The purpose of this paper is to develop ubiquitous systems based upon individual space in an apartment dwelling, which are called space-based systems in a ubiquitous Apartment. This research investigates the present technology-based ubiquitous systems in apartment design and also include the recent design themes such as 'well-being space' and 'flexible space' to develop Space-Based systems. The proposed the Space-based Systems are concretely applied in a characteristic dwelling unit of stepped level apartment with specific activity scenarios to demonstrate their actual realization. This paper also focuses on 'responsive systems' with automated actuators and sensors as well as on 'flexible infill systems' to accommodate various space needs.

홈네트워크는 즐겁고, 쾌적하고, 편리하고, 안전한 삶을 위한 정보 인프라로, 초기에는 PC를 중심으로 한 데이터 중심의 서비스에서 시작되어, 사이버 아파트, 주택 자동화등 거주 환경의 변화에 따라 홈오토메이션, 고품질 인터넷 서비스 등의 A/V 기기 중심의 엔터테인먼트 서비스 중심으로 발전되고 있다. 본 논문에서 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 거주자, 비거주자 그리고 전문가의 설문조사를 통한 선호요소 그리고 유비쿼터스 주거환경을 통한 파급효과를 통해 유비쿼터스와 주택을 결합한 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 주택에 대한 앞으로의 설계에 대해 분석 연구하였다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 오늘날 인간생활 행태의 변화뿐만 아니라 미래건축 공간에도 큰 변화를 가져오고 있다. 그 중에서도 인간의 가장 기본적인 생활환경인 주거 공간의 변화는 빠르게 이루어지고 있다. 지능형 홈, 사이버 아파트 등의 새로운 미래주거 공간이 나타나고 홈네트워크 시스템을 이용한 다양한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 적용되고 있다. 그러나 거주자를 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스가 공간에 적절히 적용되지 않는 사례가 발생하고 있고 수요자 요구와 관련 없이 서비스가 설계되어 있어 효율성이 떨어지는 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 이는 현재의 홈네트워크가 IT 업계가 제공한 솔루션과 기기 중심으로 서비스가 개발되고, 공급자 위주의 기능의 편리성을 위주로 제공되고 있기 때문이며, 주택을 잘 알고 있는 건설인과의 협업이나 최종 사용자의 기호가 고려되고 있지 않기 때문이다. 더욱 중요한 것은 초기 디자인 단계에서 이러한 문제점들이 수용되고 있지 못하고 공간 디자인과 서비스 개발이 유리화되어 선 시공 후, 서비스를 끼워 맞추기식으로 계획하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 서비스 개발의 관점에서 접근하여 공동 주택의 초기 디자인 단계에서 수요자가 원하는 서비스를 공간에 적용하여 부합되는지를 살펴보고, 이에 따라 적절한 미래공간을 디자인 할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 공간정보 데이터베이스를 기반으로 한 공동주택 유비쿼터스 서비스 개발을 위한 기초 연구에 그 목적을 둔다.

Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

In today's brand apartment ads, the image of high-tech apartment seeking consumers' convenience thanks to the introduction of ubiquitous and the image of nature-friendly apartment stressing consumers' well-being life have become a main stream. However, it seems that there lacks differentiation in expressing ad images, except some brands. This may also be related to the matter of providing effective communication, which is the ultimate goal of advertisement. Therefore, to suggest the effective communication methods of brand apartment ads, this study semiologically translated first the images thai recent brand apartment ads present, and then in order to review whether these images are properly delivered to consumers, this study conducted the image survey for brand apartment ads with 123 subjects, who are the group of design professionals. As a result, the survey showed that, in the semiological translation of ad expression, meaning sharing is made when ad concept and ad image are semiologically consistent, and it showed that the realization of successful ad communication between advertisers and consumers is possible, which starts from this kind of meaning sharing. Based on the results of this study, we could know that the introduction of semiology into ad planning can be a logical judgment criterion to provide effective ad communication.

