Flora of the vascular plants of Oeumsan Mountain (Hongcheon-gun and Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do) (오음산(강원, 홍천 및 횡성)의 관속식물상)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the flora of Oeumsan Mountain (Hongcheon-gun and Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do) from March of 2016 to September of 2017. The vascular plants were summarized into 509 taxa, including 98 families, 301 genera, 436 species, 4 subspecies, 57 varieties and 12 forms. Among the 509 investigated taxa, 9 Korean endemic, 1 endangered plant, 8 rare plants and 57 floristic regional indicator plants were also included. The naturalized plants encompassed 35 taxa. The percentage of naturalized plants species and the urbanization index were estimated to be 6.9% and 10.9%, respectively.

A Study on Office Rental Cycle and Time-Varying Regression Parameters of Rental Determinants in Hedonic Price Model (오피스 임대료 하락기 및 상승기의 임대료 결정모형 회귀모수의 변화 - 서울시 강남과 도심권역을 중심으로 -)

  • This paper empirically investigates time-varying regression parameter of hedonic price model for Seoul office rental market in distinct periods of a market cycle. Office rental index is constructed and the index indicates that the global financial crisis differentiates the analysis period into decline stage and recovery stage. Pre-crisis period is classified into decline stage and post-crisis is classified into recovery stage. Structural break-point test suggests structural change of hedonic model of rent determinants occurred in 2008. Evidence indicates that individual regression parameters of hedonic price model for decline stage are significantly different from those for recovery stage. Changes in the regression parameters of land price, distance to metro, building size, building age, and conversion rate are consistent. In recovery stage, the effect of locational advantage on office rent decreases whereas the effect of building characteristics on the rent increases.

Flora and Vegetation of Chuncheon Area (Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do) (춘천지역(강원.춘천)의 식물상과 식생)

  • The flora and vegetation of Chuncheon area were investigated from March, 2006 to September, 2008. Vascular plants of investigated regions were composed of 118 families, 496 genera, 894 species, 2 subspecies, 132 varieties, and 38 forms, totally 1,066 taxa, and the Pteridophyta index (Pte-Q) was 1.17. Forty two taxa including endemic genus Hanabusaya and Echinosophora among the 1,066 taxa were Korean endemic. Thirty three rare and endangered plants and 119 specially designated plants by Ministry of Environment were also investigated. The naturalized plants were 71 taxa, and percent of naturalized plant species were 6.66%. The vegetation of Chuncheon area were classified into five communities such as Quercus mongolica community, Pinus densiflora-Quercus mongolica community, Quercus mongolica-Acer mono community, Quercus mongolica-Quercus variabilis community and Quercus mongolica-Betula davurica community.

  • The native vascular plants, growing at the nature sabbatical application area, were classified & recorded as a total of 407 taxa, 83 families, 235 genera, 338 species, 3 subspecies, 54 varieties and 12 forms. The endangered wild plants were recorded as 2 taxa (Paeonia obovata and Lilium cernuum) and the Korean endemic plants were observed to exist in the formation of 21 taxa, 13 families, 19 genera, 15 species, 4 varieties and 2 forms including Cephalotaxus koreana, Pseudostellaria coreana, Aconitum pseudo-laeve, Clematis trichotoma, Geranium koreanum for. hirsutum, Thalictrum uchiyamai. The floristic special plants consist of 55 taxa, 35 families, 50 genera, 51 species, 4 varieties(Crypsinus hastatus, Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Paeonia obovata, Lilium cernuum and Gastrodia elata etc.). The naturalized plants comprise 10 taxa, 4 families, 10 genera, 9 species and 1 variety. The ratio of Urbanization and Naturalized Index was 3.51% and 2.46%, respectively. Life form spectra were displayed as H-R5-D4-e type.

A Study on the Seoul Apartment Jeonse Price after the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 in the Frame of Vecter Auto Regressive Model(VAR) (VAR분석을 활용한 금융위기 이후 서울 아파트 전세가격 변화)

  • This study analyses the effects of household finances on rental price of apartment in Seoul which play a major role in real estate policy. We estimate VAR models using time series data. Economy variables such as sales price of apartment in Seoul, consumer price index, hiring rate, real GNI and loan amount of housing mortgage, which relate to household finances and influence the rental price of apartment, are used for estimation. The main findings are as follows. In the short term, the rental price of apartment is impacted by economy variables. Specifically, Relative contributions of variation in rental price of apartment through structural shock of economy variables are most influenced by their own. However, in the long term, household variables are more influential to the rental price of apartment. These results are expected to contribute to establish housing price stabilization policies through understanding the relationship between economy variables and rental price of apartment.

