Aesthetic Movement is an artistic movement which intended to bring up the quality by implanting beauty in everyday life. Aesthetic movement made the beauty itself come alive within each person and thus made it possible to improve the quality of life. Aesthetic Movement emphasized the total artistic concept and this brought new wave to the textile design movement. This paper is the study on the Aesthetisism and the effect that had on the textile design. This study draws the conclusion that there are four areas the textile designs of that era was influcenced by : Firstly , through the influence of the Japanese art, the textile designs came to have 2 dimensional quality. Secondly, through the influence of the pre Raphaelite, colors in the textile designs changed to have pale tones. Thirdly, with the influence of William Morris, the creativity in textile design came to be alive. Forthly, to better the quality of life and design, the cooperative spirits of Arthur Liberty, Morris, Godwin, Lewis Days and other designers, architects including artists contributed a great deal to make the English textile designs to be creative contemproary art works.

This study aimed to explore the influences of safety attitude for patient and moral sensitivity in practice of standard precaution in small and medium hospital nurses. Data were collected from 150 small and medium hospital nurses in January 11, 2021 to January 22, 2021 and were analyzed using Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Practice of standard precaution was significantly correlated with safety attitude for patient (r=.539, p<.001) and moral sensitivity(r=.249, p=.002). Practice of standard precaution was associated safety attitude for patient, and work unit with 33.8% of the variance(F=18.47, p<.001). Based on the findings of this study, each institution needs to make efforts to strengthen the safety attitude for patient of small and medium hospital nurses for practice of standard precaution.

This paper is intended to explore femininity the ideal beauty of body and the features in fashion pursued in the Fashion system and the Anti-Fashion Movement in the Victorian period, on which the modern fashion is based. For the informative facts needed in this paper, books on history, fashion history, feminism, art history of aestheticism and the ideal beauty of body are referred to. On the part Ⅱ of this paper, the femininity and the ideal beauty of body implied in the Aesthetic Movement and Rational Dress Movement as the anti-fashion movement in the Victorian period will be reviewed. Following are the conclusion : First, the works in Aesthetic Movement mainly include the image of sensual female. The essence of femininity is categorized by cultural value, poetic spirit. appetite for sex and self-expression. The ideal beauty of body pursued in this movement is the beauty of immatured body, which means rejection of maternity as well as appetite for sex in the form of metaphor of the power and enthusiasm of female. The features of Aesthetic Movement emphasize the image of sensual and characteristic woman. These features are expressed in the natural waist line and the vertical H silhouette of high waist, natural exposure of body by means of drapery, simplicity and decency by design without fixed forms and seemingly faded colors. Second, Rational Dress Movement attempted to evaluate the femininity in a different way and ultimately pursued masculinity. Therefore, morality, liberty, intelligence, spirituality, self-control, willingness, which had been believed to exclusively belong to male, are added to the categories of femininity. The ideal beauty of body is expressed in the form of Venus Coelestic which is refined and strong. This symbolizes woman's freeing from the fate of reproduction and subordinate relationship with male, morality, decision of one's own and willingness. The features of Rational Dress Movement represent the image of strong-willed and moral woman in its internal meaning. The features of its fashions represent the concealment of the body, emphasis on activeness in pants without decoration and simplicity in its external form. All these features resulted from the pursuit of masculinity.

우유는 건강한 소의 유미관에서 분비되는 것으로 초유는 포함되지 않으며 어린이의 발육과 성장에 필수적인 영양소가 풍부하게 포함되어 있는 완전식품으로, 그대로 마시거나, 소스 · 수프 · 육류요리 · 비스켓 · 케이크 등의 재료로 이용되며, 이 우유를 원료로 해서 버터 · 치즈 · 크림 · 발효유 · 아이스크림과 같은 유가공품 으로서도 널리 이용된다. 우리나라 식생활에서는 식품섭취영태는 당류의 섭취도가 높고, 단백질이나 칼슘급원식품의 섭취가 부족한 상태이므로 우유를 칼슘의 급원식품으로 한 사람이 매일 1컵 이상의 우유를 섭취하도록 권장하고 있다. 특히 성장기의 어린이를 위하여는 학교급식에서 싼 가격으로 우유를 먹을 수 있도록 배려하며 하루 3~4컵의 우유를 섭취할 것을 권장하고 있다. 이와 같은 시점에서 본고에서는 우유와 유가공품을 선택하여 먹고 마시는 경우에 그 식품 본래의 영양성분과 맛을 잃지 않고 섭취할 수 있는 효과적인 방법과 보관할 때의 주의할 점과 언제 먹고 마시는 것이 효과를 증진할 수 있는지 등을 알아보고자 한다.

