확보하여야 한다. 둘째, 기본적으로 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타난 고객상담 서비스와 개인에 대한 맞춤정보의 서비스 등에 대한 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 현재 주로 이용되고 있는 채널이 카드채널과 은행채널이므로 이 채널들에서 제공되는 서비스의 품질 향상이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 서비스 주 이용 연령층인 20대$\sim$30대의 기호에 맞는 금융상품의 개발이나 금융부문 이외의 서비스들과의 제휴 전략을 통한 시장유인의 도입이 적극적으로 요구된다.

전력산업이 수요자중심의 서비스로 변함에 따라 전력정보에 대한 정확하고 실시간 적 제공은 필수불가결한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 활용과 공용을 전제로 전력정보의 실시간 처리와 효율적 관리기술이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 전력산업 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 전략적 자산으로써 검침정보에 대한 저장 및 활용기술 설계 방안을 통해 전력부가서비스 산업이 한 단계 나아가기 위한 추진력을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

슈퍼커패시터(Supercapacitor)는 축전용량이 대단히 큰 커패시터로 화학반응을 이용하는 배터리와 달리 전극과 전해질 계면으로의 단순한 이온 이동이나 표면화학반응에 의한 충전현상을 이용한다. 급속 방충전이 가능하고 높은 충방전 효율 및 반영구적인 사이클 수명 특성으로 보조배터리나 배터리 대체용으로 사용된다. 부하응답 특성이 느린 신재생에너지 발전시스템에 슈퍼커패시터를 사용하면 발전된 전력과 부하전력 사이의 차이를 흡수 또는 방출함으로써 전력품질을 확보하는데 기여한다.

가격상한제가 효율적으로 시행될 경우 통신사업의 생산성 향상, 신규서비스 도입촉진 등으로 보수율 규제방식에 비하여 사회후생에 긍정적 효과가 기대된다. 즉 가격상한제는 규제대상의 사업자에게 제한된 범위내에서 요금설정의 자율성을 부여함으로써, 생산성 향상의 결과를 사업자가 일부 향유할 수 있어 원가절감의 유인을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 기술발전에 따른 신규서비스 도입과 수요행태에 부응하는 다양한 요금제도의 도입을 촉진할 수도 있다. 따라서 명시적인 규제기준과 합리적인 운용절차가 설정될 경우 경쟁활성화, 요금규제의 투명성 확보 및 공정경쟁 강화 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

물부족현상을 해결하기 위해서는 장기적인 공급기반시설의 확충과 함께 여러 형태의 경제적 유인제도의 활용을 통한 수요관리정책을 병행함으로써 물의 절약효과를 최대화시키는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구에서는 1993년 한국 제조업을 대상으로 시장구조적, 환경적 제약여건하에서 공업용수의 비효율적인 사용실태를 알아보고 적정수준의 용수수요량을 유도하기 위하여 용수가격의 인상을 추진할 경우, 이에 필요한 가격인상율을 제시한다. 방법론적으로는 적정수준의 자본투입을 가정한 제약일반비용함수를 추정한다. 추정결과, 공업용수는 적정수준에 비해 무려 평균 50배 이상 과다하게 사용되고 있으며 1993년 현재의 용수가격을 106.8% 인상시켜야 적정수준으로 유도할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

근래 여천과 울산 석유화학 단지에서의 유해가스 및 폐수에 의한 환경공해는 심각하여 이제 본격적으로 규제에 진입하였다. 국내외의 환경에 대한 관심이 고조되고 생산 환경 변화에 따라 기존 생산 공정에서도 광해물질 배출과 사용 에너지를 최소화하는 공정 개선이 시급하게 되었다. 특히 기존의 제천 공장이나 석유화학 공장 등에서 배출하였던 가연성 악취 공해 부생가스들은 재처리를 의무화하고 있어 이를 효율적으로 이용 또는 처리할 수 있는 공정 개선이 꼭 필요하다.(중략)
