전술 미사일은 전파 혹은 적외선을 사용해 목표를 탐지하고 미사일을 유도하는 호밍유도방식이 주류를 이루고 있으나, 앞으로 미사일 기술의 발전을 위해서는 센서부의 고감도, 고기능화, 방해배제능력의 향상에 주력해야 합니다 또한 급속도로 발전해 가는 직접회로 기술과 디지털 신호 처리기술을 접목시켜 센서로부터 얻어지는 신호의 고도처리와 미사일의 운동제어에 응용함으로써 운용형태와 환경변화에 유연하게 대응해야 합니다. 이와함께 미사일 개발에서 소프트웨어의 개발중요성이 더욱 제고되어야 합니다

Detection of halogens using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) in open air is very difficult since their strong atomic emission lines are located in VUV region. In NIR region, there are other emission lines of halogens through electronic transitions between excited states. However, these lines undergo Stark broadening severely. We report the observation of the emission lines of halogens in laser-induced plasma (LIP) spectra in NIR region using a helium gas flow. Particularly, the emission lines of iodine at 804.374 and 905.833 nm from LIPs have been observed for the first time. In the helium ambient gas, Stark broadening of the emission lines and background continuum emission could be suppressed significantly. Variations of the line intensity, plasma temperature, and electron density with the helium flow rate was investigated. Detection of chlorine and bromine in flame retardant of rubbers was demonstrated using this method. Finally, we suggest a pulsed helium gas jet as a practical and ecomonical helium gas source for the LIBS analysis of halogens in open air.

모유에 존재하는 유지방구의 막을 구성하는 주된 당단백질인 하나인 lactadherin(과거에는 BA46로 일컬어짐)은 rotavirus에 의한 감염증상을 예방하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 retrovirus vector system을 이용하여 Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) 세포에 tetracycline에 의해 발현이 제어되는 promoter 하의 lactadherin 유전자를 전이시킨 후lactadherin이 tetracycline에 의해 발현이 유도되는지의 여부를 실험하였다. 먼저 기초 실험으로 E. coli LacZ유전자를 이용하여 tetracycline에 의한 유도 여부를 조사하였다. Tet-On과 RevTRE-LacZ retrovirus를 co-infection시킨 NIH3T3 세포는 doxycycline (tetracycline 유도체)의 투여량에 비례하여 E. coli LacZ 유전자의 발현 정도가 증가하는 양상을 나타내었는데, 최대의 발현에 대한 doxycycline 농도는 1 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$ 이상으로 나타났다. 이 예비실험의 결과를 바탕으로 Tet-On과 RevTRE-Ltd retrovirus vector를 이용하여 사람의 lactadherin 유전자의 유도적 발현을 검정하였는데, CHO 세포에서 lactadherin 유전자의 유도적 발현을 RT-PCR 기법을 이용하여 확인하였다. 표적세포 내에서 외부에서 도입된 유전자가 지속적으로 발현될 경우 심각한 생리적 부작용을 야기시킨다는 사실을 감안할 때, 본 실험의 결과는 유전자 치료와 형질전환동물의 생산에 크게 도움이 될 것으로 예상된다.

전력선에 의한 통신서비스의 유도장애 문제 해결을 위하여 전기통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규칙에서 정한 유도전압 제한치를 기준으로 전파연구소고시에 의한 유도전압 예측계산을 수행하여 상기 기준 전압을 초과시 대책을 시행하도록 하고 있다. 그런데 최근 2006년 2월 ITU K.68의 발행으로 유도전압 설계의 근간이 변화됨으로써 이에 맞는 관계 법령 정비 차원에서 제외국 현장 조사와 국내 현실 유도 측정을 수행하여 적정한 수치 도입을 위한 개정연구 활동이 수행되었으며 이에 따라 통화 서비스 품질에 직접 영향을 미치는 잡음유도전압을 기존 1mV에서 0.5mV로 전환하여 국제규격기준에 부합하고 통화품질 향상에 기여하도록 개정 추진되었다.

