The conc ept of ICT convergence is defined frist, market and current state of technology for three convergence services is the n analyzed, and finally main function and security target for each technology are presented. The evaluation criteria a nd IPR are analyzed to diagnose the level of patent and standard for the technology. From the results, even though the domestic competence is inferior compared to other advanced country, the efficient policy should be presented by using our capability for the big data and cloud. Furthermore, the technology development for the IoT and cloud is ne eded in advance considering the market-technology influence effects. In addition to, M2M security framework in IoT, data security in big data and reliable networking in cloud should be developed in advance.

  • The Korean DGPS station transmits the 200 bps GPS enhancement signal using the MSK modulation in frequency range of 283.5 kHz to 325 kHz. The land-based stations of 6 sites provide the service area of 80 km with the output power of 500 W. The ocean-based stations of 11 sites provide the output power of 300 W, which provide the DGPS service to 185 kM. Some places are serviced from two or three DGPS stations. The interferences among the DGPS stations using the high power can be occurred. Also, the performances of the user terminasl in dual service area can be degraded. In this paper, the protection ratios for the DGPS service are defined. Using the MF wave propagation model, the interferences among the DGPS stations and the adjacent wireless ground stations are analyzed. Also, the performances of DGPS user terminals are analyzed in the viewpoint of interference.

  • This study is aimed at suggesting optical communication equipment that can deliver high quality video information in high speed, to efficiently handle the flood and water pollution in the river basin. This system is cheaper than existing equipment, and can monitor optical Internet as well as the condition of equipment. Generally, the communication equipment to prevent flood is installed in an unmanned control box and operated by the flood control office situated at the fiver mouth in a long distance section. Therefore, it is hard to promptly cope with communication interruptions, which occur by the cutting or aging of the optical cable. Under the circumstances, this study suggested an efficient system that can deliver high quality video information in high speed (Optical Transmission Convert System) by using optical fiber. The system also solves problems by making use of automatic protection switching (APS) when an accident happens. Its real-time monitoring function gives notice of the problem-occurring points. The system is expected to be widely used in various areas such as intelligent traffic systems.

  • In this paper, we experimentally verify the expected differential probability under the markov cipher assumption and the distribution of the differential probability. Firstly, we validate the expected differential probability of 6round-PRESENT of the lightweight block cipher under the markov cipher assumption by analyzing the empirical differential probability. Secondly, we demonstrate that even though the expected differential probability under the markov cipher assumption seems valid, the empirical distribution does not follow the well-known distribution of the differential probability. The results was deduced from the 4round-GIFT. Finally, in order to analyze whether the key-schedule affects the mis-matching phenomenon, we collect the results while changing the XOR positions of round keys on GIFT. The results show that the key-schedule is not the only factor to affect the mis-matching phenomenon. Leveraging on GPGPU technology, the data collection process can be performed about 157 times faster than using CPU only.

  • We study on the security for the block ciphers with 20block structure which have provable security against DC and LC on the view point of higher order DC, 2-block structures are classified three types according to the location of round function such as C(Center)-type R(Right)-type and L(Left)-type We prove that in the case of 4 rounds encryption function these three types provide the equal strength against higher order DC and that in the case of 5 or more rounds R-type is weaker than C-type and L-type.

  • In this paper, we present the structure and interaction flow between IKE server and the other modules for our IPsec System's efficiency. Our IPsec systems have several components for IP-based end-to-end security services. They are IKE, SADB and SPDB and so on, not to speak of IPsec Protocol Engine. Therefore the efficient interaction structure between them has an much influence on total system efficiency. Especially, in case of IPsec engine integrated with kernel, it is very important how IPsec engine can refer to SPDB and SADB entries efficiently according to the location of the implementation of SPDB and SADB. To solve the above problem, we use the SPI generated by IKE. Finally, we propose the interaction structure between IKE server and the other modules according to the optimization for referring to SPDB and SADB entries.

  • Recently many mutual authentication protocol for light-weight hash-based for RFID have been proposed. Most of them have assumed that communications between a backend server and reader are secure, and not considered threats for backend server and RFID reader impersonation. In the real world, however, attacks against database or reader are more effective rather than attacks against RFID tag, at least from attacker's perspective. In this paper, we assume that all communications are not secure to attackers except the physical attack, and considering realistic threats for designing a mutual authentication protocol based on hash function. And It supports a mutual authentication and can protect against the replay attack, impersonation attack, location tracking attack, and denial of service attack in the related work. We besides provide a secure and efficient RFID mutual authentication protocol which resists impersonation attacks on all of the entities and alow a backend server to search tag-related information efficiently. We conclude with analyzing the safety and efficiency among latest works.

  • Recent works demonstrate that the semi-supervised anomaly detection method functions quite well in the environment with normal data and some anomalous data. However, abnormal data shortages can occur in an environment where it is difficult to reserve anomalous data, such as an unknown attack in the cyber security fields. In this paper, we propose ADA-PH(Abnormal Data Augmentation Method using Perturbation based on Hypersphere), a novel anomalous data augmentation method that is applicable in an environment where abnormal data is insufficient to secure the performance of the semi-supervised anomaly detection method. ADA-PH generates abnormal data by perturbing samples located relatively far from the center of the hypersphere. With the network intrusion detection datasets where abnormal data is rare, ADA-PH shows 23.63% higher AUC performance than anomaly detection without data augmentation and even performs better than the other augmentation methods. Also, we further conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on whether generated abnormal data is anomalous.

  • This paper proposes optimization techniques for SeaSign, an isogeny-based digital signature algorithm. SeaSign combines class group actions of CSIDH with the Fiat-Shamir with abort. While CSIDH-based algorithms have regained attention due to polynomial time attacks for SIDH-based algorithms, SeaSiogn has not undergone significat optimization because of its inefficiency. In this paper, an efficient signing method for SeaSign is proposed. The proposed signing method is simple yet powerful, achived by repositioning the rejection sampling within the algorithm. Additionally, this paper presnts parameters that can provide optimal performance for the proposed algorithm. As a result, by using the original parameters of SeaSign, the proposed method is three times faster than the original SeaSign. Additonally, combining the newly suggested parameters with the signing method proposed in this paper yields a performance that is 290 times faster than the original SeaSign and 7.47 times faster than the method proposed by Decru et al.

  • Recently, Ubiquitous innovation is being promoted so that they can support the uHealthcare provide management to human's health. It is thus necessary to conduct such research on the medical care environment where there is a high demand for utilization of status information. In the current situation, there is a lack of research on measures of security processing and monitoring patient status information produced from rapid growth of infra within Medical environment. This study suggests a solution of using RFID to gather patient information such as inpatient information, location of treatment room, progress of patient, humidity, temperature, and diagnostic status, after which the information are protect and processed using security level method.
