  • 네트워크 관리자는 트래픽 증가에 따른 네트워크 성능저하 문제를 해결하기 위해 개별 링크에 필요한 용량을 산정해야할 때가 있다. 대규모 네트워크의 경우 이산 사건 시뮬레이션만을 수행하여 용량을 산정하는 것보다 분석적 시뮬레이션을 함께 사용하여 용량을 산정한다면 시뮬레이션에 필요한 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 링크 용량계획을 위한 분석적 시뮬레이션의 활용방안을 논하고 그 기법을 기술하였다. 제안한 분석적 시뮬레이션 기법은 정상상태의 네트워크 분석이기 때문에 이산 사건 시뮬레이션에 비해 시뮬레이션에 소요되는 시간은 작지만 정확도는 낮다. 하지만 대규모 네트워크의 상태를 빠르게 파악하고 문제를 해결해야 한다면 좀 더 정밀한 시뮬레이션이나 분석을 위한 사전자료를 만들기에 충분할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 2021 게임업계 연쇄 파동을 통해 게임사 이슈 대응에 대한 사용자들의 인식이 바뀐 것에 주목하여 메이플스토리 확률 조작 사건에서 나타난 사용자들의 반응을 토픽모델링으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사건의 발단이 된 메이플스토리 테스트 월드 업데이트 내용이 업로드된 2021년 2월 18일 17시를 기점으로 국내 온라인 게임 커뮤니티 중 하나인 인벤의 자유게시판에서 총 10만 개의 게시물을 수집하고 토픽모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 이후 도출된 주제별 주요 단어를 10개씩 확인하여 주제를 정의했다. 각 토픽을 비교하며 관련성을 확인했고 이를 통해 사용자들의 반응을 분석한 결과 확률 조작으로 인한 보상으로 환불을 원하고 있다는 것과 아이템의 확률을 조작했다는 것에 대한 사용자들의 분노, 디렉터 본인의 직접적인 사과문과 사용자와의 소통 요구, 또 다른 게임으로의 이탈을 확인할 수 있었다.

Three Apologies: A Study of the Evolution of Crisis Communication Strategies by the Arts Council Korea (ARKO) in Response to the Blacklist Case (세 번의 사과 - 한국문화예술위원회 블랙리스트 사건의 위기 커뮤니케이션 사례 -)

  • How an organization communicates to relevant stake-holders in a crisis is critical to gain continued social acceptance and legitimacy. In this paper, we examine the evolution of crisis communication strategies by the Arts Council Korea(ARKO) in response to the Blacklist case that unfolded from 2017 through 2019. In doing so, we focused on the 'Pop-up Theater case', where ARKO officials had exercised their discretion to have the play produced by theater artists be discontinued because they had viewed that the play was engendering the imagery of the Sewol-Ho tragedy. Using a case study methodology, we follow a series of events that occurred during this crisis management process, analyzing three apologies issued by the ARKO. In doing so, we draw on Hearit (2006)'s crisis management theory to evaluate how ARKO's crisis communication was managed. Overall, our study highlights that without incorporating truthfulness and sincerity congruent with stakeholder expectations, an organization's crisis communication is likely to be less successful.

The Buffering Effects of the Regulatory focus on the Relationship between Positive events and Job Engagement: A Moderated Mediation Study (긍정사건이 직무열의에 미치는 영향에 대한 조절초점의 조절효과: 조절된 매개모형)

  • Based on the affective event theory, the purpose of the study is to examine the effect of the individual difference regulatory focus on the process in which the work events affect job engagement under organizational circumstances. To this end, 232 financial workers were surveyed on positive events, positive affects, regulatory focus and job engagement. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the positive events generated positive affects and showed positive influence on job engagement. Second, the effect of positive affects on job engagement has been shown to be discriminatory depending on the level of regulatory focus. The higher the level of promotion focus, the stronger the effect on job engagement of positive affects, and the higher the level of prevention focus, the weaker the effect on job engagement of positive affects. Third, the moderated mediated effect was found to be significant only in the prevention focus. The magnitude of indirect effects on job engagement by positive events was found to be weakened when the prevention focus was high. Finally, the implications and future research issues were discussed.

Estimating Geotechnical System Response Probability of Internal Erosion Risk in Fill Dam using Event Tree Analysis (사건수 분석 기법을 이용한 필댐의 내부 침식 위험도에 대한 지반공학적 시스템 응답 확률 산정)

  • Recently frequent collapse of old fill dams has taken place, which increases social awareness in the safety of the infrastructure. Fill dams in Korea has been incautiously regarded as safe once the fill dam is considered to have a full capacity to retain a conservative design flood determined by government authorities. However, developed foreign countries has been managing their fill dams by introducing systematic risk assessment techniques over a long period of time. In this study, the system response probabilities of the deteriorated old fill dams in Korea were systematically evaluated and analyzed by using the internal erosion toolbox based on the event tree analysis technique. The probability of the existence of flaw and the magnitude of the hydraulic gradient through a potential crack can significantly influence the geotechnical system response probability. The results of this study show that the probability of the existence of flaw and the magnitude of the hydraulic gradient through a potential crack can significantly influence the geotechnical system response probability and the risk of the deteriorated fill dam can be quantitatively assessed.

