  • There are many defects that cause the process improvement of lifecycle problems during software development. This paper propose the management method of risk items that removes and manages the lifecycle problems as well. For the similar projects, we can estimate defects and prepare to solve them by using domain expert knowledge and the state analysis of defect items, which can greatly improve the software process. This research provides solution of management of risk items problem and detection of defect transition and its prevention and causes that happen on software development. Also, In this paper propose to making quantity of degree and transition phase.

A study on the extraction of risk factor and its application for senile dementia patient at home based on accidental cases (사고사례를 통한 재가치매환자의 위험요소 추출 및 그 활용에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was, first, to extract the risk factor by investigating several cases of accident of senile dementia patient at home, and second, based on these results to provide basic information for the determination of monitoring factor for the care of senile dementia patient. Basic and behavioral characteristics, Short form of Samsung Dementia Questionnaire (S-SDQ), Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and cases of accident were investigated with 55 senile dementia patient at home (16 male, 39 female). Based on these questionnaires, risk factors were extracted and frequency, cooccurrence frequency, and occurring place of risk factors, presence or not, region, and degree of injury were investigated. Frequency between risk factors and behavioral characteristics, ADL, and S-SDQ was analyzed by crosstabulation frequency analysis. Results showed that 12 risk factors were extracted, and the frequency of 'going out' was the highest, and risk factors for injury were 'tumble', 'bump', 'slip', and 'fall'. Cooccurrence frequency analysis showed that the occurrence of 'fall', 'going out', 'fire of gas', and 'violence' with other factors was relatively higher than others. The occurring place of risk factor was the highest in home neighborhood, and the region of injury in knee, and the degree of injury with bruise. Crosstabulation frequency analysis showed that factors which had difference in frequency of risk factor were behavioral disorder, disorder of daily living and ADL. Factor which had difference in frequency due to the degree of behavioral disorder and disorder of daily living was 'going out', and factors which had difference in frequency due to the degree of ADL were 'slip' and 'fire of gas'.

확률적 할인요소를 이용한 해외위험의 조건부 가격화 검정 -국내 주식시장을 중심으로-

  • 본 연구는 우리나라가 1996년 외환자유화와 자본자유화로 특징지워지는 국가들의 국제조직인 OECD에 가입한 이후 국내주식시장에서 환위험과 세계시장위험에 조건부로 가격보상이 이루어지고 있는가를 가격결정모형의 가장 일반적 형태인 확률적 할인요소를 이용하여 검정하였다. 무조건부 가격결정모형을 이용하여 국내주식시장에서 환위험프리미엄과 세계시장위험 프리미엄의 존재를 검정하고자 하는 연구들의 결론들이 일치되지 않고 있는 상황에서 조건부 가격결정모형을 이용한 검정노력은 자연스러운 접근순서로 볼 수 있다. 무조건부 가격결정모형에서 위험프리미엄이 존재하지 않는 것으로 검정되는 경우에도 조건부 프리미엄은 존재할 수 있다. 확률적 할인요소는 국내시장위험, 환위험, 세계시장위험 등 세 가지 위험요인이 포함되도록 정의하였으며, 조건부 정보를 구성하는 도구변수는 기존의 선행연구를 참조하여 6개를 선정하였다. 여기에는 상수, 전기의 국내시장수익률, 현재기의 무위험이자율, 전기의 세계시장수익률, 전기의 부도위험스프레드, 전기의 유로달러이자율이 포함된다. 월별 시계열 자료를 이용하여 가설을 검정한 결과 환위험 프리미엄과 세계시장프리미엄이 모두 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 외환위기 기간이었던 1997년을 제외하더라도 차이가 없었다. 따라서 기업의 재무결정에서 환위험헤징활동 등이 기업가치창조와 무관하지 않음을 의미하고 있다. 국내시장위험과 세계시장위험이 모두 프리미엄을 요구하고 있음은 우리 국내시장이 세계시장과 완전 통합된 상태는 아님을 보여준다고도 해석될 수 있다.

  • 호우로 인해 도시지역에 발생하는 홍수의 대표적인 특성은 도로와 저지대의 내수침수라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 침수현상을 모의하고 예측하기 위해서는 일반적으로 도시유출해석 모형과 연계된 2차원 침수해석 모형을 활용한다. 다만, 이러한 물리적, 수치해석 도구들은 공간적인 해상도가 높고, 대상영역이 넓을수록 많은 연산시간이 소요되므로 집중호우와 같이 단시간에 많은 비가 발생하는 경우 홍수예보에 활용하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 시나리오 기반의 침수위험 정보를 사전에 정의하나, 위험기준을 정의하는 방법에 따라 위험지역과 위험도가 달라질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시공간적으로 상세한 침수 예상 정보를 빠르고, 정확하게 제공하기 위해서 침수시나리오 기반의 침수위험 예보 기준 지도를 작성하고, 기준 지도 작성 시 위험기준 요소의 정의를 다양하게 적용하여 서울시의 침수위험 지역과 위험도의 변화를 분석하고자 한다. 여기서 침수시나리오는 76개 강우 시나리오와 SWMM모형, 2차원 침수해석모형(GIAM)을 활용하여 생산한 결과를 활용하였다. 생산된 침수시나리오는 6m 시공간 해상도를 갖지만, 예측강우를 활용한 돌발홍수예보 프로토타입의 기준 격자망을 고려하여 500m 해상도로 변환하여 분석에 활용한다. 본 연구에서는 침수위험의 유무, 위험 정도를 분류하는 위험기준을 영역 내 최대침수심, 평균침수심, 침수면적 비율 등으로 다양화하고, 각 위험기준 요소별 침수위험 예보 기준 지도를 작성한다. 또한, 실제 침수발생 사례에 작성한 침수위험 예보 기준 지도를 적용하여, 침수위험 지역과 위험도를 가장 적합하게 구현한 위험기준을 찾고자 한다.

