기술현황분석 - c-MES 설비지원 플랫폼 기술

  • c-MES 설비지원 플랫폼은 다양한 제조 공정에 따른 설비별 상태 정보를 유연성 있게 수집하기 위한 모듈화 된 플랫폼 기술로서, 제조업 관련 IT 솔루션을 도입하기 어려웠던 중소기업에 적합한 맞춤형 MED로 생산성 향상을 통한 경쟁력 상승 효과가 크다. 제어기 유무에 따른 공작기계별 설비 직접 인터페이스 방법은 생산 현장의 다양한 상태 정보를 실시간 수집하는데 있어 높은 유연성을 자랑한다. 또한 설비 직접 인터페이스를 통해 수집된 데이터는 설비 정보 수집 모듈을 통해 변환/가공되고, gauges/charts를 이용하여 HMI로 제공하는 생산 공정 추적 관리 모듈을 통해 작업/관리자가 장비제어가 가능하도록 도와준다.

Short-Time Production Scheduling and Parts Routing for Flexible Assembly Lines (유연한 조립 시스템의 단기 생산 스케듈링과 라우팅에 관한 연구)

  • A reactive piloting policy for Flexible Assembly Lines (FAL) is proposed, where the sequencing of the operations as well as the assignment of tasks to manipulators are not predetermined but driven by the actual state of the FAL For all work-in-process coming from a manipulator, the next destination is determined by minimizing a temporal criterion taking into account the time needed to reach the destination, the load of the manipulator to reach, the durati on of the operation to be completed in the destination manipulator, and the availability of product components in this manipulator. The purpose of proposed piloting policy is to manufacture a given quantity of products as rapidly as possible by balancing the amount of work allocated to manipulators and to reduce the efforts required for scheduling the production of short series of diversified products. After introducing the characteristics of assembly processes and FAL modelization, the proposed algorithm is evaluated by simulations. The simulations of the proposed algorithm showed satisfactory results.

Assessment of Flexibility and Security in Korean Labor Market : An International Comparison (국제비교를 통한 우리나라 노동시장의 유연성 및 안정성 평가)

  • The foremost aim of the paper is to evaluate the flexibility and stability of the Korean labor market through a cross-country comparison with OECD countries. Evaluating by the OECD Employment Protection Legislation Index, the flexibility of permanent job layoff in Korea is close to the average of OECD countries. Employment of temporary workers appears to be relatively flexible allowing for effective indicators such as the proportion of temporary workers among paid employees. As regards security, the levels of job security, income security and combination security are all far below the OECD average. A panel data analysis of OECD countries reveals that labor productivity increases as regulations on permanent job layoff become looser and regulations on temporary employment become more rigorous.

  • 역사적으로 CNC기술이 생산성향상에 기여한바는 매우 크다. 최근에는 고도의 생산성을 추구하는 CNC공작기계는 수요자들의 요구에 부응하여 관련업계는 CNC 기술의 발전을 더욱 가속화 시키고 있다. 오늘날의 CNC는 더욱 향상된 Computer Architecture에 적합한 Software System과 고속, 고집적의 소자기술을 결합한 것이라 볼 수 있으며, 그 결과는 생산을 자동화 하고 전체를 하나의 system화 하려는 요구에 부응하고 유연(Flexible)하며, 사용하기에 편리하고(User-friend- ly), 신뢰성과 높은 생산성을 갖추고 있다. 새로운 CNC 기술이 요구되는 응용분야는 고도로 자동 화 되고 결합 된 FMS에서 부터 단축제어용에 이르기까지 매우 광범위하다. 3축의 Milling, 6축 Machining Center, 전용기 등 Stand-alone 기계들을 위주로한 중소형기계 공장에 적합한 CNC 기술이 개발되고 있는 동시에 CELL LEVEL, 좀더 큰 규모의 FMS 또는 그 이상으로 자동화된 system을 구성하 기 위하여 많은 새로운 기능이 요구되고 종래의 CNC와는 다른 역할의 변화가 필요하다. 실제로는 많은 경우에 이러한 두가지의 응용이 공존하고 있으며, CNC의 기능이나 성능을 희생하지 않고 동일한 Hardware로 여러가지의 응용을 만족시켜야 한다. 생산공정과 생산기술의 변화가 반영되어야 하며, Control 기술도 변화하고 있다. 유연하고 확장가능한 Software, Hardware 구조의 CNC가 실제적으로 가장 Cost-effective한 해결책이다.

The Study on the Deadlock Avoidance using the DAPN and the Adjacency Matrix (DAPN과 인접행렬을 이용한 교착상태 회피에 대한 연구)

  • The Flexible Management System (FMS) consists of parallel and concurrent machines, pieces of equipment, and carrying systems classified as buffers, tools, and routers, respectively. The concurrent flow of multiple productions in a system is competed with one another for resources and this resulting competition can cause a deadlock in FMS. Since a deadlock is a condition in which the excessive demand for the resources being used by others causes activities to stop, it is very important to detect and prevent a deadlock. Herein a new algorithm has been studied in order to detect and prevent deadlocks, after defining a relationship between the general places and resource share places in Petri nets like as DAPN: Deadlock Avoidance Petri Net. For presenting the results, the suggested algorithms were also adapted to the models that demonstrated FMS features.

  • Under Ford system, corporations sought to maximize the economies of scale by raising the production efficiency. It aims to lower the production cost by increasing the quantity of output. But in the era of market flux and uncertainty, however, such strategies can no longer be sustained. Replacing the structures of Ford system, Toyota was able to accelerate the pace of process innovation and product innovation. Related to this innovation is JIT, new model development, modularization. The firm's reliance on flexible production technology provides opportunities to expand her production basis to foreign countries successfully. The main objective of this paper is to explore the contribution of process innovation to profit-capital ratio. The model is estimated using a time-series data of 18 years from 1990 to 2007 of auto production industry in korea. An Implication of this estimation shows that process innovation explains a significant portion of profit-capital ratio.
