The purpose of this study is to analyze the records of 8 people with mental disabilities who had participated in Research and Mutual Help of Bethel's House and to investigate the occurrence of mental crisis and process of self-help by using the grounded theory method. As a result of axial coding, the central phenomenon of crisis experience of the people with mental disabilities was derived as 'being overwhelmed by hardships in the life related to their symptoms'. In the self-help process of overcoming the crisis, Action-interaction strategies were derived as 'talking about the hardships', 'researching and practicing with peers', 'participating in various groups', etc. through the intervening conditions such as 'understanding patterns and meanings of hardships led by the person' and 'finding ways to overcome the hardships with the person'. These strategies were analyzed as a process in which the person with mental disabilities leads his/her life reassuming control over his/her crisis. The result of this study shows that it is necessary to expand the political crisis concept in the support system for the mental crisis of people with mental disabilities, and the self-help approach in which the persons participate autonomously can be useful.

In the harsh period for young adults to prepare their successful life, this study aimed to understand the specific experiences of independence transition among homeless young adults. Also this article explored how their family perform as a supportive system for their independence. Using in depth interview materials of 19~39 aged 8 young homeless males, the research analyzed their family's weak support; no family members, no economic support and breaking relationship. As to occasion of independence, the participants sometimes experienced loss of house, evacuation by their family or runaway from their home. It was abrupt and unexpected leaving home. Also their process of independence was beyond their capacity that they suffered from instability job and destitute rather than continuous mental trauma and isolation. In the end they faced serious risky situations that they cannot manage without any help. The findings of this study suggest that quality of family relationship would be more important than economic capital from family and transition to adulthood of vulnerable young adults who don't have family support need much alternative supportive system and social capital.

This purpose of this study was to explore the implication of the social work practice through the experiences of the users who participated in the crisis support program. To do this, In-depth interviews were carried out with 12 research participants. The data was analyzed by general qualitative research methods. As a result of analysis, prior to participating in the Triangle Project, users lost their will to live in a vicious cycle of life crisis. Through the participation of the service, they were able to receive the integrated support of 'pregnancy - childbirth - rearing'. These experiences ultimately led to the regeneration of the will to live. Based on the results of this study, we suggest practical and policy implications that can complement the limitation of Korean unwed mothers' support system.

귀어·귀촌 인구 증가 추세에도 불구하고 어촌의 인구는 감소하고 있으며, 어촌에 유입된 인구의 지역융화과정에서 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 어촌의 어업활성화 뿐만 아니라 다양한 활성화 방법을 제시하고 유입 인구의 원활한 정착환경을 마련하기 위한 마을차원의 지원체계와 지역융화를 위한 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 재난발생 시 현장 상황 판단 및 대응 능력이 현저히 떨어지는 안전취약계층 중 장애인과 노인이 재난정보를 받고 안전하게 대피·대응할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템의 시범적용에 대한 것이다. 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 시스템은 재난에 취약한 장애인과 노인이 재난상황에서 각각의 취약 특성을 고려하여 재난 위기상황에 대응하도록 설계 하였으며, 실내 위치측정에 관한 공간정보 표준 및 데이터 구축과 개발한 시스템을 설치하고 구현할 수 있는 실내 공간을 선정하여 시범적으로 적용하였다. 재난정보 및 대피지원 시스템의 시범적용을 위해 선정된 시설의 실내 공간정보 구축 및 현행화를 통해 실내 대피경로를 구축하고, 실제 시범적용을 통해 보완하는 과정을 수행하였다. 장애인·노인 대상 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 서비스 구축을 위해 실내에서 재난발생 시 재난정보 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하고 스마트폰과 연계할 수 있는 연계 모듈을 개발하였다. 또한 재난정보를 스마트폰에 알릴 수 있는 알람 푸시 모듈, 재난정보 및 대피 안내 모듈과 시각 장애인의 실내 공간 인지를 위한 음성안내 모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 IoT 기반의 통합관제 기술을 활용하는 서비스 제공을 통해서 정보전달의 사각지대를 해소하고 장애인·노인의 효율적 재난 대응을 위해 맞춤형 재난정보 전달 및 대피지원 서비스를 구축하고 시범적용의 과정을 통해 문제점을 보완하여 최종적으로 재난으로부터 안전취약계층의 안전성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다.

