An organic light-emitting diode(OLED) has advantages of low power driving, self light-emitting, wide viewing angle, excellent high resolution, full color, high reproduction, fast response speed, simple manufacturing process, or the like. However, there are still a number of challenges to get over in order to put it to practical use as a high performance display. First of all, the most important thing is to improve the efficiency of the OLED element in order to commercialize it. To this end, its efficiency can be improved by lowering the driving voltage through the improvement of structure of the OLED element and the application of new organic substance. Therefore, in this study, we have manufactured a red OLED element by applying fluorescent dyes to the emitting layer of the element having the structure of ITO/TPD/ Znq2+DCJTB /Znq2/Al and the structure of ITO/CuPc/NPB/ Alq3+DCJTB/Alq3/Al, in order to light-emitting various colors or improve the brightness and the efficiency, and then we have evaluated its electrical and optical characteristics.

사물 인터넷(Internet of Things: IoT)이 M2M의 궁극적 비전이라면, 만물지능통신 기반 초연결은 사람 사물 공간 그리고 시스템 간에 끊김 없는 콘텐츠를 기반으로 인식 판단 처리가 이루어지는 초연결(hyper-connectivity) 인터넷의 궁극적인 비전이라고 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 인터넷의 기본 이념인 '모든 것들 간의 상호연결'이 실현되는 2030년 어느 날의 하루를 시나리오로 소개한다. 그리고 동 시나리오에서는 지구 규모로 모든 컴퓨터, 기기, 데이터, 콘텐츠가 상호작용하는 초연결 디지털 세상의 진면목을 보여준다. 이 과정에서 미래 만물지능통신 기반 초연결 관련 기술, 사회생활 등을 엿볼 수 있는 용어를 각 상황별로 쉽게 설명함으로써 시나리오 이해와 가독성을 높이고자 하였다. 마지막으로 분석을 토대로 사람의 생각, 기술 그리고 사회를 분산적이고 유기적으로 상호 연결할 수 있다는 월드와이드웹(WWW)의 담대한 비전을 포괄하는 초연결 혁명 시대의 함의를 고찰하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 건설 구조물의 정밀한 미세 변위 모니터링 관리시스템 개발을 위한 공간적으로 참조 가능한 모든 형태의 측위정보를 효과적으로 수집, 저장, 갱신, 조정, 분석, 표현할 수 있도록 새로운 GNSS과 원격탐사측량 등의 신기술을 적용하여 건설 구조물의 주요부 위에 대한 mm급의 다양한 측위분석이 가능한 사용자 요구에 즉시 부응할 수 있는 검색 시스템을 개발하기 위한 신기술을 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 건설구조물의 설계 및 시공 도면과 정밀한 공간정보를 유기적으로 결합할 수 있도록 하여 반영구적인 주요 시설물의 정밀한 미세변위의 변형을 추적하여 방재관리에 효율적으로 신기술이 체계적으로 사용되도록 할 것이다. 특히, 최근에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 USN/UAV의 환경센서기반의 무인의 간이사진측량시스템을 활용하여 건설구조물를 대상으로 하는 실제 측정을 통하여 지형공간정보와 시설물의 위치정보를 지도로 제작하고 이를 기반으로 하는 다양한 방재의 신기술을 비교분석하여 최적의 건설방재기술을 검토하였다.

MMORPG로 대표되는 우리나라 온라인게임의 게임아이템 유형을 보면 대부분이 능력치와 관련된 것들이 많다. 이것은 게임아이템의 일부 기능만을 활용한다는 점에서 보다 적극적으로 게임아이템을 구성하고 그것에 유기적인 역할을 부여할 필요성을 갖게 한다. 이러한 필요성을 충족시키기 위하여 게임아이템을 인지심리학적 관점으로 연구는 것은 매우 유효하다. "게임아이템의 인지프로세스와 지식표상 모델"이라는 것은 인지심리학의 정보처리 과정을 게임아이템 사용자에게 적용하여 구조화한 것이다. 이러한 프로세스와 지식표상 모델은 게임아이템의 명료화와 인과적 플레이를 유도하기 위한 것으로 위의 필요성을 충족시킬 수 있다.

