본 연구에서는 PFMS 이용자들의 만족도를 파악하여 국내 PFMS 서비스의 효율적 운용방안을 모색하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구 결과로 도출한 PFMS 서비스의 효율적 운용방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수수료의 절감 효과나 시판의 제약을 극복한 금융거래의 신속성 등의 측면에서의 다른 모델들과의 차별화를 통한 경쟁력을 확보하여야 한다. 둘째, 기본적으로 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타난 고객상담 서비스와 개인에 대한 맞춤정보의 서비스 등에 대한 개선이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 현재 주로 이용되고 있는 채널이 카드채널과 은행채널이므로 이 채널들에서 제공되는 서비스의 품질 향상이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 서비스 주 이용 연령층인 20대$\sim$30대의 기호에 맞는 금융상품의 개발이나 금융부문 이외의 서비스들과의 제휴 전략을 통한 시장유인의 도입이 적극적으로 요구된다.

빗물을 노상 침투시키는 투수성포장은 물순환 보전과 차량 주행 안전성 확보와 같은 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 지금까지 보도나 주차장 같이 비교적 교통조건이 열악하지 않은 구간에 적용되고 있지만 우수 침투로 인해 노상이 연약화 될 것을 우려하여 현재까지 차도에 적용하지 못하고 있으며 설계 방법 또한 정립되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 투수성포장의 포장단면을 설계하기 위한 방안으로 단지내 포장을 투수성포장으로 설계할 경 물의 침투로 인해 노상의 지지력이 약화 된다고 가정하고 노상 지지력의 약화에 따른 포장층의 역학적 거동 특성을 유한요소 해석을 통하여 분석하여 구조적 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 포장두께를 분석하였다. 또한 설계 개념에서 노상의 지지력 저하에 따른 포장두께의 할증방안과 할증두께를 분석하였다.

본 논문은 실시간 수급균형 및 안전도 유지를 책임지는 계통운영자가 효율적인 시장운영을 위한 보조서비스 확보를 위해 체계적인 보조서비스 제도 수립에 근간이 되는 보조서비스의 가치산정 및 적정보상에 대한 합리적 근거를 제시한다. 보조서비스 개선방안에 따른 시장참여자의 정산영향 평가 및 분석을 위한 비용분담, 수익배분 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 보조서비스 비용요소를 발굴하여 비용산정에 반영하고 비용분담 방안을 제시함으로써 전력계통운영에 필수적인 보조서비스 공급에 대한 유인이 확대될 것이다.

The discovery of lunar ice in the lunar polar region has fueled international interest in in situ resource utilization (ISRU) and the construction of lunar habitats. Unlike Earth's atmosphere, the Moon presents unique challenges, including frequent meteoroid impacts, direct exposure to space radiation, and extreme temperature variations. To safeguard lunar habitats from these threats, the construction of a protective shield is essential. Lunar regolith, as a construction material, offers distinct advantages, reducing transportation costs and ensuring a sustainable supply of raw materials. Moreover, it streamlines manufacturing, integration schedules, and enables easy repairs and modifications without Earth resupply. Adjusting the shield's thickness within the habitat's structural limits remains feasible as lunar conditions evolve. Although extensive research on protective shields using lunar regolith has been conducted, unresolved conflicts persist regarding shield requirements. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the primary lunar threats and suggests a minimum shield thickness of 2 m using lunar regolith. Furthermore, it outlines the necessary technology for the rapid construction of such protective shields.

전력산업이 수요자중심의 서비스로 변함에 따라 전력정보에 대한 정확하고 실시간 적 제공은 필수불가결한 요소가 되고 있다. 따라서 활용과 공용을 전제로 전력정보의 실시간 처리와 효율적 관리기술이 필요하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 전력산업 부가가치를 높일 수 있는 무한한 잠재력을 지닌 전략적 자산으로써 검침정보에 대한 저장 및 활용기술 설계 방안을 통해 전력부가서비스 산업이 한 단계 나아가기 위한 추진력을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

프로그래밍은 문제해결의 한 유형으로 학습자의 인지기술과 논리적 사고력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 컴퓨터 교육에 있어서 프로그래밍 교육이 중요한 위치를 차지해야 함에도 불구하고 초등학교에서는 거의 지도가 되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 구성주의적 교육 도구로써 많은 장점을 지닌 Lego Dacta를 이용하여 초등학생들이 쉽고, 즐겁게 프로그래밍을 할 수 있는 수업모형을 제시하고자 한다. 다양한 문제를 통한 단계적 문제 해결과정으로써의 Lego Dacta 학습모형을 제시하여 학교현장에서 적용할 수 있는 방안을 분석하였다.

Productivity is a measure of the organizational performance, especially in manufacturing activities. The purpose of this paper is to measure the value-added productivity of the firms, to identify the characteristics and the relationship between key variables which affect the value-added productivity and also to study the alternative policies of productivity improvement elements which increase productivity effectiveness.

가격상한제가 효율적으로 시행될 경우 통신사업의 생산성 향상, 신규서비스 도입촉진 등으로 보수율 규제방식에 비하여 사회후생에 긍정적 효과가 기대된다. 즉 가격상한제는 규제대상의 사업자에게 제한된 범위내에서 요금설정의 자율성을 부여함으로써, 생산성 향상의 결과를 사업자가 일부 향유할 수 있어 원가절감의 유인을 제공할 수 있다. 또한 기술발전에 따른 신규서비스 도입과 수요행태에 부응하는 다양한 요금제도의 도입을 촉진할 수도 있다. 따라서 명시적인 규제기준과 합리적인 운용절차가 설정될 경우 경쟁활성화, 요금규제의 투명성 확보 및 공정경쟁 강화 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

This paper reviews the definition and background of dynamic pricing which is the essential element of demand response system. Also, economic efficiency and related issues on dynamic pricing are studied. Several issues on design and operation of demand response system, which can implement the dynamic pricing, are described. Therefore the results will be helpful for developing the demand response system with dynamic pricing.
