It is activated a virtual university(digital university) without limitation time and space that the diffusion of internet, the rapid development of information and communicative technologies, web-technology. It is great importance of school-site to support various and qualitative education services, to cut social education spending, to strengthen national competitiveness with breed expert. Many people who are in universities are putting a school-site to the test. So we need study and analysis it to build up a virtual-study-space efficiently on web. This thesis is supposed to help in school-site design to make it reduce errors and save time and efforts. First, it suggests most general design pattern by analysis visual elements using HTML Tag. Second, it suggests a guide-line and a specific of design to use convenience through research on web-design problem and finding out user's favor.

The purpose of this research is to examine the characteristics and problems of OASIS, a web archive, developed and operated by the National Library of Korea, and then to propose how to improve the quality of its contents. An analysis of the contents in 'Literature' and 'Social Sciences' in the OASIS website shows problems, including low quality of some contents, lack of balance in subjects and creators/publishers, duplicate collections of web documents and web sites, lack of currency and evidence of unique or scholarly value of collected web resources, etc. Suggested are the use of 'real-name' of subject specialists to ensure their responsibilities in selection process and the addition of metadata elements to evidence the appropriate application of selection criteria.

국내 웹 사이트의 증가 및 초고속 인터넷의 보급으로 웹 사용자는 꾸준히 증가 추세에 있다. 그러나 사용자에 대한 정보 보호 실태는 심각한 수준이다. 그 피해 사항으로는 사용자 개인 신상정보의 유출, 피싱 사이트로 인한 개인정보 유출 등 그 유형 및 목적이 다양하다. 이런 웹 공격에 대한 기존의 대응책으로 IDS/IPS를 통한 네트워크 기반의 공격 탐지 및 방지가 주류를 이뤘다. 그러나 이런 대응책은 누구에게나 공개되는 웹서버 보안에는 적합한 시스템이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 웹 공격의 특성에 맞는 문자열 처리 중심의 로그 분석을 통해 대용량의 로그로부터 공격을 탐지하는 웹 로그 전처리 시스템을 제안한다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전은 디지털 자료에 대한 저장방식에 변화를 가져왔으며 이것은 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스라는 새로운 비즈니스 유형을 창출시켰다. 사이버 저장 공간 및 자료를 상호 공유 할 수 있는 점과 고가의 저장 매체를 소유할 필요가 없다는 장점으로 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 서비스의 수요가 급증하고 있으며, 이러한 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷 웹 저장공간 임대서비스가 사용자에게 정보 저장 공간을 대여해주는 서비스라는 개념하에, 사용자 만족을 이끌 수 있는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스 특성에 대해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 사용자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 웹 저장공간 임대서비스의 서비스 품질은 유형성과 신뢰성, 대응성 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 웹 저장공간 임대서비스를 제공하는 기업은 서비스에 대한 시각적인 디자인과 사이트의 기술수준을 높이고, 사이트 구조에 대해 사용자 측면에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 구성하여야 할 필요가 있다. 또한 사용자가 신뢰할 수 있도록 개인 정보 및 공유 자료의 보안성 및 보유정보의 체계화에 비중을 두어야 한다. 마지막으로 사용자들의 요구사항에 즉각 대응할 수 있도록 정보전달 채널을 강화할 필요가 있음을 지적하였다.

웹 접근성이란 '어떠한 사용자(장애인, 노인 등)'가 어떠한 기술 환경에서도 사용자가 전문적인 능력 없이 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 모든 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 보장하는 것이다. 그러나 홈페이지 구축 비용 등의 문제로 장애인 관련 단체나 학교 등 가장 필요한 사이트 조차 접근성을 준수하고 있지 못하다. 따라서, 저비용으로 쉽게 웹 접근성 준수 학교 홈페이지를 구축할 수 있는 ASP(Application Service Provider) 서비스 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 서비스는 HTML/XHTML 표준에 맞게 올바른 마크업 언어를 사용하고, CSS를 통해 구조와 표현을 완전 분리하여 개발하여 웹 접근성의 기본이 되는 웹 표준을 준수하였으며, 표준 지원 브라우저들과 모바일 웹 환경의 종류와 특성을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 브라우저 간 상호 운용성을 보장하기 위해 자바 스크립트를 표준 문법과 구조에 맞게 사용하고, W3C의 표준 DOM을 이용하여 홈페이지에 필요한 기능들을 설계하였다.

This study analyses the relationship with the feature of the web usability and Social commerce. Therefore, this research tries to investigate the relationship about in which the characteristic of the web-site usability is connected through the confidence about the Social commerce site to the re-purchase. The existing research that the information system and Electronic commerce relates is considered and the usability factor about the Social commerce site tries to be drawn and these try to verify on the relationship with the trust building of the user about the Social commerce site and purchasing intention through the positive research. The result is follows. First, the visual property of the Social commerce site was confirmed to have the descriptive ability noted to the confidence. Second, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that information characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. Third, it was confirmed to have the descriptive ability that relative characteristic about the Social commerce site notes to the confidence. The importance of the web-site usuability has preferentially to be considered in being put through this research and building the confidence of the social commerce user could be known. When running with the social commerce site design, this is determined because it can become the useful standard.

The human computer interaction has gone through diverse changes along with the technical progress of computers. With the spread of the world wide web, attempts of various forms and methods of interactions reflecting the characteristics of the web are being made. Among the diverse concepts of interaction, Conversational Agent uses a character as the visual perceptional object and through the interaction based on conversation it suggests a natural, human, intuitive interaction. In this study, Conversational Agent was suggested and applied on a cyber lecture website and the appropriateness was verified. The fundamental structure and method needed in constructing a conversation was examined through the study on conversation. After that the characteristics of the conversation used on the web was identified and hereby and the coherence and conversation structure was deducted. After the characteristics of the conversational agent were observed, it was applied to the previously deducted web sites logical connection and conversation structure. Lastly, the conversational agent suitable for the web site was proposed and realized.

초기 사업자들에 의해 일방적으로 정보가 제공되던 인터넷 GIS 사이트는 Web 2.0의 패러다임과 함께 사용자들에 의해서 정보가 생산되고, 평가되는 형태로 변화하였다. 기존의 일반적인 웹사이트의 평가모델과 GIS 사이트 평가 모델에 대해서 살펴보고, Web 2.0을 고려하여 보완된 GIS 2.0 사이트 평가모델의 기준점을 활용하여 유비쿼터스 사업 특성을 고려한 평가 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

조직의 웹 사이트 또는 웹 애플리케이션은 전통적 시스템개발에서와 마찬가지로 많은 사람으로 구성된 개발자 팀에 의해 오랜 기간동안에 걸쳐 개발된다. 특히 예산과 스케쥴에 맞추어 목표한 웹 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해서는 체계적인 개발방법과 프로젝트 관리 기법이 필요하다. 웹의 특성 때문에 웹 애플리케이션 개발방법은 전통적 시스템개발 방법과는 다르다. 본 연구에서는 웹 애플리케이션 개발방법과 도구를 비교. 검토하고 이것을 통하여 새로운 개발방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of relationship among service quality, customer satisfaction and e-loyalty in e-learning site. In order to achieve the study purpose, survey method was applied. As a result, it was revealed that service quality had significant effects on customer satisfaction in e-learning site. The influential factors of service quality on customer satisfaction included convenience of use, personalization, tangibles, responsiveness, and reliability in e-learning site. In addition, service quality had significant effects on e-loyalty as well.