현재 홈네트워크 산업의 부진과 문제점 현황을 정리해 보면, 이용자 입장에서는 꼭 필요한 서비스라고 느낄 수 없다는 점과 비용 대비 가치의 불만족 등 유용성의 문제점이 있으며, 소비자의 낮은 인지도와 상품 이해도의 용이성 문제를 언급할 수 있다(이희상 외, 2006). 본 연구에서는 Davis(1989)가 제안한 기술수용모델에 기반하여, 현재 홈 네트워크가 설치된 서울 시내의 아파트 주민들을 대상으로 인지된 유용성과 용이성이 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 나아가, 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도가 해당 아파트의 주거가치에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지도 연구하였다. 그 결과, 인지된 용이성과 유용성은 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 중 용이성은 유용성에 대한 선행변수로 작용함을 확인하였다. 또한, 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도는 해당 주거지에 대한 가치를 제고하는데 영향을 미침을 입증하였다.

As ubiquitous technology(uT) is offered in the future space, human will find their life more convenient and prosperous, and the space efficiency will be improved with virtual displays within a limited space. In an living space with ubiquitous environments, all information of family members will be an essential source creating advanced future spaces both for users and for those maintaining the space. In recent studies of uT environment, development of scenario is mostly being carried out based on user and service. It is unsatisfactory, however, when it comes to the study of how these studies can be developed on the basis of architectural space. In this paper, we study about applying scenarios created through space analysis to suggest ways to predict the analysis of the relationship between digital devices/services and the building elements based on physical space with uT and to offer services smoothly to uT environment, intelligent devices and their users.

A ubiquitous environment in construction should be developed integrating hardware and software systems. The objective of this paper is to study the feasibility of applying the RFID technology to the concrete pour process, and improve the effectiveness of data exchange A pilot system of u-CPS (Ubiquitous Concrete Pour System) has been developed to test the feasibility. The pilot can automatically generate the data for concrete pour work such as departure time, arrival time, concrete pour time. Construction managers can keep track of the progress of concrete pour work using the information. A case study was done for a building construction using the pilot system, the result of which demonstrated that the RFID-base system can help improve the effectiveness of data communication during the concrete pour process.

최근 유비쿼터스 환경에서 다양한 헬스케어 관련 기기와 의료시스템을 통한 서비스를 제공하는 헬스케어 서비스 시스템 개발에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 헬스케어 서비스는 통합서비스의 제공보다는 특정한 목적에 맞도록 헬스케어 서비스 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 서비스를 위한 위치추적, 헬스정보, 쾌적한 환경을 통합 제공하는 헬스케어 프레임워크를 제안한다. 그리고 헬스케어 프레임워크 기반에서 실버아파트의 독거노인을 대상으로 한 헬스케어 서비스 응용을 구축하여 실시간 수행과정을 보인다.

유비쿼터스 환경의 필수 부분인 홈 네트워크는 많은 서비스들을 가지고 생활 곳곳에 파고들고 있다. 정부의 IT839정책을 기반으로 홈 네트워크의 실용화와 구체적인 정책을 형성하기 위해 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 국내와 해외의 홈 네트워크 융성 정책 비교, 고객의 홈 네트워크 서비스 별 선호도를 비롯하여 최근에는 홈 네트워크 서비스의 사용의도와 관련한 연구들까지 있었다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구들을 바탕으로 홈 네트워크 사용의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 조사하고 이 관계에 있어서 인구통계 변수인 연령과 인터넷 사용량의 조절효과를 측정해보았다. 그리고 홈 네트워크를 자동화 서비스, 안전 서비스, 엔터테인먼트 서비스 세 집단으로 나누고 각각을 따로 분석하였다. 분석 집단은 현재 운영되고 있는 홈 네트워크 서비스를 직접 사용해 본 경험이 있는 아파트 거주자이다. 분석 결과 연령이 높을수록 홈 엔터테인먼트 서비스 사용 시 서비스의 사용용 이성과 보안성이 중요하게 작용하였다. 또한 인터넷 사용량이 많은 집단은 홈 자동화 서비스의 사용 시 해당 서비스로부터 얻을 수 있는 효용, 편익을 중요시 여겼다.
