In this study, we analyzed the academic library websites in terms of information structure, navigation, and labeling system. The study showed that the information structure was linear. In analyzing 8 library sites, we found many common top-level categories but ultimately, the number of main menu ranged from 4 to 15 categories. Also, the results showed that the sites used a sub-domain such as mobile, or just m to keep it short. It seemed to keep the mobile site part of the library site without creating confusion. Finally, Labeling in some mobile sites was not clear and consistent.

하천관련 정보관리기술의 발전을 위해서는 관련자료 출처 발굴과 자료의 통합관리 및 분석 기술개발 등의 노력이 필요하다. 이에 따라 하천관련 정보에 대한 관리기술의 선진사례 분석을 통하여 국외의 앞선 기술을 살펴보고 국내 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 분석한 미국의 HIS (Hydrologic Information System)는 CUAHSI (Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc)에서 수행하는 연구 활동의 하나로서 개방형 프로젝트로 개발되고 있으며 수문분석에 필요한 정보를 통합하여 관리하고 배포하는 기능을 수행하고 있다. CUAHSI-HIS는 웹기반 시스템이며 HIS 중심부(데이터 목록), Hydro 서버(데이터 게시), HydroDesktop (사용자 검색툴)으로 구성되어 있다. 이 세 개의 핵심 요소들은 상호작용을 통해 운영되며 미국 내의 모든 물관련 자료를 발굴하고 수집한다. 이렇게 발굴 수집된 자료는 WaterML로 표준화하여 다양한 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 제공된다. 국내의 경우 RIMGIS와 WAMIS 등이 하천정보를 제공하고 있지만 변화된 하천운영 환경을 반영하여 사용자에게 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 정보의 표준화 및 시스템 구성환경 등 다양한 측면에서 검토가 필요하다. 이를 위해 CUAHSI-HIS 연구사례를 벤치마킹하여 국내 실정에 맞는 적용방안을 수립하여 구축하게 된다며 체계적인 정보관리 및 활용성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Most public libraries construct and operate their websites to provide the various user groups in local communities with internet access in Korea. But the representative public library's websites designed for children who are going to lead the next generation information based society, are unsatisfactory and don't reflect their approaches to information. The main factors of content and circumstance of usage are also extremely poor. Therefore, this research analyzed the construction of websites for children, their interface and design, search services, the contents of provincial representative public libraries amongst public libraries in korea and suggested improvement schemes.

As WWW grows at an increasing speed, a classifier targeted at hypertext has become in high demand. While document categorization il quite mature, the issue of utilizing hypertext structure and hyperlinks has been relatively unexplored. In this paper, we propose a practical method for enhancing both the speed and the quality of hypertext categorization using hyerlinks. In comparison against a recently proposed technique that appears to be the only one of the kind, we obtained up to 18.5% of improvement in effectiveness while reducing the processing time dramatically. We attempt to explain through experiments what factors contribute to tile improvement.

기존의 스트리트 뷰 이미지들은 일일이 사용자가 검색해야 하며 이미지 파일을 하나씩 클릭해서 넘겨 봐야한다는 점과 제공되는 스트리트 뷰 이미지들이 웹페이지 형태로만 제공된다는 불편함이 있었다. 이를 개선하고자 본 논문에서는 스트리트 뷰 이미지를 동영상으로 제공하여 쉽게 길을 찾아갈 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 어플리케이션은 사용자가 출발지와 도착지를 입력하면 Google Maps APIs를 이용해 최단경로를 받아온다. 그 후 최단경로에 해당하는 좌표값에 해당하는 이미지를 Google Maps APIs URL을 이용하여 Android 내부 DB로 받아온다. 마지막으로 DB에 저장된 이미지를 동영상으로 변환하여 제공한다.