2008년 글로벌 금융위기 이후 세계 주요 국가들은 이러한 상황의 생존전략으로 창업 및 기업가정신의 부활을 강조하고 있다. 우리나라도 경기침체 및 청년실업률 증가와 같은 장기불황을 극복하기 위해 '국민행복, 희망의 새 시대'라는 국정비전하에 '일자리 중심의 창조경제' 실현을 제1의 국정목표로 설정하였다. 2016년 4년차에 접어드는 창조경제는 수많은 예산과 인력을 투입하여 창업지원사업을 하고 있지만, 그 효과성에 대해서는 의문이 든다. 이에 본 연구는 실제 창업을 하거나 준비 중인 창업가, (예비)창업가, 학생을 중심으로 현 창업생태계의 문제점을 분석하였고, 이 분석결과를 토대로 정부, 지방자치단체 및 민간의 창업지원사업에 바람직한 지원방향을 제시하여 건강한 창업생태계 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과, 정부의 창업지원 정책의 문제점은 보겨 주기식 창업지원사업 및 행사라고 응답한 비율이 41.5%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 국내 창업생태계 조성을 위해 제 역할을 충분히 하지 않은 당사자는 34.1%가 중앙정부, 28.3% 국내 대기업이라고 응답하였다. 창업경험 유무에 따른 창업과정의 애로사항은 자금조달이 46.1%로 가장 높았고, 창업 초기자금 조달방법은 응답자의 절반인 50.4%가 개인자금으로 창업 초기자금을 조달한다고 응답하였다. 창업이 주저되는 주요 이유로는 창업자금 마련 및 기회비용이 40.4%로 가장 높은 응답률을 보였고, 창업 시 가장 필요하고 중요하다고 생각되는 지원정책으로는 자금 및 투자 지원이 26.6%, 사무실공간지원 13.5%, 마케팅 및 판로 지원이 13.5%의 응답률을 보였다.

외환위기 이후 기업의 신규채용의 감소와 함께 청년실업 특히 대졸 청년실업이 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있다. 많은 수의 대학생들이 취업난 속에서 본연의 전공 교육과정보다는 취업준비에만 열을 올리거나, 해외 연수나 공무원 시험 등의 준비를 이유로 대학졸업까지 미루는 실정이다. 또한 취업이 잘 되는 학과로의 편중지원, 이공계 기피현상 등 다양한 문제점을 양산하고 있다. 올해 기업의 신규채용이 다시 줄어드는 추세로 돌아서 취업 상황은 더욱 악화될 것으로 전망되는 가운데, 이제 국가차원의 청년실업 대책이 강구되어야 한다고 생각된다. 여기서는 청년실업의 원인을 분석해 보고, 이에 대한 대책방안을 모색해 보기로 한다.

The uncertainty of international financial market was increased suddenly, since 2008 September 15th Lehman Brothers bankruptcy. In spite of the money market stabilization management of various nations, the stock market of the world was visible the features which slump and sudden rise are insecure. The reliability about dollarization was depreciated suddenly in depression of American money market, and the dollarization was converted with important currency comparison bearish trend. Relates with this, this thesis analyzed press information about the policies which the authorities confronts since global banking crisis after Lehman situation. And it provided various current points. Despite these meanings, this research has several critical points. So this thesis refers the critical points and presets research direction In future.

As information services have been widely used in various environments, the knowledge information security sector plays a significant role in development and management of products and services, information privacy management, risk management and safety, etc. Thus, the process of acquiring knowledge information security professionals is getting more attention for promoting the stable and long-term development of the knowledge information security sector. This study identifies and analyzes the promising fields for the KISA Employment-Contract Master Program and suggests promotion strategies for knowledge information security professionals. By surveying participants and would-be participants, and interviewing experts, it is analyzed that 'mobile security' and 'convergence security' are the two most important fields to be included in the program.
