The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine whether there are significant relations among rankings of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation. For this purpose, the study uses the KWAH-4 method developed by the Web Accessibility Laboratory in Korea, website evaluation method developed by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), and the cross-efficiency model for 13 Asian container seaports including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese main ports in 3 years (2009, 2010, and 2013) using data for two cases: three inputs (depth, total area, and number of crane) and one output (TEU) in the first case and three inputs and two outputs (TEU and BDC overall score) in the second case. The main empirical results are as follows. First, the ranking orders of cross-efficiency, web accessibility, and website evaluation overall scores are not significantly correlated with each other. Second, if the BDC overall score is included in the output element, the correlation results are improved. However, the correlation coefficient is still low. The container port policy planners should introduce and consider the web accessibility and website evaluation scores when evaluating an efficiency-increasing plan for Korea's main container ports.

본 논문은 한국전산원 차세대 인터넷 응용서비스 2차 과제로 선정된 "개인 이동성을 지닌 지능형 웹 컨퍼런스 개발"을 수행함에 따른 결과를 정리했다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 인터넷 환경에 적합한 고품질의 웹 컨퍼런스 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 자세히 기술한다. 본 시스템은 한마디로 요약하면 SIP 기반의 웹 컨퍼런스로, 인스턴스 메신저, 회의 클라이언트, SIP 서버, 회의 서버 그리고 위치 서버로 구성된다.

인터넷 사용자들의 증가로 인해 신뢰성 있는 차별화된 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는, 사용자와 서비스 제공자 간의 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 고려한 웹 서버 클러스터의 부하 분산 기능은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 이질 웹 서비스 환경에서 SLA 를 만족시켜주는 동적 부하분산 기법을 연구하였으며, 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 기존의 정적 기법 보다 웹 서버의 응답시간(Response Time)성능이 개선되는 것을 확인하였다.

Cloud computing helps users to save a significant amount of cost that is related to infrastructure investment, management, and maintenance. In this paper, we study the conversion planning from campus legacy web servers into an integrated cloud computing web server system. We also analyze the conversion profit when campus web servers are integrated into a cloud computer. We first investigate the cost of legacy system model of campus web servers operated by individual laboratories, departments, institutes and so on. Next, we set up a cloud computer model for the integrated web services meeting the same performance requirements. Then, we derive the conversion profit. From the result of the derivation, we see that the conversion can be effectively applied to and adopted by mid or large sized campuses and similar institutions that provide web services.

Data quality management is an important issue these days. Improve data quality by providing consistent metadata. This study presents algorithms that facilitate standard word dictionary management for consistent metadata management. Algorithms are presented to automate synonyms management of database metadata through web dictionary crawling. It also improves the accuracy of the data by resolving homonym distinction issues that may arise during the web dictionary crawling process. The algorithm proposed in this study increases the reliability of metadata data quality compared to the existing passive management. It can also reduce the time spent on registering and managing synonym data. Further research on the new data standardization partial automation model will need to be continued, with a detailed understanding of some of the automatable tasks in future data standardization activities.

네트워크와 인터넷의 급격한 성장과 함께 기존의 많은 소프트웨어들이 웹 기반으로 그 모습을 변화하고 있으며, 이로 인해 웹 어플리케이션의 복잡성이 증가되고 개발에 있어 많은 비용과 인력이 소요되고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 웹 어플리케이션을 위한 명확한 개발 환경이 정의되지 않았으며 대부분이 경험에 입각하여 나름대로 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 웹의 특성을 잘 반영하는 개발 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 중요시된다. 본 논문에서는 웹 환경의 특성을 파악하여 웹 어플리케이션 개발에 적합한 프로세스를 정의하고 이에 따라 모델링 할 수 있는 환경을 제시한다. 또한 모델링 결과를 바탕으로 자동으로 소스코드를 생성한다. 결국 분석과 설계 단계에서 발생되는 결함을 줄여 품질을 향상하고, 개발하는데 드는 시간을 줄여 생산성을 향상함으로써 빠르게 변화하는 웹 환경에 능동적으로 대처하고자 한다.