Recently, MPEG-H has been standardizing for a multimedia coder in UHDTV (Ultra-High-Definition TV). Thus, the demand for not only channel-based audio contents but also object-based audio contents is more increasing, which results in developing a new technique of converting channel-based audio contents to object-based ones. In this paper, a non-uniform linear microphone array based source separation method is proposed for realizing such conversion. The proposed method first analyzes the arrival time differences of input audio sources to each of the microphones, and the spectral magnitudes of each sound source are estimated at the horizontal directions based on the analyzed time differences. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, objective performance measures of the proposed method are compared with those of conventional methods such as an MVDR (Minimum Variance Distortionless Response) beamformer and an ICA (Independent Component Analysis) method. As a result, it is shown that the proposed separation method has better separation performance than the conventional separation methods.

With increasing numbers of consumers' concerned about their health and well-being life, interest in organic food has increased. Although there are some studies related to organic food in Korea, most organic food research has been in field of nutrition of organic food. This study aimed to find the relationship between consumers' perceived benefits and satisfactions towards organic food and to compare differences amongst ages. As the results, physical benefit and social benefit were found to have a positively significant influence on both young and old age groups' satisfaction toward organic food. Sensory benefit had a negatively influence on young age group's satisfaction, however, it was not found to have a significant influence on old age groups' satisfaction. Family economic benefit had a negatively influence on old age group's satisfaction, in contrast, family economic benefit was not found to have a significant influence on young age groups' satisfaction about organic food. Thus, the result indicated that there were significant differences between young and old age groups.

최근 급속한 IT환경의 변화와 기술이 발전함에 따라 도서정보들을 효율적으로 관리함으로써, 다수의 사람들이 공유하기 위한 전자도서관에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 현재 대부분 도서관시스템의 소프트웨어 사용 방식은 클라이언트/서버 및 ASP 방식으로 서비스를 제공함으로써 HW/SW 구매비, 설치 및 배포, Customization, Upgrade, 장애 및 문제점 관리, 라이센스비용 등 SW 전반에 걸쳐 관리가 힘들고 고비용의 문제점 발생하고 있다. 여기에 최근 스마트폰 및 태블릿PC의 빠른 확산도 전자도서관 시장에서 중요한 요소로 떠오르고 있다. 도서관 업무는 표준화 및 모듈화 되어 있으므로 쉽고, 간편하며 저비용 IT서비스가 가능한 SaaS기반의 웹 표준을 준수한 전자도서관 통합관리 시스템을 개발하여 시스템 간 효율적이며 유기적인 운영 및 관리, 콘텐츠 중복을 최소화 하고 또한, 다양한 언어처리가 가능한 유니코드 기반, 웹 표준을 준수하여 시스템을 구축함으로써 스마트폰과 태블릿PC 등 휴대용 디바이스를 포함하여 특정 OS에 제한되지 않도록 시스템을 설계하여 구현하였다.

In order to improve organization performance by CEO's leadership, the control systems have to be designed in accordance with CEO's strategic orientation. A management control systems (MCS) is a system which gathers and uses information to evaluate the performance of different organizational resources like human, physical, financial and also the organization as a whole considering the organizational strategies. Present study explored the effects of CEO's Characteristics and control on organization performance. So this study adopted 'Risk-taking tendency', 'Achievement motivation' during psychological characteristics of CEO. For the control variable of this study, 'behavior control' and 'result control' were adopted. And for the variable of performance, financial performance was selected. As result of the study, Behavior control affects financial performance highly than result control. Through additional studies conducted during the same period, there is a significant indirect effect of achievement motivation and behavior control.

In the recent past, the impression expressed by a human body expanded from that of aesthetic beauty to deformed organic medium influenced by environment. And the advancement in digital technology had made it possible to represent the deformed and distorted images of human body more realistically. Consequentially, these exaggerated physical images leave audiences with a feeling of grotesqueness. Chris Cunningham is a British director who mainly focuses on grotesque body as his subject matter using digital media. This paper will explore Chris Cunningham's work and his final goal through analyzing his carnivorous, uncanny grotesque body images, making use of the figital media, at each of his different levels.