To evaluate resveratrol as a prostate cancer preventive material, we investigated its anti-proliferative and apoptotic effects in RC-58T/h/SA#4 primary human prostate cancer cells. Resveratrol significantly decreased the number of viable RC-58T/h/SA#4 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Resveratrol showed cytotoxicity against RC-58T/h/SA#4, LNCaP, PC-3 human prostate cancer cells with $IC_{50}$ values of 245, 320 and $340\;{\mu}M$, respectively. However the cytotoxic potential of resveratrol against normal RWPE-1 cells was lower ($IC_{50}=982\;{\mu}M$). Resveratrol induced cell death as evidenced by the increased formation of apoptotic bodies, nuclear condensation, sub-G1 phase, and DNA fragmentation. Resveratrol activated initiator caspases 8, and 9 as well as effector caspase 3 in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, the general caspase inhibitor z-VAD-fmk significantly inhibited resveratrol-induced apoptosis compared to cells without treatment. These results clearly indicate that resveratrol-induced apoptosis was dependent on caspase activation. Further, resveratrol modulated the down regulation of Bcl-2 (anti-apoptotic), and Bid. However, the level of Bax (pro-apoptotic) remained unchanged. These results suggest that resveratrol induced apoptosis in RC-58T/h/SA#4 cells via a mitochondrial-mediated caspase-dependent pathway, suggesting therapeutic potential against prostate cancer.

Recently, the common grounding systems are adapted in most large structures. Since the ground resistance is insufficient to evaluate the performance of grounding systems, it is needed to measure grounding impedance. Even though the methods of measuring grounding impedance of large grounding systems are presented in IEEE standard 81.2, but they have not been described in detail. In this paper, we present the accurate method of measuring grounding impedance based on the revised fall-of-potential method and measurement errors due to earth mutual resistance and ac mutual coupling depending on locating test electrodes at remote earth were examined for the 15[m]$\times$15[m] grounding grid. As a result, the measurement error due to earth mutual resistance is decreased when the distance to auxiliary electrodes increased. To get rid of measurement errors due to mutual coupling, the potential lead should be installed at a right angle to the current lead. When the angle between the potential and the current leads is an acute angle or an obtuse angle, the mutual couple voltage is positive or negative, respectively. Generally, the measurement errors due to mutual coupling with an obtuse angle route are lower than those with an acute angle route.

가공송전선의 전기적특성은 비교적 간단한 이론공식에 의하여 정확한 치수를 구할수 있으나, 지중선의 그것은 그렇지 않다. 지중선의 전기특성은 도체 상호간 근접효과, 절연체의 유도손, pipe내의 활유손, 그리고 토양의 방열효과등이 그 영향을 미치므로 그 이론공식이 대단히 복잡하다. 본문에서는 전호에 이어 우리나라에서 시초로 건설될 pipe type cable의 허용전류의 계산방법의 미완부분을 계속해서 소개하고져 한다.

An inducing current of power feeding line of high-speed railway system is varied by a relative position of telecommunication cable to the feeding line between plants. An analytical calculation formula of this inducing current is described in ITU-T Directives using multiconductor line method or two line method. In this paper, using the two line method, a variation characteristic of inducing current is simulated. The inducing current has a characteristic of hyperbolic function which is a symmetric shape of curve in the range between power feeding plants. This basic variation property can be considered when a power induction protection measure is planned.

일반 전화뿐 아니라 xDSL 초고속서비스를 제공하는 가입자 통신선로는 옥외에 노출되어 있어 매년 우기철 낙뢰 피해가 발생하고, 통신선로에 접속된 단말장치는 낙뢰서지에 의한 부품 소손 및 서비스가 일시 중단되기도 한다. 낙뢰로 인해 가입자 통신선로에서 나타나는 낙뢰유도서지 특성을 파악하는 것은 통신시설 보호 및 서비스 중단을 최소화 할 수 있는 중요한 기초 자료가 된다. 본 논문은 가입자 통신시설에 나타나는 낙뢰유도전압을 측정하여 각종 파라메터 분석 및 가입자선로에 구성에 따른 파라메터 특성 변화를 분석하였다.
