The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. Web users are demanding web sites that offer credible information. This study tired to comprehensively extract the factors that affect the perception web credibility based on preceding researches and develop of indicators for evaluating the web credibility by goodness-fit analysis. I modified more than 100 factors which presented by preceding researches to 28 factors, and allocated these factors into the hierarchical categories like followings; trustworthiness, expertness, safety are categorized as first level factors, trustfulness and reputation are placed to sub-factors of trustworthiness, usefulness, timeliness and competency to sub-factors of expertness, security and reliability to sub-factors of safety as second level factors. Finally this study developed evaluating indicators for web credibility by goodness-of fit analysis.

In heterogeneous and distributed computing environments, with an increasing number of Web services providing similar functionalities, the reliability of Web services is a critical decision factor. To fulfill the open business model such as cooperation among enterprises, several Web services can be composed into the upper level business transaction. In Web services composition, the reliability of services is more and more critical. Though each unit Web service can be reliable, the reliability of the composed service is not guaranteed. Thus a way to efficiently assess and select composed Web services is needed. In this paper, we define new metrics for measuring the trust value of Web services, and propose an evaluation method to predict the trustworthy degree of the composed services based on the metrics. We also define a conceptual framework to support optimal Web services selection based on the proposed trust evaluation method. By selecting using the quantitative measurement rather than intuitive selection of the service user, it allows the service users to select the high reliable service meeting their quality requirements well.

이 글은 신뢰성 문제와 관련된 현대 정보사회의 특성을 되짚어 본 다음, 정보보호와 신뢰성의 관계에 대해 살펴보고 웹 정보를 중심으로 신뢰성의 개념, 신뢰성 평가의 방법, 웹 사이트의 신뢰성 요인, 범주별 웹 사이트 신뢰도 등에 대해 이용자들을 대상으로 조사, 분석하고자 한다. 웹 사이트의 신뢰성 평가 항목과 조사 대상자의 표본 수가 제한되어 있다는 한계를 갖고 있으므로 이 부분은 향후 지속적인 조사와 연구를 통해 보완해 나갈 필요가 있다

The Internet is now an integral part of the everyday lives of a majority of people. They are demanding web sites that offer credible information - Just as much as they want sites that are easy to navigate. But the online reality today is that few Internet users say they can trust the web sites that have products for sale or the sites that offer advice about which products and services to buy. Users want the web sites they visit to provide clear information to allow them to judge the site's credibility. Users want to know who runs the site; how to reach those people; the site's privacy policy; and how the site deals with mistakes. In the eyes of users all sites ate not equal. Users have different credibility standards for different types of sites. For news and information sites users want advertising clearly labeled as advertising. And users want the site to provide a list of the editors responsible for the site's contents, including the editor's email address. For e-commerce sites, user expectations and demands are just about as high as they can be. They say that it is very important that these sites provide specific, accurate information about the site's policies and practices.

웹 서비스는 서비스 가용성(availability)과 성능(performance)연에서 신뢰성을 항상 보장해 주지 못한다. 동적 서비스 조정(Dynamic Service Coordination)은 웹 서비스를 호출하는 시스템이나 응용 프로그램 내에서의 비 신뢰적인 문제상황을 처리하는 기술이다. 이 환경 내에서의 웹 서비스는 제한된 시간내에 응답 하지 못하는 등의 문제가 발생 할 경우, 신뢰적인 웹 서비스의 호출을 위해 다른 웹 서비스로의 대체작업이 런타임(run-time)에 이뤄진다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 위한 동적 서비스 조정 프레임워크를 제안한다. 프레임워크 내에서 동적 서비스 조정의 지원 및 웹 서비스 호출을 담당하는 클래스와 워크플로우가 생성되고, 생성된 클래스 메소드를 호출함으로써 신뢰적인 웹 서비스 호출이 가능하다. 호출작업이 간접적으로 이뤄짐으로 인해 어느 정도의 성능적 손실이 발생하나, 이 방식을 통해 얻는 시스템 유연성과 신뢰성의 측면을 고려한다면, 충분히 감 수 될 수 있다.

We analyzed 53 representative Korea oriental medicine web sites to measure the credibility and satisfaction using objective valuation basis. First we analyzed qualitatively the general sites' characteristics composed of operational status, kernel service, organization and payment. Secondly we calculated the sites' credibility categorized as expertise factors, trustworthiness factors, sponsorship factors and other factors to deduce the key factor. we expect the result can be used as the indicator for developer to improve the Korea oriental medicine web sites. And we expect the result can be used as the objective credibility for the web user to confirm the contents of Korea oriental medicine web sites.