웹은 디지털 정보화 시대에 정보를 제공하는 가장 보편적인 매체이며 이를 통한 정보 습득이 보편화 되어가고 있다. 대학기록관의 웹 기록은 대학이 소장하고 있는 기록물을 이용자가 웹을 통하여 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 연구는 국내 대학기록관 웹 사이트의 현황을 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위하여 자동화 평가 도구 K-WHA 3.0을 사용한 접근성 평가와 WebQual 4.0을 이용한 사용성 및 정보품질평가를 수행함으로써 객관성과 주관성 각각의 측면을 모두 고려하여 평가결과를 도출하였다. 또한 웹 기록에 대한 관심을 높이고 활용방안을 모색하기 위해 잠재적 이용자들을 대상으로 선정하여 사용자 경험에 기반한 설문조사를 실시하여 각 대학 별 대학기록관의 웹 기록 구축 현황에 대해 평가였으며 이러한 사용성 평가에 대한 분석을 통해 향후 대학기록관 웹 기록 관리의 발전방향을 제안하고자 한다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전은 디지털 자료에 대한 저장방식에 변화를 가져왔으며 이것은 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스라는 새로운 비즈니스 유형을 창출시켰다. 사이버 저장 공간 및 자료를 상호 공유 할 수 있는 점과 고가의 저장 매체를 소유할 필요가 없다는 장점으로 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 서비스의 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 이러한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스가 사용자에게 정보 저장 공간을 대여해주는 서비스라는 개념하에, 사용자 만족을 이끌 수 있는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 특성에 대해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스의 서비스 품질은 유형성과 신뢰성, 대응성 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 웹 저장공간 임대서비스를 제공하는 기업은 서비스에 대한 시각적인 디자인과 사이트의 기술수준을 높이고, 사이트 구조에 대해 사용자 측면에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 구성하여야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있도록 개인 정보 및 공유 자료의 보안성 및 보유정보의 체계화에 비중을 두어야 한다. 마지막으로 사용자들의 요구사항에 즉각 대응할 수 있도록 정보전달 채널을 강화할 필요가 있음을 지적하였다.

웹은 급속하게 변화하는 현대사회에서 정부와 시민들의 주요 의사소통의 채널이 되고 있다. 웹에서 유통되는 정보량이 급증하면서 정보원으로서의 웹에 대한 의존도가 크게 높아졌을 뿐만 아니라 전적으로 웹에만 존재하는 정보자원도 증가하고 있다. 중요한 가치를 지닌 웹사이트는 짧은 수명주기와 수집, 보존, 활용에 대한 방안이 없어 소멸되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 웹 기록물 아카이빙을 위한 기반기술로 워크플로우 및 메타데이터 정의가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기록물을 아카이빙하기 위해 선별, 수집, 품질관리 및 목록화, 보존, 저장으로 구성되는 워크플로우 및 장기 보존과 검색에 필수적인 메타데이터를 정의하였다. 이러한 연구 개발 및 적용을 통해 사라져 가는 중요한 자원인 웹 기록물을 후대에 중요한 기록물 자원으로 저장 및 관리할 수 있게 될 것이다.

Online firms collect consumers' private information, which serves as a valuable database for marketing activities. In order to encourage consumers to provide their private information, online firms offer high quality websites for consumers who provide private information. However, identity theft, phishing, and pharming, become critical social issues, consumers started to avoid providing their private information to online firms. Thus, consumers often provide false or limited information, which lacks value for practical use for the online firms. The main issue raised in this study is to discuss how online marketing activities has influence on consumers attitude and information providing behavior. From the result, this paper found that websites reputation had greatest impact on willingness of providing information. Also this study revealed that unauthorized use is the key factor for increasing distrust and avoidance of providing information.
