有限差分法을 利용한 油壓管路의 特性에 관한 硏究 (A Study on Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Transmission Line by Finite Difference Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 특성유선해법에 의하여 각 방정식을 유한착분방정식으로 변환 하고 이를 유압시스템에 사용하기 위하여 유압회로의 일반적인 요소인 서어보밸브, 방향제어밸브, 유압모우터, 실린더, 릴리이프 밸브, 필터등이 회로내에 연결되어 있는 경우에 대하여 해석할 수 있는 프로그램을 짜고 유압시스템에서 발생하는 압력 및 유량의 속도현상을 예측할 수 있도록 하였다. 프로그램의 정확도를 판단하기 위하여 계산결과와 실험결과를 비교하였으며 압력과도현상에 미치는 요소인 부하의 크기, 관로의 재질, 관로의 길이, 밸브의 개별시간, 액튜에이터 입구측과 출구측 사이에 바이패스밸브의 설치효과에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • The measurement of unsteady flow rate is of vital importance to clarify and improve the dynamic characteristics in pipeline, hydraulic components and system. There is also demand for a real time flow sensor of ability to measure unsteady flow rate with high accuracy and fast response to realize feedback control of flow rate in fluid power systems. In this paper, we propose an approach for estimating unsteady flow rate through a pipeline and components under high pressure condition. In the method, unsteady flow rate is estimated by using hydraulic pipeline dynamics and the measured pressure values at two distant points along the pipeline. The distributed parameter model of hydraulic pipeline is applied with consideration of frequency dependent viscosity friction and unsteady velocity distribution at a cross section of a pipeline. By using the self-checking functions of the method, the validity is investigated by comparison with the measured and estimated pressure waveforms at the halfway section on the pipeline. The results show good agreement between the estimated flow rate waveforms and theroetical those under unsteady laminar flow conditions. the method proposed here is useful in estimating unsteady flow rate through an arbitray cross section in hydraulic pipeline and components without installing an instantaneous flowmeter.

  • 유압관로에서의 캐비테이션 발생 기구를 조사할 목적으로, 과도흐름에 수반하여 발생하는 캐비테이션 초생에 관한 실험 및 압력이 급강하 할 때의 기포 성장에 대한 계산을 행하였다. 실험에서 얻은 결과를 기초로 한 계산에서, 작동유가 절대압 영이하의 부압에 노출되어도 캐비테이션이 발생하지 않을 정도의 장력을 갖기 위해서는 소위 말하는 기포(기포 주위의 액체가 연속체로 간주될 수 있을 정도의 크기를 갖는 기포)가 유중에 존재할 가능성은 거의 없음이 입증되었다.

  • Surge pressure problem at the oil return line of the hydraulic circuit of an active suspension system for passenger cars was investigated by experiments and numerical analyses. In the numerical analyses, the method of characteristics was used for simulating unsteady flow in the hydraulic system and gas discrete model was adopted for estimating gas volume variation in separated liquid column. In the experiments and analyses, effects of the physical parameters of the accumlator on smoothing surge pressure was elucidated.

분포정수계 관로모델을 이용한 비정상 유량계측 (Unsteady Flow Rate Measurement Based on Distributed Parameter Pipeline Model)

  • The paper proposes a model-based measurement of unsteady flow rate by using distributed parameter pipeline model and the measured pressure values at two distant points along the pipeline. The distributed parameter model of hydraulic pipeline is applied with consideration of frequency dependent viscosity friction and unsteady velocity distribution at a cross section of a pipeline. By using the self-diagnostics functions of the measurement method, the validity is investigated by comparison with the measured and estimated pressure and flow rate wave forms at the halfway section on the pipeline. The results show good agreement between the estimated flow rate wave forms and theoretical those under unsteady laminar flow conditions. The method proposed here is useful in estimating unsteady flow rate through an arbitrary cross section in hydraulic pipeline and components without installing an instantaneous flowmeter.

  • An analyzing method for pressure fluctuations in oil hydraulic pipe network was developed in this study. The object pipe network has multi-branch configuration, and the pipelines of it are composed of metal tubes and flexible hoses. Transfer matrix method, in other words impedance method, was used for the analysis. Values of physical parameters describing the characteristics of flexible hose were measured by experiments and reflected to the analysing procedure. The reliability and usefulness of the analyzing method were confirmed by investigating computed results and experimental results got in this study.

  • Hydraulic pipeline between servo valve and actuator affect the dynamic characteristics of electrohydraulic servo systems in serveral ways. This paper deal with the speed control of oil hydraulic gear motor using electrohydraulic servo valve. The frequency and transient response of electrohydraulic servo valve coupled to a gear motor is anlayzed. In particular, the effect of short and long hydraulic pipelines between servo valve and gear motor is investigated. The dynamic characteristics of the speed control systems of gear motor with short pipeline is first described via frequency response experiments with small signal linearized analysis. Loner pipeline is applied distributed parameter pipeline model with consideration of frequency dependent viscous friction.

유압전동장치의 유량 압력맥동 특성 (Flow and Pressure Ripple Characteristics of Hydrostatic Transmissions)

  • This study deals with a flow and pressure ripple characteristics for a hydrostatic transmission(HST) consisting of a vari-able axial piston pump connected in an open loop to a fixed displacement axial piston motor. These flow ripples produced by pump and motor in HST interacts with the source impedances of the pump or motor and dynamic characteristics of the connected pipeline, and results in a pressure ripples, Pressure ripples. Pressure ripples in HSP is major source of vibration, which can lead to fatigue failure of components and cause noise. In this paper, the flow ripples generated by a swash plate type axial piston pump or motor in HST are measured by making use of hydraulic pipeline dynamics and the measured pressure data at two points along the pipeline. By using the self-checking functions, the validity of the method us investigated by comparison with the measured and estimated pressure ripples at the halfway section of the pipeline, and good agreement is achieved.

맥동흡수용 유압필터에 의한 유압전동장치의 압력맥동 감쇠 (Pressure Ripple Reduction in Hydrostatic Transmissions by Using a Hydraulic Filter)

  • This paper deals with pressure ripple attenuation far separated-type Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) consisting ova variable axial piston pump connected in an open loop to a fried displacement axial piston motor. Pressure ripples in HST is major source of vibration which can lead to fatigue failure of components and cause noise. In order to reduce the pressure ripple, an annular tube tripe hydraulic filter is proposed to attenuate pressure ripples with the high frequencies components to achieve better noise reduction in HST. The basic principle of a hydraulic filter is allied to propagation of pressure wave, reflection, absorption in cross section of discontinuity and resonance in the hydraulic pipeline. It is experimentally shown that the hydraulic filter attenuates about 30∼40dB of pressure ripple with high frequencies. These results will assist in modeling and design of noise reduction in hydraulic control systems, and provide a means of designing a quieter HST.

  • The clutch system is a subcomponent of the transmission that is designed to engage and disengage power flow between the engine and the transmission. Recently, the engine power of automobile has been continuously increased because of customer's demand for the bigger one. As the engine power is increased, the vibration transmitted to the hydraulic clutch operating system has been increased. Therefore the demand for the reduction of clutch pedal vibration during the operation has been increased. This paper describes the pressure pulsation reduction characteristics of the damper cylinder which is applied to the hydraulic clutch operating system. And the purpose of this study is to propose an analysis model and investigate the effect of the design variable variations for the hydraulic clutch system. Especially, we studied the effect of damper cylinder parameter variations on the hydraulic clutch system performance.