최근의 정보시스템의 개발환경은 급변하고 있으며, 웹 관련 기술의 급속한 발전으로 인한 웹 어플리케이션의 효율적인 개발방법이 필요하게 되었다. 현재 활용되고 있는 정보시스템 감리의 점검 항목은 기존의 구조적방법론과 정보공학방법론에 입각한 것으로 최근의 정보시스템 개발환경의 감리현장에서 활용하기에는 많은 어려움이 따르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 웹 기반 정보시스템 감리의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 웹 기반 정보시스템의 감리점검항목을 도출하고, 이들 감리점검 항목이 감리의 본래 목적을 충족시키는 지에 대해 실제 웹 기반 정보시스템을 감리해본 경험이 있는 감리인을 중심으로 점검항목의 타당성 및 측정가능성 그리고 중요성 등을 종합적으로 조사하여, 이들 감리 점검항목을 판단하였다. 연구결과 웹 기반의 정보시스템이 효율성, 신뢰성, 안전성 등의 목표를 가지고 구축하기 위해서는 현재의 감리점검항목으로는 부족하며, 웹 기반환경에서는 본 연구에서 제시된 웹 기반 감리점검항목의 추가가 타당하다는 결론이 도출되었다.

과거 1990년대에 인터넷 이용이 전 세계로 확산되면서 World Wide Web를 이용하여 다양한 웹 서비스 기술의 구현 및 유통은 현재에도 개발되고 있다. 일반적으로 오늘날의 서비스는 XML 및 인터넷을 통하여 웹 서비스로 구현한 응용프로그램간의 연동을 가능하게 하는 기반기술이다. 이는 단순 객체 접근 프로토콜(SOAP), 웹 서비스 기술 언어(WSDL), 전역 비즈니스 레지스트리(UDDI) 등의 표준 기술을 사용하여 네트워크에 연결된 다른 컴퓨터 간의 분산 컴퓨팅을 지원하는 소프트웨어 및 기술이다. 이러한 웹 서비스의 발전으로 웹 서비스의 성능이 웹 서비스 제공자의 성패를 좌우하게 되고, 제공하고 있는 웹 서비스에 대한 검증이 필요하게 되었다. 웹 서비스에 대한 검증은 미국 Bloor NA(Bloor Research-North America)에서 웹 서비스 아키텍처의 단점을 발표하여 서비스의 품질과 신뢰성 및 개선점에 대하여 제시되어 활발한 연구가 진행 중에 있다. 그러나 사용자 관점에서 웹 서비스의 성능을 측정하고, 단순한 서비스 제공자의 서비스 검증 목적만이 아닌 서비스 제공자의 성능을 서비스 사용자에게 제공하는 검증 방법에 관한 연구가 많지 않은 실정이다. 하천공간정보에 대하여 웹 서비스 방식 중 통신 프로토콜인 HTTP 등을 이용한 인터넷상의 메시지 교환을 가능하게 하는 통신 프로토콜인 SOAP 및 WWW와 같은 분산 하이퍼미디어 시스템을 위한 소프트웨어 아키텍처의 한 형식인 REST(Representational State Transfer)를 실행하여 이에 따른 검증 프로세스를 수립하였다. 하천공간정보 웹 서비스에 대한 테스트 시나리오는 응답시간, 임계성능, 이용가능성, 신뢰성 및 접근성에 대하여 검증하며 하나 이상의 웹 서비스들 간의 호환성 표준의 준수 여부와 상호 운용 가능 여부를 테스트 하는 상호운용성 테스트, 신뢰성 메시징 및 분산 환경에서의 트랜잭션 처리 성능을 검증하는 웹 서비스 프로세스 품질 테스트를 실시하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다.

Recently, as the generation and sharing of web data have increased, the importance of a social semantic web that combines the semantic web and the social web has also been increasing. In this paper, we propose a trust evaluation scheme based on provenance by extending the PROV model in the social semantic web environment. The proposed scheme manages the provenance of web data and adds the necessary elements for trust evaluation in the PROV model of W3C. The extended PROV model supports data management and provenance tracing. The proposed trust evaluation scheme considers various parameters such as user trust, original data trust, and user evaluation. The evaluated trust is managed as provenance. When processing a query, the proposed scheme generates a result by considering the trust. Therefore, the proposed scheme can manage the provenance of web data and compute data trust correctly by using such various parameters. The evaluated trust becomes a criterion to determine whether the query result can be trusted or not. In order to show the validity of the proposed scheme, we verify its performance using SPARQL queries.

In this paper, we derived 7 reliability measurement factors for effective web site construction through literature research and empirically measured reliability of the web site using "Xenu" and "Yslow" which are reliability measurement tools. We selected and tested total 12 domestic and foreign web sites. As a result of measuring those 12 web sites, the reliability level was varied in a number of aspects according to 7 measurement factors, and we suggested alternatives based on those 7 factors in order to build the effective web site.
