A Study on Measures of Air Terrorism: Focused on Security (항공테러 대응에 관한 소고: 경비를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to make people acknowledge the danger of the air terror and provide measures to prevent a recurrence of the accident and find required security. Also, the air terror is categorized into aircraft and airport and take steps to come up with preventive measures against the air terror by finding a countermeasure and precaution. The following steps should be checked to take precautionary measures against the air terror. major security crackdown and the need for a further security check should be conducted to prevent terrorists from boarding the aircraft, security around the airport needs to be tightened up by training the airport workers and promoting emergency situations, airport sheriffs and armed guards should be on patrol for the safety of the cabin, new measures of efficient security for in and around the airport and its facilities should be set up to tighten up security of baggage.

  • It is helpful to use Intelligent Video Surveillance to replace and supplement the demerit which can possibly occur due to the mistake that can be made by human management. To accomplish this, it is essential that the system should digitalize image information from surveillance camera so that the system, itself, can be able to locate a object and to analyze the pattern of the object. Also, it is imperative that the system should have ability to operate a alarm and a entrance blocking system and to notify a situation to a security manager. Zooming a small object form a screen, however, requires a exact zooming ratio of the object and a shift of centric coordinate. In this paper, It is able to locate and observe closely a object from flexible background, regardless of the distance, by calculating a zooming ratio according to object moment, pan coordinate, and tilt coordinate.

A Longitudinal Qualitative Study on the Experiences and Perspectives of the Self-Reliance Program Participants - A Grounded Theory Approach (자활제도 참여자의 자활 경험과 전망에 대한 종단적 질적 연구 - 근거이론 분석을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences and perspectives of the self-reliance program participants through a longitudinal qualitative study from 2006 to 2012. Based on Grounded theory approach, it examines how participants managed their lives up to now status. Through open-coding process, 181 meanings were identified. Paradigm model shows that the goal of the self-reliance program can be viewed as causal condition. However, contextual factors such as poverty experiences and child-support affected the self-reliance program participants to adapt and stay in the program rather than actively participate in the market. The finding shows that the meaning of self-reliance are differently understood by policy makers and self-reliance program participants.

  • Exercising and stretching are essential for the growth of children, but recently, children's outdoor activities are limited due to social risks such as fine dust and child crime. It has increased the need for children's programs that can be safely and easily followed indoors. In this paper, we developed a system to induce and manage children's voluntary stretching to support growth. The system developed in this paper recognizes the child's stretching motions in real-time using Kinect to evaluate the match rate with the standard motions. The system gives users the results with a calendar and check stamp to provide voluntary motivation for the child and to provide parents with systematic management of the child's progress.

  • In recent days, a Connected Car has caught an attention of the motor companies and various industrial institutes such as communication company. An automobile is regarded as a device and has been developed as an interactive system because the system is connected with various device. This drives a new business item, too. As a new automatic car technology is emerging, a new type of car accident is appeared, too. So, many researches for preventing car accident comes from the driver's are carried out in many car related institutes. In this paper, we study a driver's driving workload and develop an algorithm that measures the driver's driving behavior. We can see that the developed algorithm runs well by the experiment of road test. This results affects various road condition, driver's driving behavior and load that reflects the driver's status.

This study was conducted to improve the situation without too much insistence that one did not understand the essence rife about the privatization of health care. In this study, grasp the implications of the current health care debate to be privatized, and dealing with the claims accordingly. Seeks to help establish an objective perspective, looking at the pros and cons at the same time claims for medical privatization policy. The Health and diversification through the capitalist market access as part of the transition process is being overlooked as a new growth engine industries. But health care is constrained to follow the growth of universal access and how to deal with life because it is practical conduct of the person. In addition to services that are not only for the benefit of the profit or government institutions.