  • Aquifer storage transfer and recovery (ASTR) is a type of managed aquifer recharge which entails injecting water into a storage well and recovering it from a different well. It has effects of natural purification when injected water passes through aquifer medium, and can be a good way of supplying water especially in a region with poor surface water quality. This study is about an on-going effort to introduce ASTR as a solution to source water problems in coastal areas. A pilot study is being conducted in the delta of the Nakdong River. A proactive management system is incorporated to ensure the water qulity in the process of drinking water process. The system is based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) which is a tool originated from the food industry in order to assess hazards and establish control systems for the safety of food product. In this paper, we analyze hazardous events which can occur in the entire water supply system using ASTR as a first step to the incorporation of HACCP to drinking water production process.

  • Movie research in the 1980's structuralism looks tendency to escape director or text research and analyze spectator or inspection action. These post-structuralist divert interest by analytic convention of spectators in analysis by director's intention or text type correctly. There is the age that spectator, inspectional action and inspectional subject weighs more than director, work and text itself. But, inspection of movie can be person's enemy by director's narrative strategy or spectator's analytic quality that depend on a text and spectator and their interaction usually, and only method to acquire universality chooses full analytic discourse to principle. We should be structured by symbol system that the event is consisted of movie language to reappear the event through narrative in movie and this symbol system, director's narrative strategy can cause fixed esthetic distance between spectator. Researches to analyze this distance need to keep universal validity as much as being accepted by effort to gap with director and spectator. Therefore, narrative poetry that I analyze movie narration style by 'narrated' and unit of 'narrating' and study the form and function so-called, is going to follow narratology's access method. The consistent argument of this narrative poetry is that story is consisted of the events and these observe to structured thing by unit that is sequence through arrangement with the other event that adjoin in the event. Also, director need consensus with spectator to reappear connection of this event logically and it is thing which this reappearance form can be done characteristic by narrative strategy in directing. I am going to try narrative structure analysis of movie by narrative that is connected at structure of the event and 'narrating-narrative acts' that is interested in way to reappear this story to spectator hereupon. Of course, at process of research, Roland Barthes and his followers wish to apply 'narrative function' and concept of 'narrative acts' that prefer from time to time.

  • In order to overcome the difficulties of quantitative risk analysis such as complexity of model, we propose a systematic methodology for risk quantification of railway system which consists of 6 steps: The identification of risk factors, the determination of major scenarios for each risk factor by using event tree, the development of supplementary fault trees for evaluating branch probabilities, the evaluation of event probabilities, the quantification of risk, and the analysis in consideration of accident situation. In this study, in order to address the feasibility of the propose methodology, this framework is applied to the prototype risk model of nation-wide railway level crossings. And the quantification result based on the data of 2005 in Korea will also be presented.

  • This paper reports the evaluation of six open-source software systems for participatory digital archives. This is an effort to create a digital platform for the social memory of No Gun Ri, which was first recognized in 1999 as a civilian massacre. The process of how it was reported and investigated is critical to understanding this brutal incident. In addition, the course of its cultural recovery has witnessed the reconstruction of the No Gun Ri memory. Thus, it is important to embrace the social memory around the massacre in these archives. In consideration of a virtual space for memory, this study takes the form of participatory archives to provide a mechanism in which anyone can share their memories. As a way to find a digital archives system for No Gun Ri, this study analyzed open-source software based on identified functions and requirements for participatory digital archives. Knowing the details of digital systems, this study discussed how contents for social memory can be stored and used in a digital system.

HRA를 이용한 터빈 정지시 원자로 정지불능 영향 완화 방안 연구

  • 고리 3,4호기 및 영광 1,2호기 PSA Ⅰ단계 수행 결과 ATWT에 대한 노심 손상 확률은 다른 사건에 비해 상대적으로 적어 소홀히 취급될 수 있으나 전체적인 노심 손상 확률 저감을 위해 본 연구에서는 ATWT 사건 중 터빈 정지시 원자로 정지불능을 선정하여 HRA를 수행하였다. HRA 수행의 첫째 과정은 위에서 선정한 사건에 대해 시나리오를 가정하고 이를 4개 그룹의 주제어실 운전원들에게 적용하여 모의 제어반을 이용한 훈련을 실시하였으며 운전원 조치 과정중의 행동관찰, 훈련결과, 개별 면담 등을 통해 국내 운전원 특성에 맞는 HRA의 기초자료를 얻었다. 두 번째 과정은 위의 결과 및 절차서에 근거하여 PSF 고려 유무에 따라 실패 확률의 정량적 평가와 불확실성 분석을 수행하여 ATWT에 대한 HRA 수행 자료로 활용 가능하도록 하였으며, 끝으로 ATWT 영향 완화를 위한 대안을 제시함으로서 노심 손상 확률을 감소시키기 위한 기초가 되도록 하였다.