A Study on the Application of Safety Design based on the Risk of Construction Process (건설공정 위험성 기반 설계안전성 활용 방안 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to prevent construction safety accidents, and the design safety systems were reviewed. This paper aims to establish as an effective system by looking at the implementation procedures and contents of the design safety review system. Method: We reviewed the purpose and content of the law, accident statistics, etc. for the study. In addition, we looked at the implementation plans for actual construction sites using the 'design safety' assessment process as defined by the Act. Results: We divided it into the data review phase, the risk factor elicitation and alternative setup phase, and the design safety assessment report preparation stage. Conclusion: it is necessary to derive risk factors that take into account the diversity of construction sites. However, the effectiveness of other reports is questioned as they are often copied and written. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen external verification procedures attended by construction safety experts.

A Study on the Application of Records Management Standards to Risk Management Framework (위험관리체계의 기록관리표준 적용방안 연구)

  • Owing to changing work environment and increasing uncertainty, risk management in records management area is becoming more important to secure work legitimacy and to increase the value of information for future. While risk factors in traditional records management were mainly focused on the preservation function, those in current records management were directly coupled with those of overall work processes which produce, distribute, and utilize records because information technologies make the relationship between works and records closer. This study proposes a set of risk management factors and strategies in records management based on the overall risk management framework of ISO 31000. Moreover, ARMA's works areas and NIST's systems areas were applied to form the risk management processes in records management, and ISO's records management standards were used to suggest the checklists for the processes in both areas, especially with ISO TR 26122 for work processes, and ISO 16175-3 for the context of records.

  • In the construction and operation of large marine structure, hazard risk analysis is one of important factors. Therefore, this paper investigates the hazard risk indexes and evaluates the risk level in the construction and operation of SFT on the basis of expert survey and Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Hazard risk is divided into natural hazard risk (earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, and ice collision) and human factor hazard risk (fire, explosion, traffic accident, ship or submarine collision). Also, the influence of hazard risk indexes on SFT was evaluated in tunnel tube, supporting system, ventilation tower, foundation, and connection part. As the hazard risk level of SFT is compared with those of bridge, underwater tunnel, and immersed tunnel, the intrinsic risk level of SFT was evaluated. Tsunami and earthquake had higher risk level in natural hazard risk, and the risk levels of fire and explosion were higher in human factor hazard risk. Hazard risk level of SFT was 1.4 times higher than immersed tunnel, and 3.2 times higher than bridge.

  • As the competition among the autonomous vehicle (AV, here after) developers are getting fierce, Korean government has been supporting developers by deregulating safety standards and providing financial subsidies. Recently, some OEMs announced their plans to market Lv3 and Lv4 automated driving systems. However, these market changes raised concern among public road management sectors for monitoring road conditions and alleviating hazardous conditions for AVs and human drivers. In this regards, the authors proposed a methodology for monitoring road infrastructure to identify hazardous factors for AVs and categorizing the hazards based on their level of impact. To evaluate the degrees of the harm on AVs, the authors suggested a methodology for managing road hazard factors based on vehicle performance features including vehicle body, sensors, and algorithms. Furthermore, they proposed a method providing AVs and road management authorities with potential risk information on road by delivering them on the monitoring map with node and link structure.

Method to Acquire Safety of Work Spaces by Ensuring Proper Ratio of Visibility of Unsafe Factors in Building Construction Sites (건설현장 위험요소의 관측비율분석에 의한 작업공간의 안전성 확보방안)

  • Unsafe and dangerous factors or environments on building construction sites often cause safety accidents. Sometimes, accidents happen despite the existence of warning and caution signs. Such warning signs are likely to be hidden by stacked materials or temporary facilities on site. If workers cannot see the signs when moving or working, they could be injured, sometimes fatally. Many studies have focused on each worker's position, and various systems have been developed using GPS signals and sensors. This paper suggests a method for identifying the problem of worker inability to see the unsafe factors, to manage the problem in the construction planning phase by considering things from the worker's perspective. The method uses CAD software to investigate the relation between the height of stacked materials and the visible ratio of the unsafe factor. The results of a sample project show that the changes in the height and location of stacked materials make the site safer.
