Recently, a size of the domestic construction industry Has been reduced rapidly, and its economic slump Has been continued with the government real estate stabilization and tax policies. Moreover, as the reconstruction of apartments that has been added high value to the construction companies has been on the stake of high risk with delays of reconstruction start and finance restriction policies, an uncertainty of the construction markets and the competitions between the construction companies has been increased. At this point, the establishment of a collaboration relationship between construction companies has been recognized as one of the methodologies to respond actively on these uncertainties and fierce competitions. A collaboration relationship between construction companies is based on the balanced cooperation relationship for surviving together, and should be maintained on the complement and specialized collaboration between big, middle and small contractors. This paper propose a model of practical collaboration relationship to cooperate together between prime and subcontractors in Korean construction companies based on the analysis of questionnaires to the collaboration status between general and subcontractors in the Gangwon area.

기후변화 위기는 유사 이래 인류가 직면한 가장 큰 도전으로 범정부적 글로벌 문제로서 이를 해결하기 위한 다양한 정책들이 범국가 차원 혹은 세계적 기업들에 의해 발표 혹은 시행되고 있다. 이러한 기후변화위기와 탄소배출 저감을 위한 대표적인 대응 방안 중 하나가 바로 재생에너지의 확대·보급 노력이다. 그러나 재생에너지는 날씨와 계절 등 자연환경의 영향을 받는 에너지원으로써 간헐성, 변동성을 가지므로, 시간대별 발전량 예측과 전력공급 안정성에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 재생에너지 발전은 석탄화력 발전과 달리 전력의 수요와 공급의 균형을 위한 에너지저장장치(Energy Storage System, 이하 ESS)가 있어야 한다. ESS는 전력공급 안정성 향상과 전력 수급의 유연성을 제공하는 장점이 있지만, 초기 설치비용이 높은 단점이 있다. 특히, 배터리 기반 ESS의 경우 높은 구축 비용과 한정적인 충. 방전수명으로 인하여 대용량 ESS로써의 역할 수행에는 분명한 한계가 있다. 하지만 재생에너지와 연계한 ESS로 양수발전댐을 활용할 경우 장주기, 장수명, 대용량 에너지 저장에 매우 합리적인 수단으로 판단되었다. 다만, 양수발전 댐 구축에는 토목공사로 인한 환경 훼손이라는 문제점도 존재한다. 본 고에서는 지역 분산형 소규모 양수발전(Pumped Storage Hydropower, 이하 PSH)댐 구축 및 운영기술 개발을 통해 지역 전력공급과 전력 수급을 조절하면서 변동성 재생에너지를 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 방안을 소개하고자 한다. 특히, 해당 기술은 지역별 특성에 맞춰 유연하게 설치할 수 있으며, 대규모 토목공사로 의한 환경적 부작용을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한 소규모 PSH는 지역의 저수지 및 수자원을 이용하여 에너지를 저장함으로써 변동성 큰 재생에너지의 유연화 대응과 동시에 안정적인 에너지 공급이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 재생에너지의 확대·보급에 따른 문제점과 대표적 ESS 기술들을 분석·소개한다. 지역분산형 소규모 PSH 기술개발 연구기획 내용 소개를 통하여 전력 생산 및 공급의 탈중앙화를 달성하고, 지역별 변동성 재생에너지의 안정적 활용과 지역 전력공급 특성 및 전력 수급에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

전력IT 성과물인 지능형송전, 능동형텔레메트리스, 디지털 변전, 배전지능화 시스템의 데이터를 CIM 기반의 국제 표준 프로토콜을 사용하여 취득할 SPG 주장치인 PGOMS를 구축하였다. 또한 전력계통의 안정도를 평가하는 위기관리시스템, 계통전압이 정격 범위내에서 유지되도록 발전기 출력 등을 자동제어하는 VMS(Voltage Management System)시스템. 송전선로용 볼센서, 변전소 주변압기 열화감시용 센서, GIS(Gas Insulation Switchgear) 감시용 센서 등을 사용하여 전력기기의 열화감시를 온라인 감시하는 능동형텔레메트릭스 시스템. 변전소내의 보호계전기와 제어부, 통신부가 통합된 (IED: Intelligent Electronic Device)기반의 디지털 변전시스템. 변전소 SCADA와 배전자동화를 하나의 시스템에서 처리하고, 분산전원을 통합 운영할 수 있는 배전지능화 시스템을 구축하였다.

최근의 소프트웨어 위기를 해결할 수 있는 최적의 대안으로서 컴포넌트 기술을 개발, 산업계에 확산하기 위하여 다양한 영역의 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발 보급하여야 한다. 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발하기 위하여는 컴포넌트의 조립 모델을 정의한 개념적 아키텍쳐를 우선적으로 설정하여야하며 이 모델에 기반한 체계화된 명세 방법을 정의하여 각 컴포넌트가 일관적 체계에 따라 명세화되어 개발할 수 있는 체계를 구축하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 정통부 사업의 일환으로 수행된 공용 컴포넌트 뱅크 구축을 위한 영역 아키텍쳐 모델을 제시하고, 컴포넌트 뱅크에 구축할 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 명세 방법의 개념 모델과 명세 단계를 제시하고 이를 비즈니스 응용 영역에 적용하여 개발한 명세화 접근 방법 및 개발 결과에 대하여 논한다.