스마트폰, 스마트TV, 구글 크롬캐스트 등 스마트 미디어의 발달로 인해 정보와 사용자간의 상호작용의 중요성이 강조되고 있고 사용자들은 자신이 원하는 정보를 다른 단계를 거치지 않고 쉽고 빠르게 얻기 위한 요구사항이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아직 여러 분야에서 사용자의 요구사항에 대한 해결책이 매우 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 요리분야의 요리비디오에서 이러한 문제점을 발견하여 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 살펴보았다. 요리비디오는 단방향으로 정보를 제공하기 때문에 사용자가 요구하는 정보를 얻기 위해서는 웹 검색과 같은 별도의 과정이 필요하고, 또한 요리를 하는데 있어 불편함을 겪어야 한다. 이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위하여 요리 비디오에서 사용자가 원하는 장면에 정확한 정보를 제공하고 요리를 하면서 효율적으로 인터랙션을 하기 위한 시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 HCI분야의 연구에서 제안되어 많은 논문들이 평가 척도로 사용하는 사용자 설문방식을 기반으로 시스템을 평가하기 위한 실험을 통해 시스템 인터페이스, 전체 시스템의 만족도, 정보의 정확성에서 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

수재해 관련 정보를 수집하기 위한 주요 소스로서 위성 정보가 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그 중 NASA SEDAC과 UNISDR(United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction)의 Global Risk Data Platform, UNESCO의 IHP-WINS를 대상으로 메타정보를 구축하는 [글로벌(위성기반) 수재해 관련정보 수집체계]를 구성하였다. 이때 메타정보를 수신/처리하는 역할의 하비스터는 OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium) 표준 WMS(Web Map Service)서비스의 필수 Operation인 GetCapabilities를 통하여 ISO GML을 획득한 후 이를 처리하도록 구성함으로써 여타표준 준수 DataSource에 대한 적응성을 확보하였다. 수집된 메타데이터를 통하여 검색된 정보는 표준 Map Service를 통하여 구글 지도 기반의 시계열 수재해 주제도 정보 서비스와 WebGL기반 3D 수재해 주제도 서비스로 각각 구성되도록 설계하였다. 국내 수재해 현장정보 수집 체계에 있어서는 사진을 포함한 시민의 현장 정보가 지오태깅기술과 동반되어 수재해 플랫폼으로 업로드 되면, 수집된 시계열 정보는 주제별 카테고리로 그룹화 된 후 클러스터링 가시화 기법으로 지도 공간상에 표출되도록 구성하였다. 이때 공신력 있는 공공 데이터(Data.go.kr)의 대피소 등 관련 시설 정보를 동시에 매핑하여 융합서비스 하도록 모색하였다. 본 연구는 전반적으로 웹서비스를 지향하며 전문가, 기관(부처), 교육기관으로 구분된 서비스를 구상하고 있다.

Finding aids is the first necessary step for users to find records easily. EAD, computerized standardization for finding aids, enables users to access to the finding aids easily and accelerates interoperability between Archives. This research is to review the domestic and foreign archives where they have built EAD finding aids and to analyze the distinctive feature in the EAD finding aids. And to review and point out the problems in current status of finding aids in domestic university archives. And the solution for the problem is presented in this research.

This study aims to suggest a method to provide a real-time noise map based on cloud using Amazon AWS. Acquiring environmental noise information, an Android app was developed to collect data on noise level, location, and measurement time of campus in Inha Technical College as a study area. Noise measurement information is transmitted to the AWS Cloud and managed, and the noise information collected through Amazon Quick Site is displayed in charts and maps. Finally, a web-based noise contour map and the results mapped to buildings were visualized with a Google map for users to search for the current environmental noise distribution. The real-time noise map presented as a result of this study is expected to be helpful for noise status and reduction policies.

In this paper, we analyzed the papers related to the "4th Industry". In order to analyze the papers, total of 685 papers were collected by searching with the keyword "4th industry" in Korea Journal Index(KCI) from 2016 to 2019. We used Python-based web scraping program to collect papers. As a result of analysis, it was confirmed that artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of things(IoT), digital, network and so on have emerged as the major technologies, and it was confirmed that research has been utilizing the major technologies in various fields related to the 4th industry such as industry, government, education field, and job.