  • It is known that the Real Estate Sales Market and Auction Market are closely interrelated with each other in a variety of respects and the media often mention the real estate auction market as a leading indicator of the real estate market. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships between the housing market and auction market before and after macroeconomic fluctuations using VECM. The period from January 2002 to December 2008, which was before the financial crisis, was set as Model 1 and the period from January 2009 to November 2015, which was after the financial crisis, was set as Model 2. The results are as follows. First, the housing auction market is less sensitive to changes in the housing market than it is to fluctuations in the auction market. This means that changes in the auction market precede fluctuations in the housing market, which shows that the auction market as a trading market is activated. In this respect, public institutions need to realize the importance of the housing auction market and check trends in the housing contract price in the auction market. Also, investors need to ensure that they have expertise in the auction market.

Fish distribution and community characteristics of agricultural waterways in the southern region of Korean watersheds (국내 남부권역 주요 수계 농수로의 어류 군집 특성)

  • The objective of our study was to analyze the distribution and composition of fish species and their community characteristics in agricultural waterways in the six water systems-Mankyung River, Seomjin River, Namhae Region, Tamjin River, Yeongsan River, and Dongjin River-during 2017-2018. Little is known about the distributions and community characteristics of the aquatic biota of agricultural waterways in Korea, even if the water bodies have important roles as spawning areas or habitats for fish. In this study, we identified 3,633 fish individuals in the waterways, belonging to 53 species, eleven families, and six orders (dominant species: Tanakia koreensis, T. lanceolate) and 7,108 fish individuals in the main rivers, belonging to 57 species, fifteen families, and nine orders. Moreover, three endangered wildlife (designated by the Ministry of Environment, Korea)-T. somjinensis, Acheilognathus majusculus and Coreoperca kawamebari-were found in the waterways. By fish guild analysis, we found that many waterways had a lower proportion of sensitive species and a higher proportion of omnivore species than those of the main rivers, which indicates a feature of a disturbed environment. In addition, by grouping with environmental variables, we found the group of waterways with high substrate complexity had a higher diversity index (Shannon index) and a lower dominance index (Simpson index) than that of simple substrate complexity. Overall, our study represents the characteristics of fish habitats in agricultural waterways and suggests the need to manage them and study further.

Forecasting Power of Range Volatility According to Different Estimating Period (한국주식시장에서 범위변동성의 기간별 예측력에 관한 연구)

  • This empirical study is focused on practical application of Range-Based Volatility which is estimated by opening, high, low, closing price of overall asset. Especially proper forecasting period is what I want to know. There is four useful Range-Based Volatility(RV) such as Parkinson(1980; PK), Garman and Klass(1980; GK) Rogers and Satchell(1991; RS), Yang and Zhang(2008; YZ). So, four RV of KOPSI 200 index during 2000.5.22-2009.9.18 was used for empirical test. The emprirical result as follows. First, the best RV which shows the best forecasting performance is PK volatility among PK, GK, RS, YZ volatility. According to estimating period forcasting performance of RV shows delicate difference. PK has better performance in the period with financial crisis of sub-prime mortgage loan. if not, RS is better. Second, almost result shows better performance on forecasting volatility without sub-prime mortgage loan period. so we can say that forecasting performance is lower when historical volatiltiy is comparatively high. Finally, I find that longer estimating period in AR(1) and MA(1) model can reduce forecasting error. More interesting point is that the result shows rapid decrease form 60 days to 90 days and there is no more after 90 days. So, if we forecast the volatility using Range-Based volaility it is better to estimate with 90 trading period or over 90 days.