It can be said that Italian designs are unrestrained, aesthetic and art for arts sake, and they come to stylize their character based on geographical features, racial traits and culture. The Italian architects work for the reconstruction of their devastated country and spare no pains to produce competitive goods on international markets since the second wend war. In spite of a inherent scarcity of resources, Italian furniture is the product of mixture of aesthetic material and new material with creative gifts. A lot of companies succeed in finding and training capable designers and devote themselves to modem furniture industry. As a result, Italy becomes one of the worlds most eminent furniture industrial countries now. And the fame is owed to Italy's national awareness of the importance of the matter and endeavor without sparing systematic support. This research is to find out which factors have an influence on the progress of furniture design in Italy and to analyze how these factors build up formative arts combining with historical background in Italy. Moreover, this research suggests how to make contributions to the cause of furniture design growth when considering our geographical features, racial characteristics, culture and industrial circumstances, by analyzing the process of development and strategy in Italian design industry.

In order to observe the growth and development of Fibricola seoulensis metacercariae, the tadpoles of Rana nigromaculata were experimentally infected with the cercariae. The meta cercariae of various developmental stages were recovered from the tadpoles after 2 to 65 days of infection. They were prepared for morphological observation, and were given orally to mice to observe their infectivity. The following results were obtained. 1. All of the tadpoles exposed to the cercariae were observed to harbour the larvae in their abdominal cavity. 2. The young metacercariae of 2 days after infection were $121.1{\mu}m$ long and $63.3{\mu}m$ wide. They grew linearly for the first 14 days to be $262.0{\mu}m$ long and $166.4{\mu}m$ wide. Thereafter, no more growth recognized until 65 days. 3. The larvae of 2 days old were similar with cercarial body and had 2 suckers, a pharynx, 2 ceca and a primordium of germ cells but no tribocytic organ. On the 8th day, they had tribocytic organ, and their morphology resembled that of mature metacercariae. 4. The metacercariae younger than 10 days could not infect the mice. Only the metacercariae older than 14 days had infectivity. The recovery rates increased by the age of metacercariae from 19.0% in 14 days old to 70.0% in 40 days old. Above findings indicate that the tadpole is indispensable for metacercarial development and it needs at least 2 weeks for maturation. The tadpole is a pivotal host in the life cycle of F. seoulensis for connection between the snail and the frog.

Technically, the connotation of Typography is more than embodiments which are associated with records, keeping and expressions in languages. Therefore, it reflects a variety of social aspects based on cultures. The tendencies of modem Typography that have been confusing originate from the reaction caused by, what's called, cynical Rationalism - as a kind of characteristic. Nowadays, modem Typographic is required that it experience a new turning point with challenge and innovation. In association with the fact, it tends to be more local, compromised, dialectal, multi-cultural and anti-aesthetic. Moreover, there are multilateral tendencies concerned with generations and wealth & poverty. Consequently, the situation of modem Typographic which was regarded as an immovable role is now needed to change. The vernacular trends of Typographic changing with newer aspects is not always optimistic - it may be failure. However, at least, the experiments of it have expanded the range of modem Typographic. Therefore, the ultimate goal will be to obtain, what's called, potential data some of which are unknown to us.

In this paper, we analyzed the effects of game-based visual feedback training on postural balance control in young adults and older adults. We provided postural balance training by 23 young adults and 14 older adults and for four weeks in fifth minute a day and three days a week using IBalance(Cybermedic Inc., Korea). We evaluated the ability of postural balance using balance SD(Biodex, medicalscience Inc., USA) for the validation of game contents based on visual feedback training program. The results showed that postural stability and limits of stability of young adults and older adults were improved significantly before and after the training(p<0.05). Thus, the games of postural balance encouraged anterior, posterior, medial, lateral and multidirectional weight shifting regarding postural balance. Our study indicates that postural balance training of visual feedback based game could be adapted for improving postural balance. Moreover, we could develope of game contents for individuals and various ages for effective application of this game-based visual feedback training.

A multipotential hematopojetic cell line, 1(562 cell, was differentiated into megakaryocyte by a chemical inducer, PMA, with an enhanced expression of gpIlla accompaning with a distinct morphological change. On the other hand, 1(562 cells were differentiated into erythrocytes by other chemical inducers, DMSO or butyrate, with a concomitant increase in hemoglobin accumulation. An antigen of apparent molecular weight of 61 kDa was identified on the surface of 1(562 cells by using monoclonal antibody raised against 1(562 cells. The antigen was considered to be a glycoprotein molecule rich in sialic acids and the epitope of antigen was sensitive to neuraminidase digestion or peroxidase oxidation, but resistant to heat treatment. The 61 kDa surface antigen was increased or decreased in its expression along differentiation of 1(562 cells into megakaryocytes or erythrocytes, respedively.

Inhibitory effects of fungal metabolites isolated from foodstuffs on growth of human cancer cell lines were evaluated. Isolated strains were divided into four classes based on color (aerial, reverse), shape, and growth speed. Fungal metabolites extracted with ethyl acetate were investigated for their growth inhibition on six kinds of human cancer cells by MTT assay. Ethyl acetate extract showed high growth inhibition against all cancer cells tested, with D4 exhibiting the strongest growth inhibition effects against Kato III, AGS, Hepa1c1c7, and MDA-MB-231 cancer cells. These results suggest ethyl acetate extract from fungal metabolites as effective natural cancer therapeutic material.
