In the existing design of web server architecture, data encryption technique is used to keep the reliability, stability, and safety of web service. But the use of data encryption technique wastes the work of cpu while decreasing throughput of web server and increasing average response time so that it shows negative effect on the capacity of web application server. Also, the latest web applications require security and safety for the safe internet communication. Therefore, this paper suggests the improved web server which uses thread pool and Non-blocking I/O adding new web service modules to the existing web server for the safe web service, provides reliability and safety to show the safe web service capacity. And we compare and evaluate the safety and capacity through experiment on the existing traditional Tomcat based web server and the proposed system to evaluate the safety and capacity of the proposed web server system.

UDDI는 웹 서비스를 위한 웹 기반 분산 레지스트리의 표준이며, 또한 비즈니스들이 제공하는 웹 서비스에 대한 정보를 등록하고 다른 비즈니스들이 이를 검색하고 이용할 수 있도록 구현한 시스템이다. UDDI에 의해 관리는 유용한 정보는 다수의 호스트 상에 복제되어 제공됨으로써 가용성과 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그룹통신 기반의 UDDI 레지스트리 개발에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신 시스템을 이용하여 일시적인 네트워크 단절이나 프로세스의 실패가 일어나는 상황에서도 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지할 수 있다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전은 디지털 자료에 대한 저장방식에 변화를 가져왔으며 이것은 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스라는 새로운 비즈니스 유형을 창출시켰다. 사이버 저장 공간 및 자료를 상호 공유 할 수 있는 점과 고가의 저장 매체를 소유할 필요가 없다는 장점으로 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 서비스의 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 이러한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스가 사용자에게 정보 저장 공간을 대여해주는 서비스라는 개념하에, 사용자 만족을 이끌 수 있는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 특성에 대해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스의 서비스 품질은 유형성과 신뢰성, 대응성 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 웹 저장공간 임대서비스를 제공하는 기업은 서비스에 대한 시각적인 디자인과 사이트의 기술수준을 높이고, 사이트 구조에 대해 사용자 측면에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 구성하여야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있도록 개인 정보 및 공유 자료의 보안성 및 보유정보의 체계화에 비중을 두어야 한다. 마지막으로 사용자들의 요구사항에 즉각 대응할 수 있도록 정보전달 채널을 강화할 필요가 있음을 지적하였다.

Unlike the traditional bricks-and-mortar marketplace, the online environment includes several distinct factors that influence Web site trust. As consumers become more savvy about the Internet, the author contends they will insist on doing business with web companies they trust. This study examines 1) how Web site trust is affected by the following web purchase-related factors: security, privacy, brand name, word-of-mouth, good online experience, and quality of information, and 2) how it influences outcomes. Unlike Urban and colleagues' study (2000), the author argues that not all e-trust bUilding programs guarantee success in building Web site trust. In addition to the mechanism depending on a program, building e-brand trust requires a systematic relationship between a consumer and a particular web site. The findings show that Web site trust does not build one or two components but are established by the interrelationships of complex components. By carefully investigating these variables in formulating marketing strategies, marketers can cultivate brand loyalty and gain a formidable competitive edge.

상호운영성, 유연성, P2P(피어투피어), 역동성, 확장성 등 웹 서비스가 지닌 다양한 특성으로 인하여 웹 서비스 보안은 안전한 웹 서비스 운영을 위한 핵심요소라 할 수 있다. 웹 서비스의 기본 구성은 서비스 수요자와 제공자, 검색소로 구성되며 WSDL(Web Service Definition Language), UDDI(University Discovery and Integration of Business for Web), SOAP(Smple Object Access Protocol)등 세 개의 표준으로 서비스는 이루어진다. 이 중에서 특히 메시지 교환을 담당하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP는 웹 서비스 보안의 중심에 있으며, 웹 서비스 보안은 SOAP 메시지의 사용자 인증과 무결성, 기밀성을 보장하는 것으로 정의할 수 있다. SOAP는 HTTP를 통해 일반적으로 전송되므로 HTTP 상의 모든 위협을 가지게 되며 전송계층에 기반을 둔 보안을 생각할 수 있지만, 사실상 웹 서비스는 다수의 중간 중개자를 가질 수 있는 구조이기 때문에 단대단 보안(메시지 레벨의 보안)이 반드시 필요하다. 또한, 웹 서비스 상에서 단대단 보안을 보장하기 위해서는 각 객체와 키와의 연결이 중요하며 특정 객체에게 발행한 보안토큰의 신뢰성 화보를 위한 메카니즘을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 보안 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 XML 메시지 보안을 위한 전자서명 및 암호화 표준과 SOAP을 위한 W3C, OASIS의 통합표준을 중심으로 SOAP 메시지 보안기술을 분석하고자 한다.

Web services on the Internet are not always reliable in terms of service availability and performance. Dynamic service coordination capability of a system or an application invoking Web services is essential to cope with such unreliable situations. In dynamic service coordination, if a Web service does not respond within a specific time constraint, it is replaced with another Web service at run time for reliable invocation of Web services. In this paper, we develop an exception based dynamic service coordination framework for Web services. In the framework, all necessary information for dynamic service coordination is explicitly specified and summarized as a set of attributes. Then classes and workflows, supporting dynamic service coordination and invoking Web services, are automatically created based on these attributes. Developers of Web services client programs can make the invocations of Web services reliable by calling the methods of the classes. Some performance loss has been observed in the indirect invocation of a Web service. However, when we consider the flexibility and reliability gained from the method, the performance loss would be acceptable in many cases.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.

최근 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)와 웹 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아져가고 있다. 웹 서비스는 재사용 측면에서 현재 사용되고 있는 컴포넌트와 많은 공통점이 있다. 웹 서비스의 개발과 수정 및 화장을 위해서 신뢰성 있는 컴포넌트를 이용한 경우 개발 시간의 단축 등의 많은 이점을 가질 수 있다. 이러한 컴포넌트를 이용하여 웹 서비스를 개발한 경우 웹 서비스 도메인에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 요구사항의 추출 및 식별은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 요구사항으로부터 컴포넌트를 식별하고 이들 컴포넌트를 서비스 지원 컴포넌트인 Facade 컴포넌트와 Backside 컴포넌트로 식별할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서비스를 오퍼레이션과 데이터 요소로 정의하고, 정의된 요소를 사용한 모델을 제시한다. 이러한 컴포넌트의 식별은 현재 활성화되어 있는 컴포넌트를 사용할 수 있도록 함으로써 웹 서비스 개발의 생산성을 보장하며, 웹 서비스를 컴포넌트로 구성함으로서 컴포넌트의 기본적인 특징인 재사용과 대체성을 통해 웹 서비스의 신뢰성과 수정의 용이성 등을 얻을 수 있다.

웹서비스는 최근 들어 e-business에서 가장 주목받고 있는 신기술이다. 웹서비스는 기존 웹 기반의 디스플레이에 그쳤던 단순정보 교환을 애플리케이션 차원에서 데이터를 통신할 수 있어 개발 가능성이 무한한 프레임 워크로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 보안에 취약성을 가지고 있어 웹서비스의 도입과 활성화가 되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹서비스에서 통신에 있어 반드시 지켜져야 할 메시지 무결성, 기밀성, 부인 방지 등의 신뢰성 보장 기법이 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지를 살펴보고, XML 기반의 보안 기술 및 적용 분야 분석을 통해 웹서비스에서의 확장성 및 상호운용성을 보장하는 보안 취약성 해결책을 제시한다.
