The purpose of this study was to investigate the mother' role appeared in Korean biographies. The method used for this study was the content analysis of the context related with mothering in Korean biographies. The categories for content analysis were pregnancy-delivery, nurturing, teaching, disciplining, interfacing between home and social institutions and counselling. It was found that the most frequent mother' role appeared in Korean biographies was nurturing role such as to care development, health and hygiene of children. And the second frequent mother's role in Korean biographies was disciplining role such as to internalization of social roles. The third role was teaching. These results have been discussed in the light of former studies, and the limits of study method also have been discussed.

지식 정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 독서 교육은 인터넷과 멀티미디어를 활용한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 그에 대한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 웹을 활용한 독서지도 프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있지만 장르 별로 세분화되어 있지 못하다. 동화나 위인전 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러 가지 활동들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나 동시분야는 웹 상에서 감상 활동에 알맞은 활동들이 제시되지 못하고 있고, 동시 감상 학습은 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 상상, 연상 등으로 동시를 감상할 수 있도록 웹 기반 동시 감상 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 전 학년 동시를 데이터베이스화하였다. 둘째, 동시 감상과 학습활동을 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동으로 제시하고, 활동이 끝나면 동시 낭독을 녹음할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동 등 동시감상 결과가 수행평가 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 아동들이 동시 짓기 활동에서 쉽게 시상이 떠오르게 다양한 자료를 제시하였다.

Purpose The purpose of this study was not only to explore the factors associated with the survival of OHCA(Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest), but to provide ideas for improving the operation of emergency medical system in Korea. Method 90,734 OHCAs(Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest) with a cardiac etiology, who had been transported by 119 EMS ambulances for seven years from 2006 to 2012 in Korea, were analyzed. The data had a multilevel structure in that patient's survival in the same region is interrelated, so two-level (patient-region) logistic regression analysis was applied to adjust this correlation. Results The adjusted OR in group who were given CPR(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) by a bystander were 1.40 for survival to discharge. In addition, the adjusted OR in the group with an implementation of AED (automated external defibrillator) before arriving in hospital was 2.98 for survival to discharge. we categorized some continuous variables (number of emergency physician, OHCAs volume fo hospital, area deprivation level) into five quintiles. The adjusted OR in the number of emergency physician compared with Q1(lowest) was 1.29(Q2), 2.89(Q3), 3.39(Q4), 4.07(Q5), respectively. the adjusted OR in OHCAs volume of each hospital compared with Q1(lowest) was 2.06(Q2), 3.06(Q3), 3.46(Q4), 4.36(Q5), respectively. Lastly, the adjusted OR in deprivation level compared with Q1(least deprived area) was 0.72(Q4), 0.64(Q5) so that the adjusted OR of survival to discharge tended to decrease in more deprived districts. Conclusion The survival to discharge was better significantly in group given CPR by a bystander and with the implementation of AED before arriving in hospital. The survival to discharge tended to be significantly better in hospitals with a larger number of emergency physicians and higher volume of OHCAs in less deprived districts.

독서 교육은 종래의 종이책 위주의 독서에서 종이책과 인터넷의 멀티미디어를 병행한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 재량활동 시간에 독서관련 활동을 선택하는 학급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 각 분야에서 이와 관련된 웹을 활용한 독서지도프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있다. 위인전이나 동화, 영어이야기 등의 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러가지 활동들이 제공되고 있지만 초등학생을 위한 동시를 즐길 수 있는 내용들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 종래의 동시지도는 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 사고하고 연상함으로써 동시를 학습(국어과 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동에 사용)할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로 하는 동시학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

우리나라의 암 발생률 1위인 위암 유병률이 0.4%인 반면 갑상선암의 유병률은 1% 정도로 높게 나타나고 있다. 최근 건강검진사업이 활성화 되면서 초음파를 통한 갑상선결절 진단율이 28.7%까지 보고되는 것을 보면 10명 중에 2~3명은 갑상선에 이상이 있음을 알 수 있다. 갑상선암은 20세 이하, 60세 이상에서는 드문 암으로 되어 있으며, 최근 전 국민 건강검진실시와 더불어 중년의 여성에서 진단되는 경우가 매우 증가하는 추세다. 목에 뭔가 만져지면서 이유 없이 붓거나, 이물감으로 음식물을 삼키기 어려울 때, 목소리가 이상할 때는 갑상선 전문의와의 상담이 중요하다.

다산 정약용은 공직자가 지켜야할 "목민심서"를 쓴 유명한 실학의 대학자이다. 그는 우리나라에 우두를 처음 도입한 인물의 하나로 근대과학과 관련된 글을 남겼다. 그리고 그보다 4살 위인 형 정약전도 이름난 과학자였다. 형인 정약전은 한국과학바사의 고전으로 볼 수 있는 "자산어보"를 쓴 사람으로 흑산도의 물고기에 대한 조사보고서를 담은 책이다. 이들 형제는 전남 강진과 흑산도로 유배되어 유배지에서 학문탐구에 불태운 형제 과학자이다.

Children team about their roles through literature, receive the information about the roles of family members and come to accept them. Especially, father's roles in biographies are so diverse, not consistent, compared to mother's roles, that it world be judged to be difficult for the children who had read to form the concept of the father's roles. As the father's roles in the fairy tales have important effect upon the formation of the children's role concept toward their fathers, the purpose of this study is to investigate the father' role appeared in Korean biographies. The method used for this study is the content analysis of the context related with fathering in Korean biographies. It is found that the most frequent father' role appeared in Korean biographies was a friend and companion such as to talk with child about the child's future. And the second frequent father's role in Korean biographies was a family ancestor, such as, to pray for a son's birth, to name the child, to arrange the child's marriage. The third role was that of a loaming helper. These results have been discussed in the light of former studies, and the limits of study method also have been discussed.
