  • P2O3-PbO-SiO2-Al2O3계 조성을 이용하여 저온에서 소결이 가증하며 열팽창계수와 유전율이 낮은 회로기판용 glass ceramics를 제조하고자 하였다. 155$0^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 동안 용 융하여 제조한 모유리의열팽창 거동을 확인하기 위하여 TMA로 열분석을 실시하였으며 이 유리를 분말화하여 80$0^{\circ}C$에서 열처리 하였다. 이때 cristobalite 형성억제제로 Ga2O3를 사용 하였으며 Ga2O3 첨가량에 따른 억제 영향을 XRD를 통행 확인하였다. Ga2O3를 첨가한 유리 분말로 pellet을 제조하여 열처리를 하였고 소결시편의 표면을 SEM을 통해 관찰하였다. 열 처리한 pellet에 silver paste를 screen printing하여 유전율을 측정하였으며 조성에 따른 유 전율의 변화를 확인하였다.

  • Heat insulator materials can be classified inorganic and organic. The organic material is due to toxic gas emission, when a fire occurs. And it has lower water resistance. The inorganic material is heavy and worse thermal performance than organic materials. In this study, cullet and fly ash were used as basic materials in order to secure a recycling technology of by-products which was mostly discarded and reclimed, and measure of physical properties of light-weight ceramic insulator.

The Effect of High Temperature on the Mechanical Properties of High Strength Cement Composites Mixed with Recycled Glass Powder (고온이 순환유리미분말을 혼입한 고강도 시멘트 복합체의 역학적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, mechanical properties of high strength cement composites (HSC) containing recycled glass powder (GP) after heating were investigated. As a result, at 100Mpa, as the heating temperature increased, the compressive strength increased while the elastic modulus decreased . At 140Mpa, after heating at 300℃, the spalling occurred excluding GP0, and it is believed to be due to the high density of HSC.

  • Zinc-Magnesium borosilicate 유리에 CaF$_2$입자를 충진재로 첨가하여 혼합체의 소결거동, 결정화 거동 및 최종 소결체의 마이크로파 유전특성을 측정하였다. CaF$_2$첨가는 유리의 점도를 감소 시켜 결정화 및 수축개시온도를 감소시켰다. 이러한 CaF$_2$의 최대 첨가량은 주어진 유리조성에 있어서 15 vol. % 이었다. 이러한 소결성 및 결정화 개시온도의 변화는 모 유리와 CaF$_2$의 반응에 의한 결과로 보여지며 이 반응은 결정상의 변화나 이차상의 형성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 따라서 유전율 6.1에 품질계수가 40000GHz 인 CaF$_2$입자를 15 vol.% 첨가시 유전상수는 7.1에서 5.6로 품질계수는 2200에서 5000GHz로 유전특성이 향상되었고 소결온도는 75$0^{\circ}C$이었다.

Effect of Peeled Lotus Root on Physicochemical Properties (박피 유무에 따른 전처리 연근의 이화학적 특성)

  • This study evaluated the qualitative properties of lotus root (Nelumbo nucifera) peels as food materials. Proximate composition, sweetness, pH, total acidity, color, mineral, fatty acid, free sugar and organic acid contents of preprocessed lotus root were measured. Crude moisture, protein, and total fiber contents of non-peeled treated Lotus roots were higher than those of peeled treated lotus roots (p<0.05). Lightness and yellowness of color were reduced by peeling process, whereas redness increased (p<0.05). The mineral contents of Mg, Ca, Fe and Na were higher in non-peeled lotus roots, whereas peeled treated lotus root showed higher K contents (p<0.05). The major fatty acids were palmitic, oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. The total free sugar content of non-peeled lotus roots was higher than that of peeled treated lotus roots (p<0.05). Glucose content was not significantly different, whereas fructose, sucrose, and maltose contents were significantly different. The organic acid and free amino acid contents were higher in peeled lotus roots (p<0.01).

  • Abstract Spinel powder having a particle size of 0.9$\mu$m was calcined for 30 min at $1300^{\circ}C$, followed by ball milling for 4h, to obtain the spinel particle size of 3.29$\mu$m. The die-pressed spinel was presintered at $1100^{\circ}C$ for 2h and then lanthanum aluminosilicate glass was infiltrated at $1080^{\circ}C$ for 0~2 h to investigate the penetration kinetics in glass-spinel composite. The infiltration distance is parabolic in time due to capillarity. The strength and the fracture toughness of glassspinel composites were 317 MPa and 3.56 MPa $m^{1/2}$ respectively and dual microstructure of column (needle) and polygonal shapes as a result of recrystallization was observed due to the high calcination temperature.

Effect of Fruit or Powder from the Fruit of Paper Mulberry (Broussonetia kazinoki Siebold) on Tenderness and Palatability of Jangchorim (닥나무 열매의 알갱이와 분말첨가가 장조림의 맛과 연화에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigated the effect of the addition of the fruit and powder (0, 5, 10, 15, 20%) from the fruit of paper mulberry (Broussonetia kazinoki Siebold) on the tenderness and palatability of Jangchorim. When up to 20% of the fruit of paper mulberry contributes to 6.2∼7.0% decreasing rate in shear force while its powder, a 10.2∼18.4% reduction rate. And according to the increasing of fruits of paper mulberry added, regardless of its types, cooking loss was somewhat decreased, redness of surface of cooked beef and free amino acid content extractes in the liquid part of Jangchorim was generally increased. Na, K, P, Ca, and Mg was so forth in quantity order. In sensory characteristics, the 15% fruit of paper mulberry additive group and the 10% additive group in the its powder type showed the most favorable response.

The Effects of Chungkukjang Powder Supplements on the Regulation of Blood Glucose and Inflammation in Diabetic Rats (청국장 분말 첨가식이가 당뇨 쥐의 혈당과 염증조절에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, the effect of Cheonggukjang powder were investigated on the regulation of blood glucose and inflammatory in STZ-induced diabetic rats. The experimental diet used this study were three kinds of Cheonggukjang, which were soybean Cheonggukjang, Yakkong Cheonggukjang and black foods such as black rice, black sesame seeds, and sea tangle added Yakkong Cheonggukjang powder. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups and fed experimental diets for 7 weeks; non-diabetes with normal diet group (C), diabetes with normal diet (DC), diabetes with soybean Cheonggukjang (DS), diabetes with Yakkong Cheonggukjang (DY), and diabetes with Yakkong black foods added Cheonggukjang (DYB). Blood glucose and insulin resistance of STZ-induced diabetic groups were were significantly higher than C group. But insulin levels and insulin secertory of STZ-induced diabetic groups were significantly lower than C group. However, supplementation of Yakkong or black foods added Yakkong Cheonggukjang were proven to regulation them. In diabetic group, free fatty acid level was significantly increased than C group, but this contents was significantly decreased supplementation of soybean Cheonggukjang. Leptin and adiponectin levels were significantly decreased in STZ-induced diabetic groups.