  • 최근의 극심한 기상이변으로 인하여 발생되는 유출량의 예측에 관한 사항은 치수 이수는 물론 방재의 측면에서도 역시 매우 중요한 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 강우-유출 관계는 유역의 수많은 시 공간적 변수들에 의해 영향을 받기 때문에 매우 복잡하여 예측하기 힘든 요소이며, 과거에는 추계학적 예측모형이나 확정론적 예측모형 혹은 경험적 모형 등을 사용하여 유출량을 예측하였으나 최근에는 인공신경망과 퍼지모형 그리고 유전자 알고리즘과 같은 인공지능기반의 모형들이 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 유출량을 예측하고자 할 때 학습자료 및 검정자료로써 사용되는 유출량은 수위-유량 관계곡선식으로부터 구하는 경우가 대부분으로 이는 이렇게 유도된 유출량의 경우 오차가 크기 때문에 그 신뢰성에 문제가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수위를 직접 예측함으로써 이러한 오차의 문제점을 극복 하고자 한다. Neuro-Fuzzy 모형은 과거자료의 입 출력 패턴에서 정보를 추출하여 지식으로 보유하고, 이를 근거로 새로운 상황에 대한 해답을 제시하도록 하는 인공지능분야의 학습기법으로 인간이 과거의 경험과 훈련으로 지식을 축적하듯이 시스템의 입 출력에 의하여 소속함수를 최적화함으로서 모형의 구조를 스스로 조직화한다. 따라서 수학적 알고리즘의 적용이 어려운 강우와 유출관계를 하천유역이라는 시스템에서 발생된 신호체계의 입 출력패턴으로 간주하고 인간의 사고과정을 근거로 추론과정을 거쳐 수문계의 예측에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 유전자 알고리즘은 적자생존의 생물학 원리에 바탕을 둔 최적화 기법중의 하나로 자연계의 생명체 중 환경에 잘 적응한 개체가 좀 더 많은 자손을 남길 수 있다는 자연선택 과정과 유전자의 변화를 통해서 좋은 방향으로 발전해 나간다는 자연 진화의 과정인 자연계의 유전자 메커니즘에 바탕을 둔 탐색 알고리즘이다. 즉, 자연계의 유전과 진화 메커니즘을 공학적으로 모델화함으로써 잠재적인 해의 후보들을 모아 군집을 형성한 뒤 서로간의 교배 혹은 변이를 통해서 최적 해를 찾는 계산 모델이다. 이러한 유전자 알고리즘은 전역 샘플링을 중심으로 한 수법으로 해 공간상에서 유전자의 개수만큼 복수의 탐색점을 설정할 뿐만 아니라 교배와 돌연변이 등으로 좁아지는 탐색점 바깥의 영역으로 탐색을 확장할 수 있기 때문에 지역해에 빠질 위험성이 크게 줄어든다. 따라서 예측과 패턴인식에 강한 뉴로퍼지 모형의 해 탐색방법을 유전자 알고리즘을 사용한다면 보다 정확한 해를 찾는 것이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선행우량 및 상류의 수위자료로부터 하류의 단시간 수위예측에 관해 연구하였으며, 이를 위해 유전자 알고리즘을 이용항여 소속함수를 최적화 시키는 형태의 Neuro-Fuzzy모형에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • Researching Stromatolites spread all over Gyeong-San, province Gyeongsangbukdo, it raise an objection for preservation of original state caused by natural weathering, artificial destruction, illegal emission and enviromental pollution. Stromatolites in Gyeong-San was formed on lake Meszoic era cretaceous. So it is representative rock of geological feature of sediment formed in water and landscape. It could be used as educational data on mesozoic stratum and earth surface, and resources of observation and experience program. It could apply as educational venue place in terms of Mesozoic era cretaceous motif. And it is managed various programs appling 4H (Healing, Hiking, Hand, History) experience program based on local community. And it is concerned software program introducing augumented reality, furthermore discuss with related field.

  • Recently, awareness of the public about the explosion damage has increased due to the increased risk of terrorism. The criteria for blast-resistance design is not sufficient in Korea, it is necessary to develop blast-resistance design for the stability and safety of building by static analysis of current blast-resistance design. In addition, as the increase of earthquake occurrence necessitates the seismic design, it is studied to judge the blast-resistance performance of members applying seismic design without blast-resistance design. Currently, the general analysis of blast load is to refer to UFC 3-340-02 manual. Blast-resistance performance was studied by applying characteristics of blast load through UFC 3-340-02 manual, beam converted into equivalent SDOF System. It is proved that blast-resistance performance is improved when seismic detail is applied considering the maximum deflection of normal, intermediate, and special moment frames.

The Infection Control of Dental Impressions (치과용 인상체의 감염 관리)

  • The characteristics of dental treatment makes the dental staff frequently contact with patient directly. Also the daily use of high-handpieces, sharp instruments, and needles often causes bleeding on oral cavity. Therefore, the risk of cross transmission grows up. The pathogen from dental practice could spread on not only the practice itself but also the dental laboratory with contaminated impressions and prosthesis. Dental clinic staffs (dentists, dental hygienists and dental technicians) should recognize all the patients have a possibility of cross contamination, and try to prevent the transmission of infection by proper infection control. In this study, we review the articles about disinfection methods and chemical infection agents used for dental impressions, and try to figure out the suitable and effective infection control system of dental impressions.
