지난 십여 년 전부터 자동차 연비에 관한 법적 규제가 강화되고 소비자의 자동 변속기에 대한 기대치가 증가하면서, 오랜 역사를 가지면서도 신뢰성의 부족 등의 이유로 그 동안 유단 자동 변속기에 가리어 빛을 보지 못하던 무단 변속기가 관련 소재 및 가공 기술의 발달에 힘입어 점차 주목을 받고 있다. 여기서는 자동차용으로 사용될 수 있는 무단 변속기의 핵심 요소인 무단 변 속기구 몇 가지에 대하여 소개하고 최근의 무단 변속기 개발 동향에 대하여 소개하기로 한다. 그리고 여러 가지 무단 변속기 중에서 무단 변속 기구와 유성 기어를 사용하여 구성할 수 있는 무단 변속기의 구조와 특성에 대하여 논하고 이러한 특성을 이용하여 구성할 수 있는 무단 변 속기의 시스템 구성 원리와 작동 원리에 대하여 소개하기로 한다

Uniform metal-droplet deposition using laser is analyzed. Using the variation principle and modeling the semi-solid phase as a non-Netwonian slurry, this model can greatly save the computational expenses that conventional numerical procedures have suffered from. The simulation results revealed that the developed model could reasonably describe the collision behavior of molten metal with solid surface. Simulations were made with variation of the falling distance and time.

We present the analysis of space geodetic technique observation, Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR), to LAGEOS1 and LAGEOS2 for the definition of the Terrestrial Reference Frame (TRF). The data were analyzed in 7day arcs during about 9 years (2000/01/10 ~ 2008/12/29) using NASA Goddard's GEODYN/SOLVE II software. The comparison of the coordinates between ITRF2005 and TRF solutions determined in this work shows that there is no significant bias.

본 논문은 분산환경에서 다양한 형식으로 기술되어 있는 멀티미디어 데이터베이스에 대한 통합 방법을 기술한다. 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에 대해 기술하고 있는 대표적 표준들은 MPEG-7 MDS와 TV-Anytime등이 존재한다. 이런 다양한 형식으로 기술된 데이터베이스를 통합하여 하나된 쿼리로 사용자가 원하는 정보를 효율적으로 추출하기 위해 우리는 Mediator 방식과 분산환경에 강력한 프로토콜을 제공하고 있는 Web Service를 이용하여 통합 시스템을 구성한다.

담수어류의 종묘 생산시 담수산 rotifer, Brachionus calyciflorus는 동물 먹이생물로 많이 이용되고 있다. 특히, 유성생식에 의해 형성된 이종의 내구란은 두터운 2차 난막으로 싸여져 있어 외부환경이 부화에 적합하지 않으면 강한 내구성을 지니고 있어 휴면상태를 계속 유지한다. 이러한 내구란은 종의 유전적 형질을 효율적으로 보관 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 대량배양용 seed와 생태 독성학의 실험재료로 이용할 수 있다. 또한 Artemia cyst처럼 쉽게 부화시켜 자어에 직접 공급할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.
