This study discusses the reasonable point of views and categories that meet legalistic requisitions and reflect academic conceptions concerns. To approach these thesis, the author thought that 'Myeongseung[名勝] as a cultural landscape' is a useful standpoint, and reviewed major focuses of recent discussions on the evaluation of world heritage theoretically. As a result, three kinds of categories for the value-description of Myeongseung are proposed. First category is 'connectional values' which refer to the connectional values between tangible and intangible values. Second category is 'sustainable values' which are about the sustainability of relationships between human and nature(environment). Third category is 'enjoyable values' that concern experiential facet of Myeongseung from the landscape welfare.

This study investigated the relationships between the analytics capability and value of big data and business performance for big data analysts of business organizations. The values that big data can bring were categorized into transactional value, strategic value, transformational value, and informational value, and we attempted to verify whether these values lead to business performance. Two hundred samples from employees with experience in big data analysis were collected and analyzed. The hypotheses were tested with a structural equation model, and the capability of big data analytics was found to have a significant effect on the value and business performance of big data. Among the big data values, transactional value, strategic value, and transformational value had a positive effect on business performance, but the impact of informational value has not been proven. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information to business organizations seeking to achieve business performance using big data.

Primarily working on SNS(Social Network Service) platform, the SNG(Social Network Game) utilizes friends and neighbors for invitation and play. Based on the value model of HCI, this paper purports to discover how functional, hedonic, social and personal values predict the continuous usage intention and satisfaction of SNG in a smartphone. Hypothesis testing through structural equation modeling shows that hedonic and functional values affect satisfaction and intention to use of SNG while social and personal values do not. This result implies that fun and easy interface are more important to the success of SNG service than social networking motivation.

최근 우리나라는 기후온난화 등으로 인해 봄철과 겨울철에 심각한 가뭄이 자주 발생하고 있으며 그 정도는 점차 심해지고 있다. 2001년과 2002년 사이에 발생한 가뭄으로 약 100여개 시군에서 제한급수가 시행되기도 하였으며 2008년 말부터 발생하고 있는 남부지방의 가뭄은 식수를 걱정해야 할 정도로 심각한 실정이다. 이러한 기후변화는 수돗물의 안정적인 공급을 위한 수자원확보를 어렵게 하고 있다. 특히 하천수를 취수원으로 하고 있는 지방상수도의 경우 수돗물의 안정적인 공급과 수질측면에서 가뭄에 매우 취약한 조건을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 가뭄에 대처하고 안정적인 물 공급을 제공할 수 있는 광역상수도의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 광역상수도는 여름철 홍수기에 가두어 놓은 댐의 물을 사용함으로써 안정적으로 물을 제공할 수 있다. 광역상수도는 가뭄시 안정적인 수돗물을 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역간의 요금편차를 제거하여 수도요금의 지역간 형평성을 고려할 수 있다. 또한 광역상수도를 사용하는 지방자치단체의 경우, 지방상수원 보호구역의 해제로 인해 지역개발을 활성화 시킬 수 있으며 국가차원에서도 물관리의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 광역상수도의 사회적 편익을 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 추정하였다. 조건부가치측정법은 비사장 재화에 대한 가치를 추정할 수 있는 통계적 방법이다. 추정결과 안정적인 물공급을 위한 광역상수도의 가치는 음의 효용을 허용하지 않았을 경우, 가구당 5,796원의 지불의사금액으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는 광역상수도의 투자계획시 정책자료로 사용될 수 있으며 물정책 당국자에게 물관리측면에서 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

With the rapid development of mobile, cloud computing technology and social network services, we are in the flood of huge data and realize that these large-scale data contain very precious value and important information. Big data, however, have both latent useful value and critical risks, so, nowadays, a lot of researches and applications for big data has been executed actively in order to extract useful information from big data efficiently and make the most of the potential information effectively. At this moment, the data analysis technique that can extract precious information from big data efficiently is the most important step in big data computing process. In this study, we investigate various data analysis techniques that can extract the most useful information in big data computing process efficiently, compare pros and cons of those techniques, and propose proper data analysis method that can help us to find out the best solution of the big data analysis in the peculiar situation.