본 논문에서는 지속적으로 발생하는 송변전고장을 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 근원적 고장예방대책으로 실질적인 위기대응훈련과 변전설비운영분야 근무 직원의 역량강화를 위한 실설비와 연계된 변전종합실습장을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 중앙교육원내 정진관을 개보수하여 실변전설비를 활용한 설비점검, 모의고장훈련, 계통시뮬레이터 실습 및 주요 변전설비전시가 동시에 이루어지도록 변전종합실습장을 구축하여, 변전분야 전 교육과정에 실습장을 활용한 실습교육을 도입하고 이를 토대로 변전설비운영분야 근무자의 실무능력배양을 위한 변전 분야 종합 교육센터로 전환 할 수 있을 것이다.

This research is to examine the impacts of the on-going global financial crisis on the housing systems of welfare states. Four developed economies in the Western Europe were selected for the analysis, and the qualitative research employed in-depth interviews with scholars in the fields of housing market and social policy in order to meet the research goal. The major findings indicate that the global economic crisis embedded into the liberalization of housing finance and the inadequacy of regulatory measures caused the vicissitude of housing markets, and its scale and magnitude could be determined by the resilience of each state's housing system. While the globalization of housing finance markets rendered easy borrowing for homeownership, intensive competition for excessive lending among financial institutions backed by heavy reliance on inter-bank and overall bank triggered market volatility, and further worsened household and public debts. It's clearly evident that a housing system with varied safety nets becomes a greater cushion to bear the risks of the financial crisis and to weather the economic storm.

The objective of this study is to derive the core habitat of the Kirengeshoma koreana Nakai utilizing Habitat Suitability Index (HSI) and Maximum Entropy (MaxEnt) models. Expert-based models have been criticized for their subjective criteria, while statistical models face difficulties in on-site validation and integration of expert opinions. To address these limitations, both models were employed, and their outcomes were overlaid to derive the core habitat. Five variables were identified through a comprehensive literature review and spatial analysis based on appearance coordinates. The environmental variables encompass vegetation zone, forest type, crown density, annual precipitation, and effective soil depth. Through surveys involving six experts, importance rankings and SI (Suitability Index) scores were established for each variable, subsequently facilitating the creation of an HSI map. Using the same variables, the MaxEnt model was also executed, resulting in a corresponding map, which was merged to construct the definitive core habitat map. Out of 16 observed locations of K. koreana, 15 were situated within the identified core habitat. Furthermore, an area historically known to host K. koreana but not verified in the present, Mt. Yeongchwi, was found to lack a core habitat. These findings suggest that the developed models exhibit a high degree of accuracy and effectively reflect the current ecological landscape.

This study aims to examine terrorism by biological agents. These days terrorism evolved so rapidly that more than one terror occurs a day in global society as we are on the edge of so-called New-terrorism. One of new examples of new terrorism is Bioterrorism by biological agents. In order to address Bioterrorism we should conduct a study to examine things to be prepared at ordinary times and future plans. As an effort to develop countermeasures against Bioterrorism, anti-terrorism laws should be made on Prevention phases anti-terrorism funding laws as well. Other Bioterrorism laws need to be made. On Response phases initial reaction task force should be ready for making positive initial reaction. A special hospital for CBR(Chemical, Biological, and Radiological) warfare needs to be designated to practice medicine. Biological-Safety-Levels should be constructed by IV levels. Effective public promotion network should be built. On Recovery phases evaluation system needs to be suggested and international cooperative network should be established.

Is university restructuring for 'reinforcing university education quality and competitiveness of higher education'? The fundamental problems of the on going university restructuring becomes crisis of university and moreover, Sports Related Departments faces huge crisis. This research analyzes university crisis and progress of Sports Related Departments. After conducting discussion about a directivity of Physical Education in university with a focus on role and direction of 'Physical Education' which is for realization of 'University''s ideal, Sports Related Departments proposed four practical tasks, which is for preventive improvement, not for prescriptive improvement. First, Effort to establish academical identity. Second, characterization strategy for each different region and university. Third, Reforming of Sports Related Departments related with prospect of the labour market. Last, Drawing up a plan for establishing Sports Related Departments' united system.

This purpose of this study was to explore the implication of the social work practice through the experiences of the users who participated in the crisis support program. To do this, In-depth interviews were carried out with 12 research participants. The data was analyzed by general qualitative research methods. As a result of analysis, prior to participating in the Triangle Project, users lost their will to live in a vicious cycle of life crisis. Through the participation of the service, they were able to receive the integrated support of 'pregnancy - childbirth - rearing'. These experiences ultimately led to the regeneration of the will to live. Based on the results of this study, we suggest practical and policy implications that can complement the limitation of Korean unwed mothers' support system.
