A Study on the Application and Economical Efficiency of Electric Driven Cargo Pumping System (전동기 구동 카고펌프의 적용 및 경제성 연구)

  • This study has been conducted to compare two cargo handling systems on MR tanker and Panamax tanker. Submerged hydraulic cargo pumps with hydraulic power packs and frequency converter controlled electric deepwell pumps will be investigated and compared on all aspects of initial cost, installation, operation and maintenance. The result of investigation shows Electric Systems have less manufacturing costs, higher environmental friendliness and reliable operation compare to Hydraulic Systems. Furthermore, the present experimental data will provide important database for Electric Systems onboard new ships and practical and empirical guidelines are constructed for further determine the design of the Electric Systems.

  • Our country need to introduce wind force power generation system that country is small and narrow and becomes positioning with the other country because there are many mountainous regions. power generation efficiency of existent wind force power generation system is droping rapidly and connote much problem in country quality in case of a low wind. We proposed wind force power generation system that use oil pressure motor and synchronous motor that can improve choice of suitable suspension style and country quality in Korean methods special qualify to improve this.

  • 환경 친화적인 자동차, 안전한 자동차, 편리하고 편안한 자동차 등에 대한 다양한 요구에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 기존의 기계/유압식 자동차 부품들을 전기장치로 대체하기 위한 연구가 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며, 특히 반도체 기술의 발전에 의한 가격경쟁력 강화에 힘입어 신규부품 개발 분야를 중심으로 자동차 부품의 전기/전자화가 급격히 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 자동차에서 사용되는 전기에너지의 소요도 지속적으로 증가하여 새로운 차량용 전원체계에 대한 연구, 개발의 필요성이 대두되었고, 1990년대 중반 미국의 MIT/Industry Consortium 등을 중심으로 선행연구가 진행되어 자동차용 42V 전원체계가 새로운 대안으로 제시되었으며, 아울러 연비개선을 위한 마일드 하이브리드 기능의 채용이 검토되었다. 본 논문에서는 42V 전원체계 및 마일드 하이브리드 시스템 성능 구현에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 에너지 저장시스템에 관해 소개하고, 마일드 하이브리드 운용에 적합한 에너지 관리장치 개발에 대해 간략히 소개하고자 한다.

  • High speed on-off electro-magnetic valves have been used for pressure control or flow control in automotive or construction machine servomechanisms. These systems require quicker valve switching speed to improve control preciseness. The authors designed and manufactured an electric valve driver with quick response characteristics by using 3 power source type valve driver concept. In experiments by using a hydraulic system incorporating the new valve driver, the new driver shortened the switching lag time from 5 ms to 1.3 ms. And also the new driver showed excellent position tracking control performances.

  • This paper present a method of meter-out flow control for overload protection valve in full-scale airframe test. Emergency stop, which results in dump state, can be happened during full-scale airframe test by several causes. Because servo valve can't control hydraulics actuator in the dump state, pressure in cylinder chamber may rise abruptly and overload can be acted to the test article. In this paper, the procedure and technology of orifice setting are investigated to protect the test article from unexpected loads by dump. The test results show that the presented methods decrease peak loads and improve unloading characteristics of hydraulic actuators in the dump state.