제도 운영과 수학교육과 교육과정

  • 국가의 국가경쟁력은 학창시절 학생의 학력만큼 중요하다. 성인의 경우, 학력을 위한 노하우는 체험을 통해 터득할 수 있었다. 그러나 국가경쟁력에 관해서는 우물 안 내부관점을 벗어나기 힘들어 추진 방향과 제도 운영에 자칫 시행착오를 범하기 쉽다. 이는 사안에 대해 본질적인 접근보다 껍데기만을 쫓기 때문이었다. 이 현상을 분석하려면 관점과 보이지 않는 영역의 것들을 다룰 수 있는 수학적 사고법이 필요하며, 이 능력은 현 지식정보화 사회에서 매우 긴요하다. 그러나 현실은 여러 가지 이유로 수학적 사고법을 비롯한 기초학문을 위기로 몰아가고 있고, 안타깝지만 그 중심에 수학교육이 자리잡고 있다. 수학교육의 위기를 유발하는 요인으로 제도 운영에 관한 건이 있다. 제도 운영에서 한 변수의 변화, 예로 대입의 계열교차지원 허용 건, 교원임용고시에서 교과교육학 영역의 출제 건과 복수전공, 부전공 자격소지자에 대한 가산점 부여 건은 수학교육과 교육과정에 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미친다. 이 관계를 사범대학 수학교육과 현장의 사례를 통하여 조명하고, 그 문제점을 지적하고자 한다. 현 사범교육은 졸업이수학점 140학점 체제하에서 제 7차 교육과정에 따른 복수전공, 부전공 우대 정책을 펴고 있다. 수학교육과의 경우, 부전공 열풍이 불어 전공선택 과목이 3학년 1학기부터 폐강될 위기에 처해 있다. 교양교육의 고사 또는 전광교육이 예전보다 반으로 줄어들게 된 사범대학 실상에 비애감을 느끼게 된다. 이는 전문화된 교사 양성, 나아가 미래 국가경쟁력 향상에 심각한 저해 요소로 작용할 것이다. 복잡다단한 세상에서 최적화를 향한 개선 노력이 멈춰서는 안 된다. 현행 교원임용고시 운영상의 문제점을 공론화하고, 수학교육인의 중지를 모아야 할 긴박한 시점이다. 이를 계기로 교원임용고시의 운영개선과 수학교육과 교육과정을 한층 더 견실하게 하는 데에 이바지하고자 한다. 것이라면 후속연구로 이러한 가능성을 실험연구로 검증하고자 한다.toceros resting spores/Chaetoceroe vegetative cells도 80 cm 보다 상층에서는 높게 나타나 규조온도지수 분포와도 일치하는 경향을 보인다. 이상의 규조군집 분석 결과에 의하면, 홀로세의 후빙기동안 본 연구 지역인 동해 북동부에는 대마 난류의 유입이후 현재와 유사한 환경이 우세하게 발달했으나, 난류종 P. doliolus의 변화는 동해내에서 대마난류의 세기가 반복되었음을 지시하고 있다./3 수준으로 높다. 결론적으로 풍부한 화학물질들을 함유한 제주해류는 남해 및 동해의 생지화학적 과정들에 있어 상당히 중요함을 시사한다.다. 수조 상층수 중 Cu, Cd, As 농도는 모든 FW, SW수조에서 시간이 지남에 따라 일관성 있게 감소하였고, 제거속도는 Cu가 다른 원소에 비해 빨랐다. 제거속도는 FW 3개 수조 중 FW5&6에서 세 원소 모두 가장 느렸고, SW 3개 수조 중에서는 SW1&2에서 가장 빨랐다. SW와 FW간 제거속도 차이는 세 원소 모두 명확치 않았다 Cr은 FW에서 전반적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였지만 SW에서는 실험 초기에 감소하다 24시간 이후에는 증가 후 일정한 양상을 보였다. Pb은 FW에서 전반적으로 감소했지만 SW에서는 초기에 급격히 증가 후 다시 급격히 감소하는 양상을 보였다 Pb 또한 Cu, Cd, As와 마찬가지로 SW1&2에서 제거속도가 가장 빠르게 나타났다. FW 상층수 중 Hg는 시간에 따라 급격히 감소했고, 제거속도는 Fw5&6에서 가장 느렸다. 이러한 결과에 근거할 때 벼가 자라고 있고 이분해성 유기물이 풍부한 FW1&2, FW3&4 토양과 상층수에서는 유기물의 분해 활동이 활발하였지만, 벼가 경작되지 않는 FW5&6과 SW 에서는 유기물이 상대적으로 결핍되어 유기물의 분해활동이 적었을 것으로 판단된다

China's Economic Slow-down and the Middle-Income Trap Controversy (중국의 저성장과 '중진국함정론'에 근거한 위기요인 분석)

  • This paper first extracts the main basis for the Middle-Income Trap(MIT) to apply these grounds to reality of the Chinese economy. And then confirmed crisis factors of China economy. Also discussed then the economic reforms of China in order to not fall into the MIT. After reviewing previous research extracted six factors the results will correspond to comply with the Chinese economy. Those are 'Over-investment', 'excess capacity' 'reduction of TFP continued,' 'disappearance and the aging of the population bonus', 'excessive debt and structural adjustment and financial instability of the company', 'income unequal expansion', 'low financial and information infrastructure accessibility', and 'low transparency index'. China's policy direction to avoid the MIT generally set properly, but proof that implementation process not easy, was appearing everywhere. After all, China economy should be modified now to a reforms of 'government failure' and promotion of function for ongoing restructuring system in the market. Because of the SDR incorporation from 2015, it is inevitable to face major constraints in the external aspects.