눈개승마 (Aruncus dioicus)는 장미과(Rosaceae) 눈개승마속(Aruncus)에 속하는 다년생 초본식물로 울릉도에서 자생하는 잎줄기 채소이다. 독특한 향기가 특징이며, 인삼맛, 두릅맛, 고기맛이 나는 산채로 세가지 맛이 난다고 하여 예로부터 삼나물로도 불러왔다. 눈개승마에는 caffeic acid, 1-O-Caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose 등의 항산화 성분이 다량 함유되어 있으며, 전초는 해독, 편도선염에 효과가 있어 약용으로 쓰이고 어린순은 탄수화물과 무기물 함량이 풍부하다. 비지는 대두를 이용하여 두부를 제조하는 과정에서 발생되는 것으로서 대두로부터 수용성 단백질이 추출되었지만 나머지 약 23%의 단백질, 57%의 식이섬유와 이소플라본 등의 유용한 성분을 다량 포함하고 있다. 또한 비지의 단백질은 다른 식품에는 부족한 황 함유 아미노산과 리신의 함량이 비교적 많고, 두부에 거의 없는 식이섬유가 다량 함유된 고 식이섬유 소재이다. 그리하여, 이러한 콩비지를 고부가가치 식품 소재로 활용하기 위해 건조 미세분말 비지를 제조하고, 이를 산채와의 혼합 가공을 통한 기능증진 효과를 연구하였다. 일반적으로 산채는 쓴맛 제거와 보관성 증진을 위해 데침공정을 주로 하나 산채를 물에 데칠 경우 산채의 유용성분이 대부분 손실된다. 눈개승마의 경우 유용성분이 17.25%, 그 중 폴리페놀 성분이 약 90% 손실된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 데침공정 대신 찜공정을 이용하여 산채의 유용성분을 보존하고 콩비지를 첨가하여 산채 유용성분의 생이용성 증진 효과를 연구하였다. 눈개승마를 콩비지와 혼합하여 고온고압 가공함으로써 산채의 쓴맛을 줄이고 보관성을 높이는 동시에 눈개승마 폴리페놀의 단량체화를 통해 눈개승마 단독가공에 비하여, 단량체 비율이 약 100~200배 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 콩비지의 고부가가치 소재로의 가능성을 확인하였을 뿐만 아니라 산채의 다이어트·건강기능식품 소재로의 산업화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors on the user's intention of reusing mobile app-based tourism contents and the relationship among those factors. For those purpose, we expanded the existing TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) by introducing the variables such as characteristics of mobile app-based tourism contents, which are context, ubiquitous connectivity, service quality and perceived value as external variables of the TAM. The survey was conducted by users who have previously experienced mobile app-based tourism contents. Structural equation modeling was used to Investigate the relationships between the factors. The results showed that the ubiquitous connectivity and perceived value were found to have a positive impact on both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The perceived usefulness were found to have a positive impact on the attitude. Finally, The attitude were found to have a positive impact on the user's intention of reusing.

본 연구는 가치창조 경영의 중심지표인 EVA가 우리나라에서도 올바른 주주가치 평가지표로서 활용될 수 있을지를 살펴보고 있다. 실증분석 결과를 보면 연구기간(1986년${\sim}$1995년)중 대부분의 기업은 주당 EVA가 음(陰)이였고, 주당 EVA는 주당영업 이익, 주당순이익, 자기자본이익률등 기존 성과 척도들에 비해 주가와 상관관계가 가장 높았다. 연도별 EVA를 기준으로 매년 포트폴리오를 재구성하는 방법으로 10년간의 초과 수익률을 계산한 결과 EVA가 양(陽)인 포트폴리오는 음(陰)경우보다 초과수익률이 거의 140%정도 높았다. 또한 당해연도 뿐 아니라 전년도 주당 EVA가 주가변동의 주요결정 요인인것도 발견되었다. 이러한 연구결과는 EVA의 극대화가 주가의 극대화 곧 기업가치 및 주주가치 극대화를 의미하므로 성과지표로서 EVA를 성과측정 및 보상등 기업의 모든 의사결정에 활용할 수 있다는 것을 시사해 준다. 또한 EVA를 포트폴리오 관리를 위한 새로운 투자지표로 활용한다면 증권시장에서 수익률을 재고할 수 있다는 것을 입증해줌으로써 증권시장의 활성화에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

현재의 가치중립적 개발방법론은 프로젝트의 실패를 야기하고 있다. 이러한 문제 해결을 위해 가치기반의 블루오션 개념을 적용한 요구공학 프로세스가 제안되었다. 하지만 프로세스들은 정형적인 분석기법의 미비로 인하여 정량적인 결과를 도출해내기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 기존의 고객 요구사항 분석에 유용한 Kano model을 가치혁신 요구공학 프로세스에 적용하여 수치적이고 정량적인 분석이 가능한 프로세스를 제안한다.
