A PDA has limitation of storage space and inconvenience of Pen-based equipment to input. To solve these problems, this paper implemented that previous Speech Recognition provides using XML(extensile Markup Language) Web Service and PDA Client is possible to use speech command by request Speech Recognition Web Service. This system consists of Mobile Client and Speech Recognition Web Service Provider. The Mobile Client transmits user information and speech data to the Speech Recognition Web Service Provider using DIME(Direct Internet Message Encapsulation). The Speech Recognition Web Service Provider returns recognition results and user name only to an authorized Mobile Client. So We are able to use speech service without installing Speech Recognition or Speech DB in PDA.

There are currently tremendous amount of geotechnical information saved, which has been qcquired for essential application of site selection, plan, design, constructin, repari in the builing work. However, due to the lack of the location data attribute, there has been a trouble in its analysis and GIS implementation. In this study, the geotechnical information aquisition program(PGeo) for real-time database in the field and geotechnical information reporting program(GeoReport) by Web-GIS for additional data input and its reporting function has been developed.

The VMSS(Virtual Makeup Simulation System) is a virtual simulation system which can apply makeup, hair style, accessory to user's own face image through internee connection. The simulation result can be stored to server side DB and also can be printed out on client side printer. It is implemented using Java so, clients don't need any other client program to run the VMSS except Web browser and Java Plug-in installed on browser. IIS (Internet Information Server) Web server of Window 2000 and MS-SQL 7 are used to develop the overall system. Commercial JDBC Driver Type 4 is used to connect the applet and DB. It suggests a new direction of Web-based contents service development and can be applied to many other areas.

The WSDL is the specifications which defines the fact that must describe a web service how with the XML. It uses the WSDL and the client discovers a web service and the opening to the public function which the web service provides calling there is a possibility of doing. In this paper application shows the WSDL definition of a simple service providing Slip data process. The service supports a triple web method called WriteSlipXMLFromSql, WriteSlipXMLFromSqlProc, InsertSlipDataToDb which is deployed using the SOAP protocol over HTTP. In this paper, Our proposed web services are expected to contribute to constructing useful world wide web services which are essential in building E-Commerce society.

본 논문에서는 .NET 기반의 Remoting 시스템과 Socket 통신을 이용하여 이 기종 DB Server 간의 Data 동기화를 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 Client 의 웹 브라우저를 이용 Socket 통신으로 Data를 전송하여 데이터베이스에 저장하는 방식으로 구현하였고, Data 읽기는 Remoting 기술인 중계 어플리케이션 서버의 클래스를 원격으로 실행시켜 Data를 가져오는 방식으로 구현하였다. DB 동기화는 Data를 저장할 때 중계 어플리케이션 서버와 DB 서버의 Data 관리 어플리케이션 간 비동기 통신으로 DB 서버의 Data 처리 수준을 실시간으로 감시하여 중계 어플리케이션 서버에서 선택적으로 Data를 전송하고, 이후 Data 처리 수준이 정상화기 되면 다시 Data를 전송케 함으로써 이 기종 DB 서버간의 동기화를 구현하였다. 본 논문은 1 장에 서론, 2 장에 .NET Remoting 기술과 네트워크 프로그래밍, 3 장에 이 기종 DB 서버 간 동기화 시스템 설계 및 구현, 4 장에 결론을 기술하였다.

Material selection is one of the important activities in design and manufacturing. A selected material at the conceptual design stage affects material properties of the designed part as well as manufacturability and cost of the final product. Unfortunately there are not many accessible material databases that can be used for design. In this research, a web-based material database was constructed. In order to assist designers to compare different materials, two-dimensional and three-dimensional graphs were provided. Using these graphical tools, multi-dimensional comparison was available in more intuitive manner. To provide environmental safety of materials, the database included National Fire Protection Association publication Standard No.704. The web-based tool is available at http://fab.snu.ac.kr/matdb.

인터넷 기술의 괄목할만한 발전과 멀티미디어 기술의 급속한 성장에 따라 인터넷은 오락, 교육, 전자상거래 등 많은 분야에 이용되고 있다. 특히 웹 메일 분야는 메일의 전송과 수신을 자유롭게 함으로써 편리한 의사 소통을 통해 향후 산업 구조를 개편하는데 견인차 역할을 할 것이라는 예측이 있다. 본 논문은 웹 메일 시스템에 대한 연구로써, DBMS로 MySQL을 사용해서 데이터베이스를 구축했고, 웹과 DB를 연동시키기 위해 Linux 시스템 상에서 PHP를 이용해서 CGI 프로그램을 작성해서 인터넷 웹 메일 시스템을 설계 구현했다.

Conventional command-based communication services are rapidly substituted by multimedia web-based communication services at most recent times. As the result, many valuable database and services developed by investing lots of human and material resources become to be useless. Therefore in this paper we researched the implementation methods and techniques for making the updates efficiently from the conventional command-based database services to a multimedia web-based database system that made users easily access to database and services.

대량의 정보를 빠르게 처리하기 위해 DBMS의 성능관리는 필수적이고 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 많은 툴들이 있다. 이들 제품 중의 하나인 국산 Maxgauge는 오라클 데이터베이스의 성능 현황이 어떤지 조회하고, 설정된 임계 값을 초과하는지 강시하고, 성능 문제 발생시에 원인을 추적하는 기능을 제공한다. 하지만 이는 설치의 번거로움과 국한된 환경에서만 서비스를 받을 수 있다는 한계가 있기 때문에 우리는 웹을 통해서도 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 성능을 관리할 수 있게끔 클라이언트/서버 버전을 웹 버전으로 설계 침 구현하였다. 1)서론 2) MAXGAUGE 소개 3) Web버전 설계 및 구현 4) 결론 및 향후구현방향 5) 참고문헌

Currently, even if control and mock hacking are performed for the security of web servers, vulnerabilities continue to occur and be hacked. To solve this problem, we have developed a secure web server that can control all web communication using sockets between L4 and L5. And when giving HTTP responses, we proposed a method of combining files and headers in advance. As a result, both security and speed could be improved. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the reason why vulnerabilities occur even if control and mock hacking occur, a solution to it, and a security web server development method that can maintain security up to DB.
